The owner is fantastic, the booking procedure as well as information before arrival and email contact could not be better. We stayed here a while back and were so excited to come back a spend a few days at Al's apartment. Buenos Aires is a great city and you can see it all spread out beneath you and across to Uruguay from this penthouse apartment. Owner Al is a great communicator upfront and his management team on site is great. Easy checkin process and Ralf lives right in the building in case you need anything (we didn't.) The place is immaculate, great beds and linens. wifi and the private terrace is insane. Great little kitchen too but we didn't really use it since there are so many great restaurants and bakeries nearby. Top notch all around.

Everything about this property was great. It has a beautiful view of the city that changes throughout the day. The amenities are good with a workout room and 25 meter pool. The staff and owner bent over backwards to make sure we had a fun stay. Finally, the location in Palermo is in the middle of a nice/safe neighborhood. We had a fantastic trip to BA and would stay in this apt again.

A beautiful penthouse apartment with stunning views in every room. The apartment was very well appointed and centrally located. The building was especially well managed and secure. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were tasteful. The sunset from the large terrace was spectacular. Alan, the owner, was most gracious and helpful – he had compiled several pages of restaurant recommendations and must-see places. His advice on exchanging local currency was most helpful. Ralf, the local host, was very accessible and his recommendations of restaurants and local sights were spot on. He welcomed us in the lobby of the building and brought us to the apartment. He explained the operations of all the amenities once we arrived at the apartment. He took us to a “closed-door” restaurant. The experience was unforgettable. Ralf really made our stay beyond our expectations. Thank you so much, Ralf. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and our experience in this amazing city. I can’t say enough how well we were treated. I would highly recommend this amazing apartment to anyone and hope to come back in the future. The view says it all. The apartment was absolutely perfect, as described and pictured, and the sunsets were an added daily bonus. Four of us stayed here along with five other friends who rented two other apartments in the same building. It was a great "home base" for our group and was within walking distance to many local conveniences like grocery stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, pastry shops, wash and fold laundry, and the subway station at Plaza Italia. The botanic gardens, planetarium, and Japanese gardens are also right nearby making a nice location for a morning stroll. The building is gated and very secure and has a pool, gym, hot tub and sauna on site. Owners were great in answering many questions in advance and offering some great suggestions on dining and nearby shops. We would highly recommend or stay there again on our next trip to Buenos Aires.

An amazing apartment. The views were simply the best. The apartment was very clean. Appreciated the comfortable beds. The staff on site were so very welcoming and gave great advice. Really can't think of a better more centralized location than this apartment. Subway very close and probably the best restaurants in the city just blocks away. Highly recommend this property!!

This place is amazing. 29th floor views of Buenos Aires are spectacular. The location was also spot on. Palermo SOHO offered great dining, access to markets and retail shopping all within walking distance. Definetly recommend hopping a cab to check out Recoleta Cemetery and La Boca/La Bombonera. Last but not least, Alan (the owner) and Marcelo (the property manager) were both fantastic. Their efforts really make you feel welcome and cared for. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience Buenos Aires the right way.

This amazing 2-story apartment has an incredible view of the city from the 29/30 floors of the building. Located in Palermo & within walking distance or short taxi ride to many good restaurants, shops & sights. Alan, the owner is very responsive to questions about the apartment & gave great info & tips about BA prior to our vacation. Apartment is just as stunning as photos and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has everything you might need. Property manager met us when we arrived with keys & more info regarding property. A 24-hr security office at entrance makes for a truly safe stay. Thank you again, Alan, for the use of your property! We had a great stay!

I could not have been happier, 2 of us rented this fabulous place and my friend's daughter joined us for part of the stay. We were all so thrilled with our stay, crazy beautiful views, lovely clean building that is ultra secure, not that i was worried about the area!!! VERY available owners and managers to help, and to suggest great ideas and guide us to a wonderful stay. Personally loved the a/c in each room allowing me to share space and sleep so very well while traveling with a companion who has opposite comfort needs! I would love to go back and if i don't go alone, would love to book this place again...you will love that rooftop...Don Julios for dinner in walking distance and so very very much more....Thanks so much for a great week in Buenos Aires and for your advice about our trip to Iguazu!

We enjoyed the apartment immensely. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were great. The local agents explained the operation of all the accessories, including the electronics and AC and were helpful and attentive. It’s only a 3-5 minute walk from the Plaza Italia Subte (subway) station. The security at the building is very good. The views are outstanding to the north and west, and thunderstorms are much more exciting when viewed at nearly eye level. Highly recommended!

Apartment is exactly as pictured! Great location - close to shops and restaurants, walkable to Recoleta (or an inexpensive taxi). We loved our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

Alan's apartment is wonderful! From the location to the layout and amendities, everything is perfect about this place. Alan and his property manager were very helpful in giving me recommendations and helping plan my trip. I highly recommend this to place!

Second time staying at this amazing penthouse and it has not lost any of it's magic on me. Al (owner) met us and enjoyed some vino y queso on the terrace with us as we watched the sun set and talked about what we would do during our stay - very informed and helpful. He was down overseeing some terrace improvements (new sofas to die for...) and helpfully pointed us to some great meals as is was BA food week and gave us plenty of helpful tips on what to do in town and suggested a few overnight options (Iguaszu, Mendoza, Colonia.) They say lightning never strikes twice but this trip was even better than our last. Can't recommend highly enough: Apartment, location, neighborhood offerings and proximity to subway and airport. Muchas gracias mille veces!
