We have stayed here before, and we love this house. Teens can go fishing and swimming all day long. House is clean and spacious. Comfortable master king size bed, and laundry inside the unit. Great for families.

Host keeps propert maintained well and are most accommodating

If you are a boater this house is perfect you have a very spacious dock that is shared with one other boat. The canal is deep and clear with tons of marine life. House very well laid out, our friends said the beds were hard in the other bedrooms but the king size was very comfortable. I have been in love with duck key since I was a girl and am so thrilled we have found such a great place to return time and again. Loved hearing both of my kids excitedly telling the other family that joined us how much they were going to love the trip and how great this house is. Yes the trip was amazing again. The property manager very responsive but have had better luck texting her. She does not respond to the message feature on the app

First let me say that this place exceeded our expectations! The photos do not do justice! We were three women traveling from North. We chose Duck Key as it was central to all that we wanted to see and do. It definitely fit the bill! I can't say enough about the welcoming feeling that greeted us upon arrival. The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking needs Although we had our meals out, we did enjoy light breakfast on the lovely screened porch each morning. The pool was a perfect addition to our stay! We highly recommend Mari's inviting home for your next stay in the Keys! You'll feel right at home!

House was very clean and in a good location. We were able to visit several places in decent driving distance. Plenty of space for our family of four.

Very clean and well kept. We were attending an event at Hawks Cay and it was a short walk to the resort. Would rent again if in the area!

Absolutely loved this place. Very clean. Loved the backyard. Would stay here again. Next time would like to rent both sides to have the whole backyard to ourselves. That being said sharing the backyard did not pose any problems.

We were in the keys to celebrate our honeymoon and my 50th birthday. This was our first time staying in Duck Key. What an amazing property, perfect location, the duplex had everything you need, it was clean, well appointed, great canal view, nice heated pool, caught lots of fish from our dock, nice tiki hut and screened in porch. Lots of parking, great daily walks, close to marathon key, Islamorada key, 1 &15 minutes to key west. Just a great overall stay. Highly recommend and will definately stay here again.

This is a lovely beach style home in a perfect location. Duck Key is beautiful and located perfectly in the middle keys and 10 minutes from the restaurants and amenities of Marathon. The owners have made this an absolutely awesome property with a boat dock loaded with lounge chairs, tiki hut, heated swimming pool which is also colorfully lit at night, and unique decorations outside and inside. We found the kitchen adequately equipped to cook for the 4 of us; a larger group might need more pots & pans. It was spotless throughout. There were a few minor issues during our 2 week stay and the owners were readily available and took care of this efficiently. Overall, this is an exceptional place to hang out in the Florida Keys and enjoy the Keys ambiance complete with palm trees and easy access to all the middle keys have to offer. 5 stars all the way. This is the fourth stay for our family and looking forward to the next one!

We all decided to fly down and spend Christmas - New Years in the Keys. This was our first time in The Keys and it didn't disappoint. The duplex was located in a great centralized area (Duck Key) and was a very nice place to stay.

Everything was great from check in to check out. The house was very clean, the outdoors is like a mini resort. The pool is heated, the canal is great for boats, fishing, chilling and exploring.

Very nice and clean house with plenty of free parking, swimming pool, grill, and tiki. I would definitely stay again. I’d only recommend to bring your own pan for cooking eggs or fish, as it’s very sticky.

Just an awesome place in every way! Spotless home with lots of room and everything needed for a great stay. Pool and tiki area are wonderful. Canal by the dock is loaded with fish of all colors and kinds. Great location mid keys and easy to travel up or down the keys. The whole property is very nicely maintained. Communication with owner is very easy. Overall 5 star in every way.

Great place to relax! Quiet area. We had a great family time after NASCAR race. Pool could use floaties. Downside is you have to drive to restaurants, stores.

Beautiful canal with easy boat access to the Atlantic and gulf. The canal is very clear with an abundance of life. We saw sea turtles, sharks, snapper, eels, and more just in the canal! Mari was great and very responsive. Could have had some more everyday necessity like toilet paper and trash bags. Will be staying again.

We really enjoy staying at this property as this was our second time here. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything is clean and well maintained. Has a nice pool which we all enjoyed each day of our stay. Lots of dock space for our 24’ boat. Owners are very nice. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Overall I think the property was a great Florida Keys Duplex. The home and grounds were clean. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary items. The dock and pool were lovely. The beds in the secondary bedrooms were our only gripe, very hard and uncomfortable.

This is the 3rd year we come to one of Mari’s Duck Key properties. This time we rented both sides and to say it was awesome would be an understatement. Super clean, organized and perfect accommodations for a family of 6. We brought a 33’ boat and the dock was more than perfect, hoses, lighted, deep water, and cleaning station. Highly recommend!!!
