Overall this was a really great choice in condo for the weekend. The unit was incredibly clean, check-in was easy, the decorations were lovely and very beachy, and the location of the complex was just what we were looking for. I also never heard any neighbors, the building itself must be very sound-proofed. My only true complaint would be that the photo of the third bedroom is very misleading, it is basically an oversized closet. Two people could absolutely not fit comfortably in there so one person ended up sleeping on the couch. It basically only fits a queen sized bed (shoved up against the wall) and a bedside table. No closet, no room to even set a suitcase down if you also want to be able to walk. Just something to keep in mind because for a group of six of us, it wasn’t ideal. Oh also, when they say bring spices, they mean it. There wasn’t even salt and pepper stocked in the kitchen cabinet lol

I booked this place because of the reviews for cleanliness. While overall it was pretty good there were a couple things that were bothersome. The bathrooms had random gross hairs and the guest shower had a bunch of sand and dirt in it. Also, the dishes were not clean. There was food on the dishes and food particles in the dishwasher. All of the soap they provide for showers, dishes, washing machine etc were very cheap. Also the toilet paper and paper towels were the cheapest brand and super thin. This was unlike other places we’ve stayed in that there were no basic foods provided like salt and pepper, oil for cooking etc. finally, I’d recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones there are SO flat and uncomfortable. The couches had some food on it, melted chocolate or something and some stains. Some positives: great location, great view, fast communication and overall was a positive experience.

So many times we have been expecting a nice, clean place to rest for a few day, or weeks, only to be disappointed. This time we experienced an easy process to check in. The condo was a spacious and clean. It was just the same as the picture we selected for our visit and we had easy parking and access in and out. We enjoyed our stay very much

We were in Gulf Shores for the National Jimmy Buffett Convention. The condo was close to the music venues. The unit was very clean,had everything that was needed. The veiw was from the patio great. We will be coming back.

This was our first trip to the beach with our kiddos so it was definitely a learning experience. This condo ended up being a perfect for for what we needed. PROS: awesome location, kids splash pad area, super comfy beds, TVs in every room, full kitchen (bring your own coffee filters, dish soap, and extra trash bags), tons of parking CONS: feet were black from walking around barefoot inside (will bring slippers next time), kids splash pad was turned off at odd times when it definitely should have been on, was given an incorrect door code upon check-in and door was wide open when we showed up (was given a new door code a few minutes after texting them) We plan on booking this same condo when we visit again.

Awesome location! 2 of 3 bedrooms were spacious. Floor was a bit gritty upon arrival from the sand. Management was great. Market right across the street. Nice overall stay!

The condo was almost just as advertised. Our room code didn't work. took 30 minutes and 3 codes to get a correct one. The 3rd "bedroom", had no closet and no dresser. Nowhere to put clothes. Disappointing, but we made it work. Overall a great experience, very close to restaurants and other attractions.

The property itself was awesome. Very clean and easy access to most of everything you needed. The only issue for us was the use of the elevators.

The condo was a great location and very clean with a great decor inside. However, we had trouble getting in on arrival with several codes that didn’t work and with 2 kids that can be frustrating, yet it was resolved. Upon inspection of the condo we found there to be no hot water and contacted for help in which we were assured it would be fixed the next day. It was fixed thankfully, but not until 8:00pm the next night so we were with 3 children, on the 10th floor, with no hot water and from 3:00-8:00 the second day unable to use the bathroom due to no water at all. We tried contacting someone daily to see if we could get an extra night or some compensation for the rough first 2 days of our trip. However, we were told daily that someone would contact us and then that we needed to call. No one ever got in touch and we couldn’t ever get anyone to answer. Finally on our checkout day, day 6, someone let us know that someone else needed to check into the condo that day and that someone would reach out after the holidays. We loved the condo itself, but it was very frustrating to spend so much money and pretty much lose 2 days of our vacation. Time, money and lots of planning go into our vacations with children. We are back home now and have yet to hear from anyone. We have vacationed at many different places in the area and never had the issues we had here, so unfortunately we won’t be going back there.

Our stay was great. The condo was super clean and exactly as described. Super nice place. The only negative is the elevator situation. They need more elevators at this property. Location was great, staff was friendly and eager to assist.

Interior of the unit was newly remodeled and gorgeous! Beds and pillows were SO comfortable! Unit had extra comfort items like beach chairs and wagon full of sand toys that we unexpected and welcome! Didn't see a single bug the entire time, it was incredibly clean and fresh. The pool area is super small, but we were there for the beach, so we didnt need it. Didnt hear any of the neighbors, the insulation was great! We will DEFINATELY select this same unit in the future!

Beautiful and well kept. Gorgeous views. Only issue was getting in when we arrived. The combo didn’t work and while texting with management company about getting it reset it was not working only to find out they were resetting the wrong condo. We got in after about 10 minutes. Everything was perfect after that!!

This condo was nicely placed on the beach with beautiful sunset views. The balcony furniture was ok. The sliding glass doors didn’t have screen doors to allow listening to the ocean from the living room or bedroom. The kitchen is lightly stocked. The toilet paper was incredibly thin, thankfully we brought some from home and there wasn’t any Kleenex in the unit. Thought that was strange since every hotel and other vrbo units we stay at does. The front bathroom inner shower curtain liner was incredibly annoying as it was constantly sticking to your skin like Saran Wrap. The shower was also quite narrow. The towels were very nice and thick! The elevators were very quick, never had any issues with them. Communications were spot on so that was good! Overall, having come from Destin staying at a beachfront condo that was priced way below this unit, the bar was set pretty high. If we returned to Gulf shores, we would probably look at other units but it did do the job though.

One of the easiest check-in experiences that I have ever had. The condo was very clean, just as shown on the website. Do yourself a favor and book a place through this owner!

Everything was as listed. We almost did not book here because of the elevator reviews but we had no problems at all in the 7 days we were there on the 10th floor. Beware the parking is crazy for any big trucks . Condo was clean and comfortable and we made great memories . Would definitely recommend this room 1007.

Amazing place for a new family to spend vacation! Condo amenities were perfect and the locations was great. Will definitely stay again at Seawind.

We enjoyed this condo so much! Perfect location to the beach. The only down fall was waiting in line at the elevator, but even that didn’t slow us down much. Would love to return to this condo soon!

I enjoyed my stay but the only problem was how slow the elevators. And on that Sunday only one elevator was working early that morning before check out time. Took me 45 minutes to get a elevator to take my belongings to my vehicle.

The condo we rented was beautiful and exactly as described. We loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the ocean waves. Parking during the day was not bad but coming back from dinner we could not find parking . The elevator situation was less then desirable. It is a 20 story building with 2 elevators. On top of their being a long wait to get on one, one of them broke down the second night causing an even longer wait. The next morning we had to wait an hour and a half to get an elevator.
