Good area close to everything.

It was a nonsmoking room and it smelled alot like cigarettes. Didn’t mind since it wasn’t all the family just my husband and I staying.

Everything went just fine. Check-in went smoothly the room was nice very clean. There was a nice view of the gulf. The staff and the other guests were all friendly and helpful.

when we got to leave

the beds were very uncomfortable. On the website it says dogs are $25 per stay and when I got there they told me they haven’t updated the website yet and it was going to be $35 a night which is a lot more I ended up paying $70 for my two night stay also on the website says they offer breakfast which they do not! but the worst of it was my 2 year old found a pill on the floor next to the bed and thought it was a m&m and put it in her mouth and in a spilt second I realized she did not have m&ms. I did research on the pill she had found and it was a muscle relaxer! if my daughter did not mention finding a m&m she would have just swallowed it. very concerning I don’t want any other little kid finding pills and becoming ill. the room’s definitely need to be cleaned better!

Price, location and friendly personnel.

We paid for a room with a view but the window was not clean on the outside so we were unable to enjoy it. The room might need a de-humidifier; the a/c was ok but the humidity in the room didn't make it enjoyable.

Location and convincing

The whole experience. Broken sink stopper.Heavily stained linens.a/c wasn’t fixed until our last night of visiting.customer service.dirty floors.pillows were old & stained.no blankets. Thank goodness Walmart was close so we could purchase items we needed. No returned calls, no returned text. Just blatant disrespect. 1 excuse for the a/c “too many people in the room” & the other “you have turn it up to 70 back down to 68 because it freezes up-try this all night!” We slept with the window cracked with a fan to pull in cool air. My parents were with us, dad is sick so they had to leave early because of the heat.

Relatively cheaper compared to other motels/hotels in the area. Was able to check in early without any additional charges. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Close to beach access, restaurants and stores. Beds were big and spacious. Room looked nice.

Room for 4 only had 1 chair. The only chair in the room also looked dirty. Bathroom is very small. The door bangs against the toilet seat. Unable to close the bathroom door unless the toilet seat is lifted up. Room only had 1 sink. Other comparable motels would have 2 sinks (1 near the bathroom and 1 by the kitchenette). Really inconvenient if you have several people staying in 1 room. No room safe.
