Well, it wasn't the cleanest or in best shape place, but it was paradise! The sunset were absolutely amazing! Taking breakfast on the patio with the bird all around and the ocean waves was heaven! You had everything you need to cook! No need for AC, just open the windows and you'll get the perfect breeze! We had an amazing time! For the price, I highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The salt water pool was nice & had a full outdoor kitchen with several equipped gas grills. Queen bed was comfortable. Public Pickleball courts close by. Place really needs deep cleaning and repairs by wasn’t bad for the price.

Im gonna be honest here. There was a bit of a clerical error on our checkin which had us stranded at a four star hotel down the road for the first night. BUT the host made it right again the very next morning. During our stay we became more and more aware of the fact that this vrbo is so much more beautiful then the hotel we spend the first night at. I cant put in words just how pretty it truly is. Everything was clean and spacious with a good location and a stunning view onto the ocean . I would come back here in a heartbeat

It was a beautiful corner unit with an amazing view of the ocean. There is a big grassy area in front that is used for football practices a few times a week. The unit is very well insulated so we did not hear any noise from our neighbours. There is no air conditioning but it wasn’t needed because you can get a cross breeze through the sliding door and bedroom windows especially if it gets windy. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The sunsets were unreal and I saw turtles everyday on the beach. I would recommend staying here!

Tracie’s condo was perfect with a fantastic ocean view!! It was central to all the beaches and sites we chose to visit and although it is just off of a busy commuter road, it was very quiet and so we’re the neighbors! It was very well stocked with everything we needed. It does not have air conditioning but the unit has several useable fans, that made it very comfortable for sleeping. Would definitely request to stay there again the next time we visit Maui and the price was right in Canadian $$$$!

Great place to stay. Couldn't get the Spectrum cable to work though. Other than that we loved the location, the sunsets from the lanai. It was quiet. The pool area was great, nice hot tub and grills. Of note, we checked in on a Sunday, so the office is closed and we weren't able to get a parking pass until Monday.

This was a great place, right on the beach. The apartment could use a little bit of love, but all in all it was great. We were there 7 days and would return should the opportunity come up

The view was beautiful. However the unit is in serious need of deep cleaning. The drawers and closets were filled with their personal items and left mininal space for us to put our things away. The cupboards were overflilled and the smell permeated packaging of food not in glass jars. The maintenance service was quick to respond when the refigerator did not work, the dryer was full of sheets and towels. Cleaning person was called back to re-clean and adimitted that place was dirty, smelled dank and musty and in serious need of repairs. The closet doors kept coming off the rails, in additions to being jammed with stuff including empty boxes. The louvered blinds in bedroom needed to be propped open with towels to allow for circulation. The bathroom was another story with no room for storage and and bathtub

We had a wonderful week-long stay at Tracie's condo. You can't beat breakfast and dinner on the lanai listening to the birds and watching the waves roll in. This place was perfect for us - it is centrally located and the park and tennis courts were an added bonus. The pool was nice and the bed was comfy. We definitely will stay here again.

You cannot ask for a better location in Kihei, and you cannot have a better vista than from the balcony period. The description is just as presented. No AC did mean that there was some fine sand or dust coming in with the doors and windows open. The appliances were great especially the large refrigerator with all the ice you could require. For the price paid, you get it all.

This was an incredible stay! Loved the view! Loved the safety of the resort and the beach! Loved the amount of towels and resources the apartment had! Loved the location and how near it was to restaurants and shops! Overall incredible experience!

Stayed 11 nights and loved this condo. Furnished with everything we needed. Ocean view was beautiful, grounds and pool area so pretty. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely love to stay again

The unit is a little older, but very clean and well maintained. It is up one flight of stairs and has no elevator. The kitchen is well stocked, and now has a new spatula that we donated to the unit. As advertised it has no AC, but by opening the lanai slider door and the two bedroom windows, we got a great cross breeze and were very comfortable in mid-June.

This property was lovely. My fiancé and I stayed for 1 week and the place really felt like home! You couldn’t ask for better amenities and the view from the balcony is beautiful. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!

You could not ask for a better view for the price! We loved watching the sunsets! They were so spectacular every night. The beach is quiet and in front of the condo. Great for walking in the sand. The condo is a little outdated but again for the price, it can not be beat! We plan on coming back and. recommending to family and friends.

As shown in the listing, the views are great. The property is a nice, quiet condo complex and this unit is set far enough away from pool and pickleball courts that you don't hear excessive noise. Due to the recent storm that moved in about a week before arrival, the floors and shutters in bedroom were still quite dirty with fine dirt. (apologies - I know it's requested to not wear shoes, but our feet were filthy if barefoot so we wore flip flops). A couple items were not working (coffee pot and TV) but Nicole provided us loaner items for these very promptly and we appreciated that. A couple other items in the unit were not working either, but they were not essential to us, so not a big deal. We appreciated having some games and several books to use while we were there as well. The kitchen has pretty much anything you'd need, so that was nice. Overall, it was a nice unit to rent since we were trying to save money on lodging but still wanted an ocean view. Tracie has always been very prompt in responding to my inquiries prior to our trip so I appreciated her communication.

The Good: The condo had pretty much everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked including paper towels, plenty of towels and TP. 2 boogie boards, small cooler, beach umbrella, 2 (mismatched) beach chairs. The furniture was quite comfortable, as was the queen size bed. Plenty of storage in the bedroom. The location of the condo is just about perfect. Not in the heart of the tourist/high traffic part of Kihei, but only 2-5 minutes to anything you need. The view is fantastic, the beach is about 100 yards across the park lawn is nice and pretty much only used by guests. The condo community grounds include a nice pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, 6 big BBQ , shuffle board, a putting green, pool lounge chairs, and there park right behind has tennis and Pickleball courts (that are very popular, so expect to hear the clacking of pickleball when the park is open).... The community gounds are very well kept The not so good but not a deal breaker: The entry door still uses a key box and keyed dead bolt. Having a modern electronic dead bolt would be nice. The TV is a small, old flat screen (32 inch) with HDMI inputs No A/C in the condo. Probably won't need it unless there is a heat wave, but even with the slider open and the window fan going in the bedroom it didn't cool off much over night , We were comfortable with daytime highs of low 80s The bathroom walls could use a good cleaning (dust build up) OVERALL the place is a good value, with a great location.....
