The pool and location
I checked in at 1630 hrs . The room was not ready . The pillows were missing pillow cases , towels and the tub had slow drain.

Everything was better than expected we even had an ocean view from the side of our room, the breakfast was really good and it had plenty of options to choose from, we will definitely be back

Bed very comfortable, room temp great, cleanliness & appearance of room
We were on the 3rd floor, close to the elevators & in the evenings could hear something being moved/rolled around above us. Occurred both nights. Since the restaurant is located on that end, assumed it was staff but certainly could be done / completed earlier in the day so no to disturb in the evenings

Very very clean like being cleaned constantly
Florissant lights everywhere made it feel cold. Way too many kids over the weekend and very loud music at the pool couldn’t enjoy it. No hot water last day and coffee maker broke

We stayed on the third floor and lots of noise was heard from the 4th floor all night

Ocean views were spectacular. Beach access was great. Breakfast was delicious. Poolside patio was amazing. Convenient gift shop and restaurant with bar. Clean room, staff was receptive to our needs. Gave us an extra blanket without having to ask, fixed heater within minutes of notifying. Great place, can’t say enough good things about the place.

Good breakfast, location, bright furniture and paintings in the room, prompt repair service.
Fishy smell in the room if not cleaned for 1 day, short faucet, jamming doors and locks, elevators not maintained well.

The pier was AMAZING! Shop had reasonable prices as well for items we needed and forgot. Goggles and sand toys!
Parking was a nightmare we dreaded having to lose parking togo eat or to the store, waiting on the Elevator was awful! and it looks wore out. My keys were deactivated a couple times coming back up to the room from a Long Beach day, that was not okay. It was an easy fix but very inconvenient.

I love how clean and neat the room was and that every room has access to a balcony.
The bathtub is not very spacious. Maybe an upgrade to a tile walk-in style shower would be better.
