Everything was as listed. Great location

The condo is excellent! Quiet and close to everything! The walk ability to the beach and shops was what sealed the deal for me. The property came well stocked with everything you would ever want. She had made available things that other VRBOs I have stayed did not (ie: toliet paper, laundry soap). The lenai was a beautiful place to spend the morning and brought in a cool breeze. All in all 10/10 would stay again!

Such a fantastic vacation! 10 glorious days exploring the beautiful island. Andrea’s home was just the perfect location. Close to food, snorkel rentals, nightlife, easy access to many popular excursions, and beaches. Plenty of living space. Super cute decor. Dishes and cooking items abundant. Love that beach gear was also provided to make traveling to the beaches simple. Everything was thought of to make the most of our stay!

My stay in Andrea's condo was perfect. The condominiums are close to the beaches and a stretch of local stores and restaurants, which makes it a great launching point for all your adventures. Andrea's condo is also well furnished, with plenty of places to sit and enjoy either the view or each others company. The rooms look just like the pictures. Overall, I'd recommend this condo if you are planning a vacation in south Maui!

The beach is practically in the backyard and there are great food options within walking distance! Lots of space in this condo and Andrea made it feel like home.

Everything that we could possibly have needed was ready and waiting for us! The condo soon felt like home, the ocean view was an unexpected bonus, and the condo is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The very best fish tacos we had during our 2-week stay were just a block away at Coconuts!

Home beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could need for a tropical vacation. Only challenge was access for elderly as there was stairs you had to climb or come down on a Dailey basic and was really difficult to carry your luggage and supplies up and/or down .

Great time during or stay. Extremely clean and everything you could ever need maybe more things than I even have at home!

Clean, updated, conveniently located apartment with easy access to Kamaole I. beach, a community pool, and shopping. Highly recommend.

From the time we inquired about renting this condo, to the time we checked out, everything was easy. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we could ask for, even a crock pot! The property manager was very easy to contact. One of the drawers collapsed on us a few days into our trip and it was fixed within two days, no hassle. The location of the condo is amazing, with just a two minute walk to the beach and all amenities close by. It’s clear that the owner takes great pride in this property. I would love to stay here again in the future!

The property was well maintained and beautiful. I enjoyed the location of the property and all the upgrades in this unit. The owner has wonderful taste with the finishes and the beachy feel in the decor. The condo has everything you need for a day at the beach! I would stay in this unit for every Maui visit❤️

We would stay here again. Liked the large lanai and being close to the pool. Pool does have a lot of rules so if have small kids may not be the place for you. Very clean and pretty property. Easy walking to restaurants and excellent beaches.

This is a beautiful, comfortable condo in a perfect location in Kihei! Its super clean, stylish and everything you would possibly need is included. The owner is especially caring and kind. And to top it off a gorgeous brand new pool and spa! I was very sad to leave.

The location of Kihei Alii Kai is only a few miles from the main highway and only about 20 minutes from the airport. Parking is good.The swimming pool is right around the corner from the front door; however, we were unable to use it as it was being renovated. There is a nice patio with outdoor furniture and there is limited but nice view of the ocean. It is an easy 5 min. walk to the beach and several good places to eat as well as a bakery right a short walk down the street. The condo has been completely remodeled and is fully equipped; washer / dryer, internet, TV, DVR, games, books, beach chairs etc. The bed is very comfortable. There is air conditioning in the main area and more than adequate fans throughout. Andrea was great in communication with us and answered any questions promptly. (Would rate it 5 stars for our stay except for a water leak from the condo above - which was no fault of this owner).
