Second time staying here - love the location - it’s a quick ride to the beach, accessible to attractions in Sea Pines, and across from the pool (but not close enough to be noisy). The hosts are incredibly responsive which makes everything easier.

Just off the golf course and within walking distance of the beach club. Comfortable king bed in the master. Well-stocked kitchen. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would happily stay again!

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head! We traveled with our family and my mother-in-law for Spring Break. The villas were within easy walking and/or biking distance to the beach. The condo was beautiful and was the perfect size for our group with a screened in porch where we enjoyed visiting and having coffee in the morning. The kitchen was well-stocked for preparing meals and within walking distance to the Sea Pines Beach Club restaurant and restaurants at the Sea Pines shopping center and easy biking distance to restaurants at Harbor Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

3 senior couples enjoyed your well-appointed townhouse for 3 days on the way north from Florida. We found the accommodations perfect for our needs. Each couple had a private bath and shared the well appointed kitchen/dining/living room. The hosts had prepared the property with essentials and were responsive to our request for help.

HHI has been our favorite place to vacation for over 20 years. This property was one of the nicest we have stayed in over the years. It was very clean and had been updated recently. Location was good, in that it was in Sea Pines, not too far away from the beach club, Harbor Town, and Lands End. The owner, Anne, was very responsive to questions and very accomodating. Would definitly stay again.

My experience was excellent. I had a couple minor issues when I first got there. Anne was there in an heartbeat and took care of them right away. Convenient location. Spacious and easy to live in. I would definitely stay there again.

Anne is an excellent host to work with.Perfect location. Easy walk or bike ride to The Beach Club, Shops, and Harbor Town. Unit was very clean. King bed in master suite was very comfortable. Liked having full cable along with a number of streaming apps on the living room TV. We found the couches a bit uncomfortable. We did some cooking and found the knives were not sharp. Made cooking a challenge.

Our family has stayed here twice now for Thanksgiving :). We especially love the location of this condo and the screened porch. It is quiet and peaceful. The televisions are also great, having hundreds of viewing options, and Internet service is very responsive. (we had one adult son working remotely that week). Thanks very much!

This was our first time renting in Sea Pines. Convenient location, nice bike ride or walk to the beach and other activities in Sea Pines! Great that it was so close to the beach trolley on the days that we had too much for bikes! Would definitely rent here again!

Perfect Location!
We had a great week at this condo! It was in a perfect location in Sea Pines… we rode our bikes to the beach everyday, Harbour Town and South Beach. The condo was clean, loved the screened in porch to read or nap, bathrooms with every bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for a great stay!

Loved It
Loved the location of the Villa and how close it was to everything. When we walked in the door we were so pleased with the Villa, its cleanliness and decor.
When we went upstairs to the bedrooms, the towels were nicely folded on the beds which was a nice touch.
Anne was quick to respond to any questions and made sure our stay was perfect when we arrived.
We would definitely go back and stay here.

Sea Pines Delight
We loved Anne’s townhouse in Sea Pines. Clean, homey and convenient to all of the amenities that we wanted ! Thank you for a great stay that was close to the Beach Club, pool was on site, and easy access to Smith Stearns. We loved biking everywhere and going to the screened in back porch.

Love this condo!!
My family was looking for a place to stay on Hilton Head to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. We were looking for something that would allow each couple their own private bathroom and had living area big enough for 6 adults to enjoy time together comfortably. We also wanted to be able to walk to the beach. This condo fit perfectly!! Anne was so easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any minute question. We had an amazing time!

Some feedback for consideration:
-Coffee Maker did not work, piece broken on filter so would not engage to make coffee(drip function).
-Pool was not cleaned until 4-5 days after our arrival.
-Provide simple instructions to use TV's.
-TV in bedroom with two beds required a code. Assuming prior guest put in code. Could not use during our stay.
-Provide extra trash can liners for kitchen.
-Provide more than one pod for dishwasher.
-Provide back up paper towels.
-Provide pump handsoap vs bar soap for each bathroom and in kitchen.
-Provide quality toilet paper vs TP that you can read the newspaper through.
These are details for your consideration. Bottom line i would absolutely stay at the property again. To add floor plan was great....A plus!

Excellent property walking distance to the beach.
Our family went down for Thanksgiving vacation this year. This was our first time staying in the Sea Pines area. There were 5 of us - 3 of which are our adult children. We had plenty of room and all were very pleased with the property.
The property was very well maintained and exactly matched up with our needs & expectations. The photos are accurate & show the property well.
We thoroughly enjoyed the location and property and look forward to the opportunity to stay again. We would definitely stay at this property next time we go to the area.

This is a beautiful place adjacent to the Atlantic Dunes golf course. Easy bike ride to all (beach, Harbortown, restaurants). You will love it!

Great Location in Sea Pines
Loved the central location with only a short bike ride to the beach, Harbour Towne and South Beach. It has been updated in all baths and kitchen, with plenty of seating in dining and living areas. Owner was very helpful and responded promptly to all questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Sun-sational in Sea Pines
Very nice updated unit located in Sea Pines. All 3 bedrooms have a private bath with a half bath on main floor.
Community pool located steps from the front door. We didn't rent bikes and no problems parking at Sea Pines Resort while we went to the beach. It was later in the summer, so that May have had something to do with it. We did have internet issues on the first day, but the owner was quick to fix the issue. Would definitely stay at this villa again.

Anne was great to work with in planning. Location is amazing; our second time in Plantation Club and this location was perfect across from the pool and still close walking distance to the beach with all our stuff. Space was perfect for our family and perfect for the time away from reality.

When we arrived, Anne the owner was there finished the cleanup. The dryer had died so she was making arrangements for a replacement, that was quickly completed. The place is great. Kitchen is well equipped. Served us well for breakfastBedrooms are very comfortable. Second bedroom had plenty of space for daughter and son in law with their baby. Bathrooms have all been updated. It's close to everything. 8.minute walk to the Beach Club. Would definitely stay here again
