There were 7 of us and this spacious and well-appointed condo was a fabulous way to enjoy the beach. We had plenty of space, including multiple balconies, and everything was in great shape and very comfortable.

We spent a lovely 4th of July week at the condo and couldn't have been happier. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was perfect and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook for the entire family. Beds were comfortable, the location was super convenient, and the views were incredible! Thank you for a helping us have a fantastic family vacation!

We had a great time. The condo was everything the listing said it was. The view from the balcony was stunning. Would say there again.

Everything was just as advertised. Beautiful views from the minute you walked in the condo. Very well stocked kitchen. Our plans required a last minute additional night stay and we had a response to our request from the owner almost immediately! Hot tub was a hit! I would definitely recommend this property!

Overall a great trip - pools were overcrowded and closed off to open air due to construction outside around pool area - so not able to use the pools at all, but no fault to the owner. Very clean and plenty of space for everyone on the family!

Awesome view from all three bedrooms!!!!. This place is a must stay if you need space for your family. Property sits on the beach and just a couple blocks away from the boardwalk. The area is need some modernizing, however we never felt unsafe. The owner Rufia was very responsive. Enjoy!!!

It was such a unique property, with three decks with beach views on each deck. The one bedroom was separate like your own apartment. You could have your privacy and then be all together. Great.

Family Road trip was fun we all had a great time in the property. I think being downtown was an experience and itself. Will I come back , I think I would because of the space between the cleanliness and the response that we had from the property managers..

The whole time we were there (12 adults) the air conditioner was not working. I reported it the very first morning (8/8/22) by voicemail. She didn't call back, I emailed her that evening and heard back from her on 8/9/22. She kept telling me the AC person will be there to fix it. My mother who was recovering from keen surgery was at the condo 24/7, no one showed up. We were miserable the whole time. After we checked out she told us that the AC was fixed. I asked for compensation (30%-20% refund) for our discomfort but she refused. Very rude!

The unit was as described. I would stay here again.

The room was perfect - hard to get into(miscommunication) the area is really sketchy. Glad we did not have to go out anywhere. Did not feel safe there.

The only issue I had was with keys not working and the front desk would assist me due to renting from a private owner through Vrbo. The front desk eventually gave me a courtesy key to get in/out of garage/property. I called the owner who lived in Florida and seemed too busy to assist. I paid for a product and expect it to work properly especially when I have my family with me. However, the place was very nice, nice view and clean. Thanks Benjamin Wynn

The actual unit was as advertised. Great ocean views and very clean. The building itself was “meh”. It may have just been my expectations. Overall the unit is perfect for our family vacation.

Rufia was a great host. The condo had everything we needed. We really enjoyed out vacation but would not stay in this part of Myrtle Beach if we ever returned. The beach was great and there are several places to dine within walking distance. I was just surprised by some of the seedy blocks and homeless population close to our condo

The property was wonderful. Have stayed in condos managed by Rufia and they have all been wonderful. This one was located by great restaurants and entertainment. Also right o the beach with a wonderful view of the sun rising each day. Rooms all great and we will go back..

My family and I stayed a week at this property and had an amazing time. The Condo was clean, in a great location, and looked just like the photos. It was roomy and the owners were quick to respond when I had any questions. Would definitely stay again and looking to rent this one again very soon.

The managers were great to work with. Everyone was impressed with condo. Kitchen was well supplied. We loved being on boardwalk. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

We had a great time staying at the condo. It was as expected from seeing the photos online. It was close to everything we wanted to be within walking distance of since we have a family of 6. Something to do for everyone! Highly recommended!

So easy. Everything is set up to make it simple renting. Love it that everything is close by...it feels like home and your sad to leave the place. .

We had an amazing view of the beach and the condo look just like the online display. I we seriously reserve this unit in the future.

Quick trip with friends. Condo was clean and easy check in. Plenty of space for all and was just as advertised. Would visit again.

Really enjoyed our stay, will def book again in the future. Owners prompt to answer questions, condo was clean, pretty much saw cleaning people everywhere in the building doing what they should be each time we came in and out. Near the boardwalk which we loved as well!

Great place to spend a vacation.

The unit was everything the owner said it was. We had a large group and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The unit was very nice and had everything 10 people would need The location was also close to all the things Myrtle Beach is known for. The view in all of the rooms were great. Advice: make sure you have the correct address. There are two locations with the same address and do not park in the unload area during busy time. Someone gave us there extra time in public parking next door and we quickly unloaded everything. I say this because my daughters new car got hit.

The condo was great for our group of 7 ladies. The 3 bathrooms were great to have. It actually would only sleep 6 comfortably because the pull-out couch wasn't very comfortable. The bathrooms were pretty big and the showers were better than my own at home! The beds were comfy with lots of pillows and extra blankets. All 3 bedrooms have balconies. There was just enough room on the big balcony for all 7 of us. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. There were dishwasher pods and dishsoap in the unit. The building is right next to a busy street so on the weekend it was quite noisy. We were told by several people to stay on the boardwalk side of the resort at night because the streets/neighborhood on the other side were kind of sketchy. During our 7 day stay we never felt unsafe. We walked the boardwalk/path to quite a few nearby bars, restaurants, and shops. We really enjoyed having the beach so close to the condo. You literally walk out the door and the beach is a few steps away. The resort was VERY busy while we were there but everyone from the staff to the other vacationers were very friendly! The owners of the unit were very prompt in replying and communicating. I would recommend staying here.

Clean , good location and convenient

The check in process didn't tell you that the main doors to the building/resort are locked and you need to go to the lobby and get the card key to enter first. Then the door codes will work for your unit. If this was mentioned it would of saved some frustration (long day traveling with kids). The Apartment is beautiful and Clean! Just love those views! They also have some beach toys in the unit along with a high chair and pack and play! Keep in mind that they don't provide coffee, spices (only salt and some ketchup packets), and only 1 dishwasher tablet for the whole week. My husband and I had to use the dish soap (a very small amount) to wash the dishes in the dishwasher. Also it would have been nice to have some crab crackers in the unit. My husband went to a sea food market near by and bought us some crab for dinner one night and they didn't have any crab crackers in the unit. We ended up using some scissors to crack the crab. The pool was a little dirty most of the time that we were there I did notice tho that it had been cleaned the day before we left tho. Over all my Family and I had a great time at Myrtle Beach and staying at the Bayview Resort was a great experience! We just loved the location ,right on the board walk and the beach!

Perfect location and had everything we needed.

Fantastic views and close to everything. Parking could be closer but overall nice place. Could use a bigger couch and checkout time was a tad early.

What a view. This has been a fantastic place. Enjoyed it in the winter without the crowds.
