The price compared to other hotels during spring break was affordable. We were able to fish right on the property as it sits along the water, our back yard - location was great - beach is across the street - very walkable area to lots of restaurants, Cafe Karma was awesome and only a block down, across the street - staff was friendly - hot water in the room worked well - all the guests we met were friendly and there for a good time. Beds were comfy too.

This room worked for us because we didn't want to spend a lot of money, and keep in mind that this is an old motel - so are the grounds - not a big deal because I expected that. Although the rooms are remodeled, the few flaws are that the mini fridge didn't work very well, i suggested they put instructions on the entertainment center on how to operate the TV, get help with that if you can't get it going (probably a good thing we couldn't get it to work because that got us out as soon as we woke up, instead of watching the news) - oh, and ask for 2 keys when you check in.

That any changes to term could not be handled through motel staff. That we, as customers were referred to booking.com if we wanted to change our departure date. Weekend guests were VERY Loud. Facility fillled up quickly and were unavailable after facility was full
