This home is clean, well equipped and the views of the beach is spectacular from the lanai. It was a perfect stay for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped, beach items were available for use. Air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room was a plus and appreciated. This location was close to many shops and restaurants. Laundry facilities onsite was also very convenient. We had a memorable stay here at Kihei. Would love to come back soon. Thanks Bruce for sharing your beautiful home with us!

What a wonderful spot. Looking into booking another stay. We actually extended our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. If you are contemplating booking here don’t contemplate any longer and just book it.

This condo was clean and well equipped. We loved the sunset views, the large lanai and the beach to walk the shoreline. We really appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs being onsite to use. Everything you need is only a short walk or drive away. (Shave ice, groceries, fruit stand) After days filled with exploration and adventures on the island, our kids (10 & 8) loved to play in the pool and loved the park for soccer and frisbee. The bbq, and laundry facilities onsite worked great. The owner was very responsive and accomodating. We appreciated staying here and look forward to our next visit. Mahalo

Nicely laid out with beautiful views and good location. Pros: well-accommodated, nicely remodeled, beautiful park side setting, close to beach, comfortable, beach accessories supplied. Cons: Wi-Fi was down the whole time (not really a big deal), cleaners could do a more thorough job and not park in our assigned parking spot. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent 11 nights at the property and would definitely stay there again. It was in a great location, only a very quick drive to amazing beaches, groceries, as well as great coffee and shave ice spots. The unit was very clean and filled with everything you need (boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, towels, snorkel set). We had the pool to ourselves most of the time and it was nice and quiet to sit on the lanai in the evenings. The beach was within walking distance and the perfect spot to watch the sunset every evening. We highly recommend this spot for a family or anyone wanting a relaxed and easy going atmosphere.

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location was perfect, the sunsets were unbelievably spectacular from the balcony, beach access was convenient, the pool was not overcrowded and the facility was clean and cool with the air conditioning units provided. We kept the patio door open often for a cool ocean breeze too. The property manager on-site (Steven) and on-call (Bruce & Shelley) were attentive and knowledgeable. It was a perfect location, making it a perfect trip!

This condo is fairly close (within 30 mins) to most of the things you'll want to do/see on the island.. so close to many beaches (aside from the one just behind the property!!). The condo has a beautiful view from the lanai! The bedrooms are spacious. Everything was great, kitchen is well stocked. We don't want to leave!!! Thank you so much for renting us this beautiful condo, it really made our stay perfect!!

This place delivered in an amazing view! It was so nice to come home everyday to a beautiful sunset and ocean view from the back patio. What a sight to wake up to each morning as well. The complex was super quiet and those we met were friendly. The kids loved the pool and the huge park with gorgeous grass right in our backyard! The location in Kehei was close to everything. We will be back!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. We had a beautiful sunset every day and the view was fabulous. The condo had everything we needed to cook and the beds were comfortable. The property was clean as was the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thanks for letting us use the condo!

Great apartment in Kihei for a family of 4. Both bedrooms were clean and had AC which was a big plus. The common areas were also great with a relatively modern kitchen. The view off the balcony was priceless with amazing sunsets seen over the park behind and the ocean beyond. Facility had a nice pool and most amenities are close walking or driving distance. Overall a great stay.

Place was great. Great location. Views from patio are beautiful. Plenty of room for my family of 4. Very clean, well stocked with kitchen ware. Had coolers, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. Laundry was a little difficult as there were only 2 machines and weren’t open very early or very late. Which we needed since we were out exploring all day. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The view is amazing and waking up and breathing the island aloha in every morning makes each day so much more amazing. From the lanai you can watch the sunset and in the right time of year you could even watch the whales. Condo is fully stocked with all the things you’ll need to cook your meals and the kitchen is positioned so you won’t have to miss the view while you do it. An incredible find and right in Kihei !!

Leinaala Condo complex is in a perfect ocean front location in Kihei. Enjoyed people/dog/sunset watching from the comforts of our lanai. At sunset 100+ people go to the ocean to watch the sunset every night. There are tennis courts and pickle ball courts just off to the right of the condo. Condo was very quiet. Virtually no noise from other tenants or road noise. The unit could use a paint job, a new sofa and a new nonstick frying pan, sharper knives, and some teaspoons (only 4). Having said that we made due with what we had. The kitchen and bathroom have been nicely updated. Loved the water/ice function on the fridge. The king size bed was also very comfortable! Somewhat disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Definitely just surface cleaning. Areas that were neglected: lots of dust bunnies underneath the beds and couch, crumbs found in kitchen cupboards and drawers, and dirt/hair behind toilet. Not much left for cleaning supplies so had to buy our own to cleanup behind the cleaning people. We did have to call the maintenance man because shower drain was plugged. Came immediately the next morning to clean it out. He also fixed the track on the screen patio door so that it would open and close better. There is only one BBQ for all 24 units which we were worried about. Most people must eat out because it was hardly used except for us. Not in the best location (by the parking lot) and there are no chairs or tables to sit on while you are cooking. We ended up using the beach chairs that we left in our car. We probably looked ridiculous sitting so low to the ground but it worked for us. Lol Other than that, our stay there was amazing. We were there for 5 weeks and really enjoyed the condo and area and the people we met.

We really loved staying in this condo. It was a spectacular view and had all the amenities that we needed. The boogie boards were a major plus! It's not an ideal Beach for swimming but it's a spectacular walking and viewing Beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and we could easily supervise them from the lanai. There are air conditioning units in the rooms, but if you're used to cool air it can be a bit muggy.
