Terrific home for large groups or multiple families. We enjoyed it very much!

We took a vacation with our kids and their spouses, 9 in all. The house at 7 Barrier Beach Cove was exactly as described. The pool was perfect for our usage, and a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The decoration in the home is fitting for the price range in which we rented. The home felt exactly like the vacation home we paid for. The house was clean, the AC worked very well, and the neighborhood was a short street with about 8 houses on it. The 2 full sized refrigerators and one mini fridge provided more than enough space for our food and beverage needs. 3 rooms with king sized beds gave us options for deciding on where the "master" bedroom should be. The entire family felt like there was enough room to get a breather, while hanging out with the entire family for a week. We will definitely put this on the top of our list when we return in 2025!

This house was the perfect size and layout for the two families we had. Everyone had a great time.

We absolutely loved this vacation home, and it was able to accommodate our large group of 3 families. The location is right next to the beach, and close to everything you need in Hilton Head. Would definitely recommend to folks traveling with children.

Very clean home, great location. Lots of space for 12 adults and 6 kids! Very prompt responses from property manager, would rent again!

The house is large and pretty well kept. I was very clean inside except the windows on two sides have not been washed in some time and had a green haze on them. There were cockroaches, not just the large water roaches but also the small indoor roaches. The pool was very clean but is a little small. All lights, fans and appliances worked fine. The outdoor shower barely puts out any water. Well stocked kitchen ware except short on silverware. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. WiFi was good speed and good range. The location is excellent - not too close to hotels and condos so the beach isn’t too crowded. Very wide beach. We would rent again.

The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms should be better stocked and ready for a family of 12+ that is advertised for. Kitchen utensils , plates , towels in bathrooms and pillows in bedrooms need to be added. Outdoor furniture , cushions etc need replaced ASAP.. I would consider Frontgate items to spruce up the patio and pool space. As of now, even though we enjoyed our week immensely we would not return to this property. We have stayed at HH in others that were more luxurious for 1/2 the cost.

We had a fantastic experience at this house. Pool is on the mail level so you can watch kids in the pool while in the kitchen or family room. Lots of space. Easy walk to the beach.

It was a great location and super spacious. Adults and kids loved it. The property management company made the process very easy.

Clean, specious, easy, gorgeous clean pool and hot tub area. 2 blocks from beach. Great bike path right there, park and playground nearby. Would definitely rent here again!

The house was lovely. The pool was a great asset, though you may need to ask management to heat it higher than the lukewarm 74 degrees it was when we arrived. Within a day and a half, it was up to 89. Walk to the beach is about 5 min to the beach entrance and 10 min to the beach itself. The park nearby is also great for walks and there were many tennis courts there, though they were almost always all in use. All around an excellent stay. Property management was super responsive with some small issues at the beginning of the stay.

Although it was only four of us, the house could easily accommodate two to three families without feeling cramped. Never being to Hilton Head, we were concerned about the location, but found the location to be great. You are a three minute walk to the beach and have numerous grocery stores and dinning establishment within 5-10 minutes from the house. The home was extremely clean. The owners obviously put a great deal of time into stocking the beach house. The facilities included everything you needed in a beach house from all kitchen items needed to cook a gourmet meal down to any item you needed to go to the beach. Nicely decorated and maintained except for a few little things. Spacious. Would be nice to have a sweeper or stick vacuum. TV was hard to figure out. Vents needed vacuumed. Was nice having bikes to ride. Loved the pool. Beach is an easy 5-10 min. walk.

Very easy to setup rental, house is exactly as described in add. Beautiful house, great location. We had five teenagers from 16 to 19 and they also loved the house. We had a blast.

This house provided my whole family with a wonderful time. The kids loved the pool!

The house is beautiful, as is the pool. Park areas and beach were very nice! We had a great time with extended family! Would be nice to have a broom and dustpan or small sweeper for the beautiful floors.

Great location, close to beach and park. Few minor maintenance items: fans on porch didn’t work, sink in downstairs master stopped up and toilet seat very loose, TV in queen bedroom upstairs did not work. But, overall none were big issues and had great time😊
