Location was hard to beat. Apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The private parking option is very convenient.

Downside of the central location, a lot of nightlife around the building. Earplugs recommended…

2 bedroom apartment was excellent and in excellent position just down from the playa maior.

Very convenient car parking space with walkable distance and great location to roam around the pretty Salamanca area. While the owner does mot speak English they were very flexible with the parking that helped and kept some nice little things in the fridge which was nice of them

It got noisy after 22:00 all throughout night at the downstairs bar and when people come back to the apartment you can clearly hear their voices and noise even after midnight to 3:00-4:00

Almost everything. Very good value for the price we paid. Nice apartment and very confortable. Great location near the Plaza Mayor. Quiet sorroundings. The garage where we had to park our car was only 2 blocks away.

Maybe the only drawback was the first impression where the apartment is located. It's a little bit rundown and there is a bar right in front.

The location was great, very central. The hosts were very nice and offered nice tips on things to do around. Salamanca is very nice, full of young people, very well taken care of and easy to walk around.

Beautiful, extremely clean and With brand new bathroom, kitchen and furniture. Bedrooms have beautiful, confortable bedroom sets with a lot of closet space. Hosts were very caring and helpful. It was such a pleasure to meet such nice people. We are looking forward to come back and stay here soon.

Everything was great!

Everything and host was very helpful I arrived in a campa van not a car so it was to tall fog underground parking. So she helped me find a free parking spot close to the exceptionally clean fantastic located apartment as I have been travelling all over Spain staying in different accommodations in the south and the north of Spain this was by far the best value for money and the most hygienic accommodation especially in Covid times. The house was unbelievable even though she did not speak English she took the time to use their mobile to translate with me I will deafly be returning if ever I’m in this beautiful city again

what I liked the most was how clean and detailed the apartment was. A the Mar, the host was very friendly.

Fantastic location, very clean, large apartment. Air conditioning and heat, plenty of dishes and condiments. Elevator. Less than a 5 minute walk to Plaza Mayor.
