We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO location. The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Guests should know that they will hear street and highway noise, especially during "rush hour" times. We got used to it and it did not detract from our stay.

We stayed for 8 nights in this adorable VRBO. My daughter and I were completely thrilled to find this place spotless…comfortable….and a safe place to vacation. The room was perfect…the bed was super comfortable …a small refrigerator for snacks and drinks….along with a microwave, dishes and utensils. Air conditioner works marvelously …and the pool in the backyard with the hot tub was a added bonus. I was so thrilled with everything when I first unlocked the door…til the very end when I locked the place for the last time. Dianne was extremely helpful and available for any questions or needs. We couldn’t have been happier and we can’t wait to book again and again in the years to come. Highly recommend this place for anyone with 2 or 3 guests.

The rental listed as #404128 is a compact VRBO located on a corner intersection. We stayed one night (1/13/23) out of three as we felt uncomfortable. The 4 rooms are clean/well kept. Comfortable bed and couch. Spacious shower. The website photos inaccurately revealed the kitchen space. Kitchen is minimal and located in a Clothes Closet. No stove or countertop. A standing wire shelf holds the Micro, Keurig, dishes, utensils. No Kitchen Sink provided in the closet to wash dirty dishes. Dirty dishes needed to be washed in the bathroom sink which made us feel discomfort. We also moved the Keurig Coffee maker from the wire shelf to the Bathroom counter because the extension cord hookup was not working.

Intersection a little on the loud side but good location

Diane’s studio is very spacious and has all you need. They were very considerate hosts and had added lots of little touches that made settling into this place a breeze. Really enjoyed the option of the outdoor space in the backyard with the pool and the studio is also a very easy walk down to a beach that was perfect for strolling and sunset. Diane also hosted me in her Pilates studio which is attached to the house. It was marvelous, she is a great teacher and it was such fun to even take some classes and be apart of the community while I was staying there. Would readily stay again the week went by way too fast!

The room was spotless and comfortable. Much better than any hotel room for the price you could find on the island.

Everything was nice and clean. Very cozy room which had convenient appliances. A place that made it easy to feel relaxed and at home.

Great and comfortable stay!

We enjoyed staying in this lovely, clean, spacious, and private place. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. The private entry was convenient and the air conditioning worked very well. We swam alone every night in the beautiful pool in the backyard. There were nice beaches close by, but we recommend renting a car (on Turo) to explore Maui.

Property was clean and comfortable, as described. I enjoyed our stay here and would book again if staying in Kihei.

Kihei was the perfect location for exploring Maui. The apartment was super close to tons of restaurants and the beach. It had everything we could have needed and was well maintained and very clean. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we ever come back to Maui!

The only issue was traffic noise as there property is close to a highway.

Communication was great with the property owner! We were very comfortable and had lots of privacy. We were there for our wedding so having family/friends over was welcomed and allowed. One suggestion I would have for the owners is to include that the pool has certain times that it can’t be used that aren’t listed already. It does mention it is “shared,” but there are times where lessons are being conducted and it is not available for use. It didn’t affect us too much, but I know others would like to know it upfront prior to booking. The place was beautiful, romantic, comfortable, clean, and communication was great! I would 10/10 stay again. Mahalo for everything!!

Wonderful property in a great area. Centrally located and beautiful neighborhood. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. Clean room and bathroom. Above and beyond attention to detail and inclusions that make it feel like home. Great place to stay.

Diana made the process very smoothly. She responds quickly and provides everything you need such as towels and beach chairs. The place was clean and bed was super comfortable! We were there during a storm and Diana left us a flashlight outside the door in case electricity went out. She made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better location. Hot tub and pool were a plus!

This is a such a nice place for a small family of 3-4 people. We had an amazing time Nd the hosts were really prompt with all communication and requests. The place is exactly as listed in the site. They also have some beach accessories like snorkeling gears, beach chairs, boogie boards for use. They have a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee machine. Also hair dryer and enough towels. They also have a nice swimming pool and hot tub. Recommendation to host: There weren’t enough coffee pods for us to last for our entire stay. Would be helpful if there are enough pods for guests to enjoy coffee through out their stay. Rest everything was amazing. Definitely recommended.

Diane and Gordon were wonderful hosts. Very responsive and had a welcome basket with some treats! The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying at this VRBO if you're looking.

This is our favorite place to stay. It is very beautiful and comfortable with everything you could need. The hosts are excellent and the location is central to the other towns. We couldn’t ask for more

Diane's place was just as stated and pictured but even better. Attention to detail was appreciated like real wooden hangers and a thoughtful snack basket. The pool and hot tub were perfect. There were beach chairs and an umbrella that we used every. A large washer and dryer were available for a small fee. The deep soak tub and very large bathroom were great for 2 adults and 1 teenager. The whole suite was nicely decorated and was clean and very comfortable.

Nice ground level big room with own entrance. Lovely huge ensuite bath. No kitchen but who wants to cook while on vacation 😉. All of the comforts you might need are there and owner was always very quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again. Thanks for the welcome basket upon arrival! A very nice touch.

Me and my friend stayed here for our trip to Maui and we really enjoyed it. The location is great, everything you need is close. The house is really nice and clean, the hosts are so friendly. Thank you Diane and Gordon for letting us stay with you! :)

Great little spot central in Kihei. I was in Maui for the marathon and it was exactly as described. Comfortable bed, quiet, cool, and you barely know there’s others in the house. Definitely would recommend it!

This was a perfect rental for us! They were kind and helpful. When I needed to iron clothes for my daughter's wedding they loaned us theirs. They had lots of helpful items available to borrow, like beach chairs, mats, and towels. Even though the rental is attached to their home, you would have thought you were the only people there. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you

The hosts are very gracious, kind and accommodating and we found very accesible. They thoughtfully provided a wonderful treat basket filled with complimentary premium snacks. Convenient location in town, bed was comfy and the bathroom was so spacious and lovely - appreciated having an extra large bath tub to soak in. I had a mouse, and trouble contacting the hosts, and an issue with the Internet. I will still give them a three however because the hosts dealt with the issue well when I did get in contact with them.

It was a great stay. The place is nice and clean and the house is very central to take any day trips all over Maui. Thanks Diane and Gord for your hospitality and making the stay for me and my mom a memorable one. We will for sure come back!!!!

This room is only 2 blocks from the ocean and a beautiful location to watch the sunset. Diane and Gordon were very responsive and accommodating hosts. We would absolutely stay here again.
