When we arrived we immediately noticed a mildew smell. By the Thursday of our stay the A/C quit. I noticed drain pan full of water, so I bailed the water out and the A/C started back up. Did this about every 8 hours till departure. When we got home noticed all clothes smelled strongly of mildew. Reported a/c issue on check-out.

This condo is right on the beach with a beautiful view. Chair and umbrella rental available right at beach as you walk out. Condo is well equipped. You are easy walking distance to Coligney Plaza. I highly recommend renting bikes! So fun!

The property is in the perfect location, steps.from the beach. The few from the patio was better than I expected. Bathrooms were not clean though. Found hair and a used tampon in the shower. Furniture needs to be cleaned.

Seashore is an amazing rental manager. Incredibly responsive, great communication, and extremely timely with their response to our air conditioner breaking at our property. The property is as-advertised but don’t expect any updates or special amenities. Amazing beach front view and location. Very dated decor, old carpet, and limited kitchen utensils for cooking. We came to the beach for the beach though! Morning coffee was great on the deck. We will most likely look for a more updated ocean view property next year.

We have been to ocean club complex before but this was our first time in this unit. It is in desperate need of an update concerning furniture and the carpet needs replacing due to stains! There was a musty smell that we noticed when we would return to the unit. We love the upper deck but did not have access to the balcony area facing the pool - it was dead bolted for some reason. We will definitely be back to ocean club complex because we love the location, the layout of the units, access to the beach and the feel of the area. We will just be more careful in researching the units.

There was a foul, musty smell when we first walked in which didn't dissipate for a couple of days. The furniture and decor are old and outdated and could be the cause of the bad odor. We noticed the mildew smell on the clean clothes in our luggage when we got home!! So repugnant!

This was by far the best beach rental we have stayed at. The three bedrooms, three bathrooms, family room and spacious kitchen was more than adequate for my family of four. The ocean view from the balcony on the main floor was fantastic and finally the open deck on the top floor is something I have never experienced in another rental. The place was immaculately clean when we arrived and is literally a coupe of minutes walk/stroll from the white sand beaches. The internet connection was weak in the family room but was fine in all bedrooms and in the dining area. I intend to keep coming back to this property as and when time permits.

The location was perfect. The rooftop deck was great for spending evenings under the stars and listening to the ocean. Could use a few upgrades and new cleaning company but over all enjoyed ourselves very much.

This is in an amazing location, right on the beach with an awesome terrace. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. Pans were actually better than other rentals. My only recommendation is to replace the sofa and loveseat- very used, dirty and smelly- and hire new cleaning service- you can tell they didn’t scrub the toilets-

The place is in a great location with bike rentals right across the street and good restaurants within less than a 5 min drive. However, I did find the place not as clean as expected. There were a couple of rooms where the cleaners didn't do a good job.

The kitchen is small and awkward if you have more than one person in there. Having washer/dryer is great, but they are very noisy unlike the dishwasher which was super quiet. The upstairs master bedroom is much warmer than the rest of the condo. The master bath is super small and difficult to get into because the door open inward.

Overall we had a nice stay, but I will most likely pick a different condo if we visit again that has been updated.

You can't beat the views though and the top deck. I would recommend calling ahead to rent chairs during high season. We almost missed out because they only have so many available.

A short walk to the beach was perfect when you wanted to go hang out on the beach. We had a few things that kept our stay from being perfect. My advise to guests bring extra wash clothes...we stayed for a week and had one wash cloth per person. We also had issues with the Tv's. Not that we were on vacation to watch tv, but my mom ended up sick and stayed at the house in bed 2 days. The tv upstairs where she stayed only got one pay per view channel and the tv downstairs quit getting channels after 4 days of working just fine. The worst part of our stay was the construction work in the unit was so loud we couldn't stay at the house. I was on the phone trying to make reservations and had to go outside to hear anything. I felt sorry for my mom, because of all the noise she really couldn't rest. The only other thing that was a little frustrating was the lights at the entery were never on at night. It made it really hard to find the turn in off the street at night. We missed it several times the first couple of days. The folks at Seashore vacations were great to work with..hassle free check in and out. They were helful when I called needing help figuring out stuff for our trip. Minus the construction noise, overall we enjoyed our stay and was even able to extend it one more day. Thanks to the owners for sharing your special getaway spot.
