I was lucky to get this property for CSU graduation weekend! The house is adorable, beds are comfy and slept 4 very comfortably. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend! Tyler was a great host and was available if needed. Loved the art in the house and the bathroom appears to be newly remodeled... Would love to stay here again!

Had a really good time in Fort Collins. The house was exactly as advertised and very convenient to Old Town.

We had a very nice stay, this is a very cute house on a nice street and just blocks from downtown. We were a little disappointed that the backyard was off limits. We had gotten a house for that reason. It did have a nice front porch, I just hope our talking didn't disturb the neighbors.

We had a very pleasant stay. There was enough room for five to six adults. We enjoyed cooking in for some of the time. My only criticism was that the queen bed we slept on was very soft. Other than that, the house and location were fine. Thanks Tyler! We enjoyed it!

This rental is ideal for exploring Old Town, Fort Collins or hitting the bike trails. The accommodations were also ideal. Nice equipped kitchen to cook in and just relax in this quaint, comfortable house if you choose. One suggestion is to improve reading lights in bedroom and living room. Thanks for a perfect long stay in Fort Collins. I would rent again on our next visit.

Your house was perfect for our needs, comfortable with plenty of room for three adults. We loved being within an easy walk to Old Town.

Nicely decorated and appointed home within walking distance to Old Town. Short drive to CSU. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this nicely renovated older home for three nights while visiting our son, a summer intern at HP. We found it cozy and full of real things that made us feel right at home - well made furniture, living plants, art/books. The house allowed the experience we were looking for - home time with our son . We cooked local food and ate in every night. (We did bring our own portable gas Weber for the front porch, as the backyard is not accessible and property does not feature a BBQ.) We also started our mornings on the front porch with coffee, enjoying the vibe of a real neighborhood and this one is just blocks from downtown. We particularly appreciated the kitchen. It was well stocked with good knives, solid appliances and reasonable cooking implements. Many thanks!

My family stayed at this property during move in week at CSU. The house is very clean. The owner and property manager were easy to work with. They made sure we had a great experience in FOCO. The location was fantastic! It was a five minute walk to Old Town and close to CSU. The air condition units located in the bedrooms cooled the entire house. We really enjoyed staying here. The house has everything you need. We were close to Old Town and to CSU. We stayed in the heat of the summer so I was concerned when I found only the bedrooms have air conditioning. However, the property manager let us know we could run them during the day. The house cooled when the bedroom doors were left open and the fans were running. If we travel with family to Fort Collins again, we would happily rent this home again.

Loved the place - the house was clean, had coffee, basic supplies and even a few quick snacks for my kids when we arrived. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning. Location was great - very close to CSU and Old Town super easy to get around. Overall a great stay and fantastic place for our family to stay while visiting our daughter who attends CSU.

This house is located within walking distance to Old Towne. It was conveniently located to all of our activities we had planned for the 3 days we were in town. House was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend staying here.

I am a CSU alumni so I was so happy to stay in this prime location with all the students and locals in a authentic, adorable Ft. Collins house. The location was so great. Literally 2 blocks to old town and just a couple more to campus. We are a family of 5, with 3 teenage boys, so it was a bit tight however perfect for a family of 4 or maybe smaller kids. Its exactly as is states, 2 bedrooms, one master and one with 2 twins as well as a pull out couch. It had only one bathroom which was hard for our family, however it was a new higher end bathroom so that was nice. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Really adorable front porch which we spent a lot of time on. The only drawbacks I can come up with is that the back yard was shut off to us, so that was a but if a bummer, and there was no air conditioning in the main house, however there were units in the bedrooms. I think this would have been fine had it not been 95 degrees the weekend we were there, because eventually the bedroom air made it to the rest of the house, sort of. Over all though, such a great home in the heart of Ft. Collins, prefect for friends or a small family.

We had a wonderful stay in Ft. Collins. The house was very well updated. The bathroom was very modern and clean.The beds were just right for us. Nice stove and refrigerator. Great location, close to Old Town, and my son's dorm on campus. The grounds were well maintained, they even came out and shoveled the walk after the snowfalls. If you are looking for a nice, cozy place to stay in Ft. Collins, at a very reasonable price, this is the place for you.
