We loved the pool and we played volleyball everyday. The location and the beach is gorgeous. The amenities that this property provides is excellent. We will be back!

Great place to stay, close to the beach and the hot tub is amazing (after you learn it takes 30 min to warm up) but still a lot of fun! If you’re staying long, you might need to bring some toilet paper. But they had a ton of extra towels and great out door accessories!

Awesome stay! I feel like the pictures don’t do this cozy yet spacious property justice. We stayed at the pool a little bit longer than we stayed at the beach because we loved the setup. And when we went to the beach, we loved the beach supplies that were included with the property. Definitely would come back to this property.

The house was awesome, though we had expected more beds and the futon only fit one person. Otherwise the place was fabulous and cozy. The pool and spa were large and amazing.

Great Stay

This is my second stay at this property. We absolutely love this beach house! It has all the accommodations for my family. Very clean, cozy, great layout. We love the private pool area! Our toddler loved to hang out with us under the umbrella in the shallow wading pool. It was perfect for him to enjoy the pool with us safely. The backyard/ pool area space is great to layout, swim, lounge, bbq- chef’s kiss! The house is a short easy walk to the beach too which we took advantage of! Upstairs has plenty of space to cook, play board games, nap, snack and the balcony spaces are nice to hang out in too. One in the front, one over looking the pool, one above the house and yes you can see fireworks from up there! We were able to relax during vacation and we very much enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming and booking this beach house again!

Lovely stay with everything we needed and more. Easy beach access and an awesome pool to relax in. Plenty of space and was super clean! The kitchen had condiments, which was a huge plus for us since we tried to pack light for cooking things! The beach wagons and umbrellas were a plus. Honestly, we had absolutely ZERO complaints. We just wish we could stay longer!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Beautiful spacious space that accommodated my big family of 16. Granted, we used our air mattress but it was equipped with everything you could imagine. (Lots of towels, linens and blankets for everyone. We utilized the wagons to load our canopies and chairs which made it convenient. The only hiccup was that the downstairs bedroom only had one set of twin beds even though the picture shows 2 sets.

It was a nice place to stay at, very easy access to the beach, and the pool/hot tub was great.

The house is beautiful and close to the beach. The house was great, everything was great my whole family which is 12 of us loved the house. Can’t wait to stay here next time.

Great place for large families! Everyone enjoyed the patios and pool. Convenient and short walk to the beach access. House was stocked with the necessities that made our stay more enjoyable.

The beach house was more than we imagined. It was fully equipped, clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would totally recommend renting this house for a big family. It truly was an amazing weekend!

We are hoping and planning for many future trips to Padre, and no beach house could be better for us! It was immaculately clean when we arrived, incredibly well-stocked, great TV's/beds/pool and in the perfect location for us.

This house perfectly accommodated my sisters and our families. Great location with a great pool! The downstairs was perfect for all the kids. The only downside was that there were no window coverings in the bunk room downstairs. We put a dark sheet up so that the kids would sleep as long as possible, and it did the trick! We would definitely book here again.

They thought of everything

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was very clean and had plenty of space. Short walk to the beach and shopping close by. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was just awesome not only does it have a pool but it’s equipped with board games a little mini bar downstairs. The bedrooms were roomy and had good mattresses. This place literally has just about everything to have a great time.

I've been going to the beach every year for my birthday, this is by far the best day and experience I ever had! They had so many things available to use this house has been well thought out and is such a beautiful place it had everything you need. I will no longer look for anywhere else to stay I hope to stay in this place every year from here forward and I make sharing my experience with everyone I know as well absolutely loved it! And the management in charge were wonderful as well never had such a great experience ever!

My group of friends and I rented this home for our spring break. We had a great time! The house came equipped with everything we needed for beach days and even had a cart to haul it all to the beach with. The beach access is only a few houses down the street and to the North. The only bummer was that the pool wasn't quite ready for our group, but it will be very beautiful when it is finished! The owners were very helpful and gave us all the freedoms we could ask for. We would love to visit again!

We had a great time- lots of space for everyone to spread out. House is stocked well- the only thing missing is an ice cream scoop (we donated ours) and a dishwasher. Kids loved all the TVs. Adults loved the big table to play Mexican Train. Beach is half a block away- close enough to run back to the house easily. We would definitely stay again in the future! We just wish we could bring our dogs- they would have loved the beach too!

Beautiful beach house!!! Loved our stay! Definitely recommend it. Walking distance to the beach and many other attractions. A definite home away from home feel.
