Good location, house worked out well for our family. Only downside was that they require you to wash your linens before you leave which is a challenge when you have a large group. Most places we have stayed, you just strip the beds, you

This was my first time booking a VRBO. This place was perfect for my whole family’s visit. There were ten of us and there was more than enough room for us all. Jeff ( the owner) was very good on communication and he answered any questions I had. The proximity to the beach and town was great. My family and I hope to come back again and stay here again. This House suited our family perfect. Even though it wasn’t directly on the beach, it was great beach access! The game room was a great place for the kids to hang out too. Jeff was an awesome host and promptly replied to our request! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home

We had 3 families stay together for a beach volleyball tournament. This was a great location and provided exactly what we needed. Every one was happy with the accommodations. Thanks Jeff we will definitely stay here again.

Great inside space for all! Loved the game room and big dining table. The short walk to the beach was fine but a bit tough with a double stroller for twin 14 month olds! We would definitely return for another chance to explore more of the area!

The house and owner were great. The location was perfect.
Only small issue was the fireplace didn’t work, owner offered to get it looked at, we were fine. On the VRBO listing a hot tub is listed, as that was one of our original filters, there is no hot tub. It does have a jacuzzi tub. Not the same thing.

Enjoyed the house, great proximity to the beach and all its amenities-well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for family get together. Beds were good and nice bathrooms. Highly recommended!

The house was in a great location and very well stocked! The entire family had a fantastic time, plenty of room to spread out! Jeff was very easy to work with- great communication. We would definitely go again!

We had 8 people (my family, my in-laws, and my sister-in-law with her husband). Plenty of room in the house and never even felt like we had to wait for showers. Kitchen was well stocked (pots, pans ,etc) for everything we wanted to make and the kids enjoyed the games downstairs.
The walk to get to the water on the beach was a little longer than expected, but you are literally across a street from the beach. My in-laws who are moving a little slower just enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the waves as the sun went down.
There was a small hiccup but I won't even mention what bc Jeff communicated promptly and it didn't bother any of our plans. Highly recommend the place, you won't be disappointed.
Also, make sure to go to the beach at low tide. If you look close you can find you dinner 😁

This property was perfect for our 3 generation 6 member family. The number of bedrooms, baths and room to spread out made it great. The location to the beach access couldnt be better, right out the door. A small item at checkin was promptly addressed after a call with the owner. He was very accessable and helpful with questions before the trip as well. Grest family home. Thank you

A fantastic home for a large family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool table downstairs was a hit. Fairly easy walk to the beach. Sand toys, frisbee and kites available for extra fun. A well equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer made life easier.

It was Nice home cozy. Plenty of room for lots of people. That's where perfect by any means but there's no place like home. Wish there been some more smoke detectors. We're all it was a good time though

A group of 4 women stayed at this property for 5 nights and we were very comfortable! Beach access cannot be beat, neighborhood is quiet, and the house was more than enough for us. Suggestion for instructions on use of appliances and AV system as it wasn’t intuitive to us. We’d happily return to this rental if in the area!

We had a wonderful stay. Easy beach access. Property is ideal for group gatherings. Large living/ dining area. Loved the downstairs game room. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend!

We come to Seaside every year at this time of September. Really enjoyed the house and it's features. We have two teenage Grandsons that live in Seaside and the downstairs game room was fun for all. Great place!

House was dirty needs a good deep clean. Mostly kitchen, and main living room dinning area. Bathrooms were clean at least! The furniture in the living room smelt bad. It said no pets but there definitely had been pets in there. Found cat food under furniture and smelt like poo. Kitchen did not have enough paper towels or trash sacks. Also no cleaning supplies vacuum didn't even hardly work!! Needs two regular trash cans outside if accomodations are for 12 guest. Once we were at the property couldn't get a hold of property manager took a couple days for him to get back to us via text. Wouldn't answer calls!! We still enjoyed our stay together and it was convenient to town and it was cheaper than most anything I could find. I will not be staying there again.

This is the second time our group has stayed at this property. Great location. Fully equipped kitchen. Just a great place and we will be back again in a few years. Property owner so easy to work with.

What a great house! The pictures don't even do it justice. The place is huge. It's far enough north that you can have the beach to yourself but still just a 20 minute walk to all the Broadway action. We stayed here for a week and had absolutely everything we needed. The owner is a great communicator, too. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

The house is great for family vacation. It's bright with lots of windows and natural light. It has a great layout, large living room and dining area. The basement was a fun hangout for the grandkids with the pool table. The owner Jeff was very accommodating with the few hickups we encountered during our stay. I'd highly recommend this rental.

Almost seaside in Seaside, OR
This is a large house one row in from the Pacific Ocean.
Our family of 7 had plenty of room and spent much time
walking on the beach in both high & low tide collecting
Sand Dollars. Our week+ had wonderful weather as we were coming from the Southeast & wanted some cool. Would recommend to all.

Enjoyable getaway
It was an older home but still very functional and comfortable. Really enjoyed the large table that allowed everyone room to play games. We had a great time and make lots of memories!

Our stay at A Loafer's Paradise was simply amazing. Thank you Jeff. The whole experience from booking through check out was easy and painless. The house is beautiful and well maintained with plenty of room for the 12 person occupancy limit.

Family get together
One of the cleanest rentals (especially for a beach rental) that I have stayed at. Even though house wasn't directly on beach (across the street), we had a beautiful view of the sunset and ocean from the dinning table and deck. The path through the grass to get to the beach was a little narrow making it hard for our wagon to fit but it's just a short 6 block walk to get to the start of the boardwalk.

Beautiful home just as described in the listing. Very short walk to the water. Home provided everything we needed. More than enough room for kids to run around. The game room was nice and roomy. Don't hesitate to book!

Family fun
There was a mix up with the cleaning companty. The owner was prompt in trying to take care of it. The cleaning lady worked hard to take care of things.
We only rented for two nights. One of the nights the cleaning lady was working til 10 pm. it was strange for all of us. She was very nice and even bought my grandsons a toy.
We liked the house...and the game room.
beware of the dining room chairs. One broke and my husband fell on the wood floor.
All in all, we had a good stay. Sometimes accidents happen.

Great house for family fun !!
My family and myself really enjoyed our time at Loafers Paradise. A slight hiccup on our arrival that Jeff took care of immediately and made all well. The house was comfy and well stocked with all we needed. We spent hours in basement on pool table. Close enough for bike riding and nice walking trail to beach. Will definitely recommend and hopefully will be back one day .

Spring Break getaway
My daughters and grandchildren came for spring break. The house was great. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens we have encountered in a verbo. Loved the large cutting board next to the stove. We arrived 1 hour & 15 minutes after check in time and found the cleaning staff were still there . It's a large house so it is not surprising it takes longer to clean. Glad we went shopping before trying to check in. You are asked to do more laundry than what we normally would when checking out. We had all of the towels washed/folded/put away, 1 load of sheets done and two loads in the washer and dryer before departing. It is a great home for a large group with lots of beds. They provide a lot of extra comfy blankets which we loved as well. Overall a great stay.
