We had a great experience !!

Very clean and beautiful property close to many good places to eat. Would recommend this to anyone who just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

It was extremely clean. Everything close by. Very secure. Great communication.

The condo is close to the airport with scenic views of Isla Verde's beaches. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the scenic days pass. Beatrice was quick to respond to any questions and checking in/out was an easy process. We would definitely stay at one of her rentals in the future.

The condo is located on an upper level on Isla Verde beach with a beautiful 180 degree view of the ocean. The pictures on line make the condo look like it is in amazing condition but it's not. Pros: great location with easy walking distance to restaurants, Walgreens, CVS. Balcony is nice and doors slide back completely. Washer & dryer in bedroom closet which was nice to have but was not shown on info sheet. Fully gated outside grounds are nice and includes pool, basketball court. Easy access to the beach which has loungers and umbrellas available for $18 for 2 people. Beach is nice, no rocks. Cons: Condo needs some work. Ceiling has numerous cracks, stains on the walls. Worn and uncomfortable living room furniture. Living room end tables need a lamp due to harsh lighting. Limited electrical outlets in facility with none in the bathroom which makes it difficult to get ready. I had to blow dry hair either in the kitchen or livingroom. Bathroom shower has no place for shampoo or soap. Limited towels. No venting in bathroom. Kitchen not well supplied. Tap water has a terrible smell like moss so we had to buy our water from Walgreens across the street. No dishwasher. One kitchen towel. Bedroom was good. Bed was hard. Sufficient storage for clothes and shoes since we were there for 10 days. Worse part for me was that it was supposed to be a non smoking facility but the people in the other condos were always smoking cigarettes or weed on their balconies which would go right into our condo. Also our neighbor painted their condo so there were paint fumes coming in. The last few days they were either staining or waterproofing the condo facility so then there were those fumes also. I had to contact the host a few times regarding electrical outlets not working, lack of towels, dead batteries, blind falling down and not working. She responded right away which was nice. I emailed her a couple of times prior to arrival but received no response. We would not use this condo again.

Love the location and view! The property needs a little updating but worth the $ we paid. Beatrice was great with answering questions and providing recommendations! Would stay again as it was very reasonable and for what we needed.

Beautiful view and location. Property was clean and conveniently located to restaurants and shops and the beach. Biggest problem was getting in and out of the apartment; was complicated if you have a car. Entrance for apartment building not clearly marked and looks like a service entrance.

Great location, be sure with covid and curfew to to make reservations for dinner early at local restaurants. They get full fast.

The Condo, Building, Pool, and Beach are Beautiful. The street behind is a busy city. We loved it. Lots of choices to eat a short walk away.

Isla Verde is a gorgeous beach destination located close to the airport and central to Old San Juan, Culebra and El Yunque. This condo is a wonderful home base. Coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning was a perfect start to our day. Loved it!

Great location...no need for a rental car.

We loved our stay! The apt has amazing views, was clean and comfortable. The beach directly outside the apt is great. Chair and umbrella rentals are inexpensive and the beach area is clean. Apt location is within walking distance to several great restaurants. Alambique Beach Lounge is a favorite. Walgreens is right across the street and CVS is a short walk. Pueblo supermarket is also walkable. Uber is a great way to get around. All of our drivers were great. A day in exploring the streets of Old San Juan is a must. Our host, Beatrice, offers excellent communication and responds quickly to questions. This was our fifth trip to Puerto Rico and I wouldn’t hesitate booking with Beatrice again.

Location is great, close to everything. View is even better. A few minor things such as check in or garage doors, but overall I still think it's an excellent place to stay.

If you are looking to feel like a local and truly enjoying the experience of Isla Verde, book any of Beatrice's properties at this condo. Views from this 16th floor condo is heaven on earth. Beatrice was so very accommodating and her condo was perfect for our week with three guests. Fabulous restaurants within walking distance and beach is just perfect. Definitely rent a car from the car rental across the street, it was so inexpensive and allowed you to venture around the island. We don't stay in many VRBO places twice, but we would definitely stay here again. SO worth it.

Our stay at Beachfront Marbella Del Caribe owner Beatrice was fabulous!!! The listing is 100% accurate!! We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. Beatrice the owner is right on top of everything.

It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Quiet. Our adult daughter slept on the roll away and it was comfortable. The view is amazing. We used the balcony every day in July. The beach is clean, beautiful and never crowded. The neighborhood is clean and safe. Beatrice provided lots of good information. We loved the apartment and we love PR!

The conditioner was covered in mold, sofa needs a deep clean, pillows need to be changed thank good that i had a baby blanket that i covered the pillows, he patio dor is wabling and the ocean noise will disturb your sleep. But that's for a very picky person like me) The rest was fine.

Beatrice was absolutely wonderful to work with!!! Always responsive and helpful Her condo was amazing.. decorated great.. comfortable and the view is heaven!! Will definitely return to Puerto Rico and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Beatrice again
