We celebrated the Christmas holidays with all of our adult children. Kitchen is fully stocked. Loved how huge each of the rooms were. Each person had their own full or Queen bed, and the master had a King bed. Everyone loved the indoor pools and heated lazy river. Only challenge was the keypad on the door didn’t always work. The condo can accommodate a lot of people but it needs additional chairs for dining at the table. Only had six chairs - we had to bring our own extra folding chairs.

The unit was spacious and roomy enought for our three families to enjoy being together and enjoying each other. It was well stocked and found to be as advertised. King bed matress in master bedroom sagges and should be replaced. Owner/manager was very responsive to calls and questions. Clogged garbage disposal was cleared within an hour. Resort common areas lacked in-depth cleaning. Parking spaces were not sufficient during Thanksgiving weekend. TV operations and viewing instructions could not be foound. Resort staff was friendly and helpful. Beach, pools, workout room and location where excellent.

This condo was spot on and perfect for our family! Everything was very clean and as described. Being right on the beach was perfect! We will be back again!!

Our room was so clean and nice, we had so much room. This made our stay so easy and enjoyable, we will definitely be back.

We had a great time. The condo is beautiful with breathtaking views! The beach is steps away from the condos pool area. Great food and drinks at the tiki bar. Convenient parking deck. Ages 3-60 in our group and equal fun had by all!

The location was perfect for local sightseeing. The unit was as described, very clean and comfortable. The host also went above and beyond to help us out. We would definitely stay again!

Very happy with our stay in Myrtle beach. It accommodated 14 people. 8 adults and 6 13-17 year olds. The place was up to date. 3 bathrooms very good size. Everything worked as it should. Views of the beach were perfect! Caught the breeze right off the ocean! Rufia provided excellent contact info and directions were simple and to the point! Would definitely recommend staying here. Spring break for the family, location is great, close to everything. The kids enjoyed the beach and the pools! Everyone was very friendly, complex employees very helpful and friendly. I Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the 4 bedroom 3 bath for our group of 12. The couch needed updating, very uncomfortable but I would not let that deter you booking. Bedrooms are spacious. Small living room area for a big group. But otherwise, accommodating to watch the TV in other rooms. We had an issue upon getting there but the owner quickly took care of it. Would stay here again!!

Enjoyable Stay

This was our first time staying at this resort and my group was happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and stocked. the only complaint I have was the water heater or pipes in the wall were constantly making a noise which made it hard to sleep in 2 of the rooms. Other than that, it was a great vacation. My group would definitely stay here again.

Now that we’re grandparents we wanted our grandkids to have some of the same experiences as their dads. Perfect place for the really little ones. Staff was very friendly. Thanks for letting us make memories ❤️

Great place.

The condo was perfectly stocked with plenty of room for everyone. We came down as a family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from college. There was tons to do right at the condo and all the myrtle beach attractions were close by. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was amazing but someone around us smoking marijuana smelling ot our place all week!

We met friends there and had great time

Property was very spacious and clean. Check in process did not go according to directions. Our items were not in the room so we went to front desk as instructed and they could not help us at all, said we had to go through the property manager. The biggest issue was key cards that allowed us to get from the parking deck to the elevators. A total inconvenience seeing as the only one that you could get in was the main floor and parking was always full on that deck. We finally received our key cards from the property manager on the 4th day.

Three beds and three baths was great. Enjoyed Thanksgiving with enough room for everyone. Beautiful views.

Very pleased and would stay again. Ample sleeping arrangements and and Kitchen was well stocked. Building was also well maintained and the staff was very friendly. There is a mixture of Adults and Families using the facilities. Close to many of the top attactions.

Condo was nice. Had to check out at 10 a.m. although we couldn't enter unit until 4 p.m., although it was ready earlier. Had to take all trash out of unit and search for a dumpster, despite paying a cleaning fee. Info should have been revealed before unit was booked with no cancelation.

The location was close to every place we wanted to go visit , very convenient. Property manager was available for any concerns snd questions we had.

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. There were 8 of us and the condo had plenty of room for everyone. We especially loved the spacious balcony and spent as much time as we could sitting out there enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. There were boogie boards in the closet for the kids to use, and they loved them! Having the beach and pool right outside your door was perfect for young kids. We could easily go out for a short time and not have to drag all their "stuff" very far. The condo was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and was exactly what we needed. The owner responded very quickly to any communication and was great to work with. Any building staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Never having been to Myrtle, the location seemed fine. We drove to other activities, but nothing was too far away. The pools were very nice, and the lazy river was fun. Our three year old took great delight in going from pool to pool! The cute restaurant was only doing take out, but the tiki bar was open every day, and the kids loved the Italian Ice stand out by the pool. The resort was busy, and there were people outside pretty late every night, but inside the condo it was very quiet. We couldn't hear any of the outside activity unless we were sitting out on the balcony. We would all highly recommend this property to any large family looking to spend some time at Myrtle Beach!

The host was nice and communicated well. The location was great with easy access to the beach. The best part of the units was the beach front view. The kitchen was well stocked with appropriate dishes and cookware. The appliances were decent. There was a new stackable washer/dryer. The problem with units was they are in need of a thorough cleaning and they are in need of updating for the price point. There was dirty carpet and stains on the sofa and chairs. In addition to this, there was a mildew odor throughout the units, particularly in the master bedroom. The walls were dirty, the air vents had thick dust on them and there were a couple of areas on the ceiling that requires professional drywall work. I would not be able to recommend this property in its current condition.
