You can't beat the view. Sunrise is gorgeous. The condo was perfect. Extemely clean, nice decor and terrific location. We had everything we needed and more. The owner sent us lots of info and we were able to find restaurants, shopping,and food stores easily. Great condo!

Our family always takes a spring beach trip, and after trying different locations and different properties, we have to say that this rental was one of the best we’ve stayed at. We love Hilton Head and plan to come back for many more trips. It’s a great place to take your family, especially with younger children when you don’t want the hustle and bustle of a crowded location like Myrtle Beach. This condo in Palmetto Dunes was perfect for our family. It was super clean, had a great view, and provided all of the necessities we needed to make our stay perfect. Being so close to the pool and beach was a must for us with a small child and this place checked that box. We also rented bikes from the outfitter on the property and parked them right underneath the condo. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and plan to be back for many more trips in the future!

We stayed for two weeks in Billy Baker's condo at Villamare and had an excellent time. The condo was exactly as shown on the website, very clean, everything was in great condition, Billy was great to work with....we were very happy with our stay! AND....the beach and pools are very accessible. Loved our stay!

This is our second time staying at Billy’s and we will be back, hopefully with some of our family. We don’t yet have grandkids (would need to rent an additional condo), but this is the perfect place for a multi-generational group. Great pools, easy beach access, and best of all, so close to the Kroger, Whole Foods, and Fresh Market. See you again, Billy, and thanks!

The unit is very nice and right on the ocean. Beautiful view. The outdoor pool area was under construction but since it was December, we wouldn’t have needed it anyway. Very comfortable king bed and wonderful primary bathroom shower. Thank you for a wonderful stay

This was a beautiful condo with great ocean views from both bedrooms. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Billy was a wonderful host and checked on us when we needed help with the TV! Very easy to work with and very responsive. We will go back!

We rent in Hilton Head 4 to 5 times per year and have stayed multiple places. This was by far the cleanest and most up to date condo we have stayed in the past 30 years. Will definitely check this availability first, going forth

Our experience renting this condominium was wonderful. The unit is well-maintained, and the property management is responsive and efficient. The location is perfect and is s 30-second walk from the beach. Dolphin-watching at breakfast is always fun!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head, but definitely won’t be our last. The entire island is gorgeous and has all of the amenities needed, the Palmetto Dunes resort is a great location, and the Villamare condos are nicely appointed and on a beautiful and broad section of the beach. Our unit on the second floor (second floor of condos, parking is below / at ground level) had amazing views from all 3 rooms we’ll never forget, and we were just steps away from the outdoor resort pool or the beach. The perfect place to unplug with our family of 5 for the week, perhaps the beginning of a new tradition! Thank you providing an amazing space to enable a week we’ll never forget.

I would rate this stay as a 4.5 since 5.0 denotes a perfect property and the property. 4.0 is too low. Communication with the host was excellent. The property is exactly as advertised. A few items that fall short of perfect 5.0.: the master bed is a high-quality king bed however it has developed low spots or 'sagging' indentations where people sleep. Other bedding materials such as linens and pillows were excellent. The guest shower drain is draining slowly and fills with a few inches of water when showering. The master bath sink drain is also slow. One of the kitchen hanging lights had a bulb out. It is a great unit in a great location and we had a great stay.

Our vacation was awesome! A very beautiful and comfortable condo. Overall, an excellent stay with everything we needed.

It is very clean, well appointed, and well kept, and overlooks the Beach and pool with 2 balconies. The owner provided helpful information for restaurants, bike rentals and things to do. Its on our list of places to revisit!

Our first time in HH and it won’t be our last. Well equipped unit with very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, in an excellent location with an owner who was readily accessible and extremely helpful. Do yourself a favor and book this place….it’s paradise!

We truly enjoyed our stay at 3225 Villamar! We love Palmetto Dunes and this condo was located in a fabulous spot with close incredible views from all windows of the ocean and pool area!! Beautifully and tastefully renovated… comfortable and easy! King bed was very comfortable, and shower was had great water pressure which is important to us. (Only two of us stayed so didn’t test out other beds) Clean and nicely equipped overall but you will need to bring beach towels and rent chairs. Favorite part was waking up to that view and knowing we were steps to the pool and beach and could sit out on balconies or by window to soak it all in! Building itself is older like many HH properties but the interior of the unit is modern and beautifully updated, and grounds well maintained. Great consistent communication with owner too! Highly recommend!

The condo was outstanding but we were disappointed that the pool was not heated and our elevator was not working the entire stay.

We had a great week! The condo was perfectly located on beach. We enjoyed the sunrises and views. The property was well maintained and property owner was super nice. Our only negativity would be the mattresses and bed linens could be upgraded/replaced. Other than that, this condo is very clean, great views and stocked with all your needs!

Beautiful condo with everything you need. Balcony faces pool and ocean, got wonderful pics of sunrise and full moon off of balcony. Played cards on balcony at night, listening to the waves! Enjoyed laying by the pool, rented chairs at beach, spent a day driving on the island-stopping at Lighthouse at the Harbour, Shelter Cove, and Tanger Outlets for a little shopping. The General Store In the resort area is amazing, we walked there from the condo daily….soft serve ice cream, frozen cokes, breakfast, tshirts, gift items, food we forgot to cook supper, etc… Just an amazing place to rent bikes, kayak, or take a daily walk, the trees are beautiful!! Thanks for a beautiful condo, we had a great time!!!

We had the best time staying in this beautiful condo! Its location is central to everything, and the grounds & condo were always clean and well appointed. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for a best friends’ reunion. Highly recommend!

The property was just as described..great beach view and easy access. The only glitch was a non-functioning elevator which made carrying luggage a bit challenging. But our unit owner was always available when we had questions. I'd rent from him again.

We have stayed in Villamare for the last 15 years and this property takes the cake! Can’t beat the view! Beautiful property and everything about the booking and checkin process was seamless.

This was a lovely villa in a lovely complex in Palmetto Dunes! Everything was pretty much perfect. The only suggestions I can make are that the unit has a week's supply of dishwasher detergent, a few laundry detergent pods, and coffeemaker filters. At this price point, I was bewildered by the fact that we are supposed to provide our own. We fly. That means we have to buy a full supply at the supermarket. We rent villas/condos ALOT. This is the first time we've ever had to provide our own supplies.

We couldn’t have been happier. Everything was right here- beach, pool, biking, swimming, exploring, shopping. So we’ll maintained and well organized check in , etc. 5/5

We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this one was probably the cleanest, and one of the nicest overall that we have visited. The property owner provided a lot of important and helpful information prior to our trip and was very responsive to our questions. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do: beach, pool, bike riding, great fishing, kayaking and relaxing. It's hard to come up with something that could be improved upon. We saw dolphin every day, often from the balcony or living room. We did note that in that condominium with the balcony doors open, you will hear 'pool noises' of children and families playing during the day, so you need to be good with that. It was very convenient to be only two stories up so it was an easy walk to the pool and beach.

We had a great stay at this condo at Villamare (Palmetto Dunes, HHI). Nothing beats waking up and having a cup of coffee overlooking the ocean. The sunrise, waves and dolphins playing each morning were the perfect way to start the day! The pool and beach are right there for easy coming and going. This was a great place to stay with our 2 teenagers! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
