Didn't realize we had to share the pool with the guests in other half of house. House is older, some updates, cheap toilet paper-2 rolls per bathroom were provided, and one roll of cheap paper towels, so prepare to buy some supplies for a longer stay. Manager did respond very quickly to our 2 questions.

Our stay here was perfect. Right on the water and very convenient location.

The pool, while supposed to be shared with guest in duplex, is located just outside the residence on the right. We did not feel like we could use the pool because the nice couple had children with pool toys and were in the pool most of the time they were home. There needs to be signage indicating that it is for all rental guests Also, for the cost, there was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper for the 2 bathrooms that had a half roll to start…no extra paper towels or spices.

Really enjoyed the stay. House is perfect for 6 people. Awesome location between Islamorada and Marathon.

We had a great time at this property! It’s extremely clean and the owner takes great pride in her place. The backyard has lots of space to relax including a canal offering good fishing. Air conditioning unit is extremely loud in the bedrooms so bring ear plugs. Would be nice if the kitchen featured a dishwasher.

This is our second time staying in Marty’s cute duplex. Everything you need for cooking is provided. The house is always super clean which is important to us. The beds are comfortable and lots of towels are provided. The pool water is so warm and there are chairs and recliners for outside sunning. The neighborhood is safe and great for walks and bike rides. It’s a happy place in the Keys.

Perfect place to stay for our vacation to the Keys.

Overall the property is very good. Location is good and very quite. The outside area is fantastic for sure. The inside of the house is good. I thought the beds are hard and uncomfortable. I would stay here again just based on the outside area for sure.

We spent 3 short nights here but found it to be clean, safe, secure, and well stocked. My wife was impressed by the towel quality, I liked the dock layout as we brought a boat, and the kids liked the aquarium like wildlife that constantly swam around in the very clear water of the canal. The kitchen was stocked with just enough for meal preparation. The beds and linens were all comfortable and of reasonable quality. A/c blows cold but as others commented is kind of noisy in the back bedroom near its closet. I recommend a sound machine or a fan. Great spot! Thanks!

this was our 5th year staying at Mari's home. Always a beautiful place to stay. Perfect keys home. We will return next year and we can not wait!

Excellent property, loved the fact i could keep my boat trailer on property and the giant dock to tie the boat up to. Beds could use an update. But other than that it was perfect!

We loved it here. We've been enjoying the Keys for our whole lives. Perfect breeze and all Floridians staying on this street. Thank God the pool had an ac. Super close to Hawks Key and easy access to open water. We'll be back!

Great outdoor space. The listing doesn’t show which one is poolside. We tried to get that side but, there was some confusion. Either way we did enjoy the pool the other Neighbors were nice. Nice to sit outside and enjoy the canal. Indoor was clean. A little outdated but it was still good. Tons of towels. Showers good water pressure. We did do some cooking and were fine with what was in the kitchen. Overall good stay.

We enjoy our stay so much here every year! The house is great. The dock is all set up and convenient for our boat. Great fishing, and the most beautiful canal. Serene and peaceful.

It was such an easy in and easy out on the water. Glad we booked this house for our fishing vacay!

This was a great little getaway. Very clean and quiet, nice location. We were able to see sharks, manatees, many different fish in the canal. It was very nice and relaxing.

overall a very good stay with only a few minor inconveniences. internet was out for the first day but not owners fault. also the A/C is pretty loud when running and it had a slight leaking issue which Mari responded to very promptly! stayed many times here and will look to do again as we plan for future trips!!!

This was a quiet place with all you need in the back yard. We cut our trip a day short because if health reasons but will definitely be coming back. I only suggest you bring some items for the kitchen like coffee, tin foil, paper towels and baggies to store your left overs in. Otherwise this is an amazing rental and we will be back.soon.

Beautiful, comfortable destination, until the a/c system came on. The noise from the inside unit located in one of the bedroom closets and both bedroom vents kept waking us up all through the night. We would surely come again if the unit noise issue was taken care of, very nice place. We don't know if there is an a/c issue with the other section of the duplex.

Great location and the perfect property to spend time with family and friends.

We took friends to the Keys for a birthday celebration and had a great time. The home was very clean and check-in was very easy. I felt the kitchen was stocked with only very basic items . The dock outside for our boat was perfect. We spent a good amount of time outside and all the chairs and places to sit could not have been better. We had a manatee come to our dock and there were many beautiful fish that I gave bread to every morning..Our overall experience was very positive.

Very nice place right on the canal. We were able to fish right in the backyard, with lots of Parrot fish, Sgt Majors, Snapper, and other colorful fish visible right from the deck, especially if you have a chum block. We were able to rent rods and get bait from Off The Hook for our stay. Need to go to Marathon or further for groceries and beach, but great home base to relax when you aren't on an excursion. Pool was nice for a dip, but pretty shallow. Plenty of towels on site, so no need to pack any. Lots of outdoor seating and shade. Waterfront is shared by the other half of the duplex, so that part is not private if that matters to you. Kitchen has the essentials, just enough to make simple meals. Owners also own the property on either side, so could be a great place to get multiple families together. Overall would stay again for sure.

This is the third time we have stayed at one of Mari's properties. The backyard is amazing... perfect for relaxing, fishing, swimming, kayaking, boating! Our family didn't want to leave. We even saw 6 mantees swimming in the canal! The house is very clean! We will definitely stay again!

We loved the ease of having our boat easily accessible…right out the back door. Loved the outside set up with pool, tables, loungers. Saw a manatee right next to our boat. We were also able to bring and store out paddle boards outside completely secure! It was also easy to paddle around Hawk’s Cay. Mari and Fausto were excellent hosts!
