This Condo was so clean and cozy. Everything we needed.The king size we was amazingly comfortable as nice or nicer than our own bed at home. Loved that we could enter the bathroom through the bedroom or hallway. The balcony has a spectacular view of the ocean. The kitchen has a great view of the ocean when your cooking if you so choose to. There have been many negative comments about the parking garage, I was spectacle about it as well, however it was fine. It you know how to drive safe and cautious you will not have a problem! The owner Phyllis is very kind and caring. If you have any kind of questions she is there to help. The grounds are very neat, and clean. The pool is beautiful. Also close axcess to the beach just across the street. The shower is wonderful. Big, lots of water pressure. Great evelator that is quick to get you where your going. Wonderful memories were made on our trip at this beautiful Condo!! Thank you Phyllis!!😇😎😁

Several things prompt this response. The property is situated in area that is difficult to park and unload. The overflow parking is for vehicles and trucks of a certain size and we were told our car was too small. We parked on the street the owner hadn't given us the red tag needed. The pictures shown of the unit were taken to make it appear that it was directly on the beach. IT ISN'T!!! There were problems with the TV's upon arrival. The WiFi wasn't constant. I found the description to be very misleading. The furniture needs some serious updating. The small sofa was very uncomfortable.There were things missing from the unit that would have improved the stay. The chaise on patio needs updating. Would I stay there again . HELL NO!!!!!

Really like the location of the property, very good location along with beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. I would say the parking structure was a little bit 'tight' to navigate, however after a day or so that was less stressful to park. Overall would recommend the property to friends or family :)

This condo is located in the quiet residential section of the beach. Yet you have easy access to wonderful restaurants, golf, and any activities you’d prefer. The beach was cleaned daily, as we witnessed from our balcony while awaiting sunrise. There’s a fitness trail with machines placed strategically along the sidewalk by the soft, sandy beach. Our condo had all the amenities mentioned and was comfortably decorated. Close to the elevators but far enough away to hear nothing. As others have noted, the parking garage is tight and challenging when turning, but we got used to it. Our unit was oceanfront and also overlooked the outdoor pool. Phyllis, our host, was quick to respond whenever we contacted her. We would definitely consider returning here when we visit Myrtle Beach!

As described! We had an enjoyable stay at this quite condo off the strip. Not a lot of traffic (foot or car) in this area. Easy access to the beach. Would stay again.

Great view and nice neighborhood with a safe and easy walking area. Good location but must drive to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. The condo is somewhat dated but comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Garbage shoot was locked out and unavailable so trash had to be taken 2 floors down to place into a trash can on the 7th level. Parking deck is a challenge for mid-size and larger vehicles. Outside parking is limited and holds water after it rains due to clogged drains. However, it was an overall good experience.

This stay was perfect for our relaxing get away and the condo had everything we needed to do so. The bed was comfortable, patio was delightful and location was perfect. We will book again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Loved the fact that you could sit on the balcony and look out over the ocean. Bed comfortable. TV internet etc great. Would have liked a better oven space , but was adequate, as maybe a lot of people , don’t eat in much. All good.

Location is perfect. Close to shopping, attractions, restaurants, etc. The balcony was our favorite spot. Such a beautiful view. Communication with the host was extraordinary. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

First time to Myrtle Beach. Condo location was perfect with very easy access to the beach plus the area was very safe to walk around and explore the neighborhoods nearby. Most points of interest were a short drive away such as downtown, Boardwalk, Barefoot, and Market Common, even North Myrtle wasn't too far away. Condo was clean although the kitchen area was small but certainly large enough to work in and it was stocked with dishes and pans. Bed was comfortable although there was a lot of noise coming from the nearby air conditioning blower unit a few doors away. We usually sleep with a white noise machine so we were sort of used to the background noise (per signage, the noisy unit was to be replaced the week after we left). Overall we enjoyed the stay although the parking garage can be a stressful thing to navigate in (absolutely no fault of the condo's owner). Thankfully my wife was able to watch the right corner of the rental car as i watched the left side to make sure we had enough clearance going up and down the narrow ramps to each level. Be warned, they do ticket cars parking in the street as we were lucky to be leaving for a drive just as they started ticketing (Whew!) We started parking back in the garage after that. A positive experience with great communication from the hostess.

I loved this property so much; I’ve been coming to Myrtle every year since I was a child and this is by far my favorite place I’ve stayed. Great location, wonderful host, and beautiful space.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for a week in August. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything we needed and more. Phyllis, the owner, was responsive to our needs and helpful when we had a glitch getting into the unit. The location is perfect since it’s a few miles away from the “touristy” part of Myrtle Beach. It’s located in a nice residential area and the view from the balcony was great. We would definitely stay in this unit again or one of the other ones the owner has in the building. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone who wanted a great vacation at the beach.

This condo was in a perfect location. Excellent ocean views but still peaceful and quiet. Parking was a challenge but we managed just fine in our midsize SUV. The floors hadn't been moped in a while which was digusting. Our granddaughters feet were geeting so dirty we had to keep socks on her feet.The worse part were the bugs. We killed a total of 8 over our three night stay. I did reach out to Phyllis when we saw the first three on our first night stay and she said they had just sprayed before we arrived. I was bothered when I mentioned a refund so we could go somewhere else and she let me know that she's an attorney and knows her rights. We stayed but didnt use the kitchen or anything in it. Once this issue is resolved I think this place will deserve 4 stars or maybe even 5.

Nice condo. Great location across the street from the beach. Eating out requires either a 15-20 minute walk (unless eating at one place a block away), or a few minute drive. Awesome views from the balcony. The mattress on the convertible sofa could be upgraded. The access to the building’s garage was a great plus, especially during the summer months. Looking forward to staying there in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary. It was great for our needs. The place was clean and already had the essentials. We used the balcony every day to enjoy our meals and read in the evenings. The beach was a very short walk after an extremely quick elevator ride. The beach was not crowded and it was kept clean. This really was exactly what we were looking for. If we do get the chance to go off on our own again, I would have no hesitations in going back to this place. And thank you to Phyllis for being so accommodating, quick to respond to our messages, and making our stay memorable.

Everything was exactly as listed. Host even sent us a message ahead of time that the vertical blinds bit the dust and were replaced with curtains. Great/Large shower, bed very comfortable. View from deck was amazing. Pool fantastic with tables and umbrellas and plenty of nice lounge chairs. Three Elevators, cool fast & clean. Plenty of grocery carts for transporting groceries or other needs. Luggage carts were also plentiful. Security was visible through out the stay. We had trouble getting the TV to work and we sent a message to the host Phyllis. She called us we sent pictures of the TV screen and she diagnosed our problem and my husband was set for the week with a very large screen TV. I cant think of anything the Condo was lacking. Take a couple of small extension cords. Only one plug in on almost every double outlet works. And yes the parking garage is very narrow! We drove our Ford Flex and several turns we had to stop and back up to make the turn. Parking garage clean and easy access to elevators. I would stay there again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, the view was outstanding. We will definitely come back. My favorite thing was the beautiful plant wall I got to look at on my walk to the beach everyday.

I came in town for a solo birthday getaway and this was the perfect location, which was right across the street from the beach. I will definitely be returning sometime this summer.

My husband and myself absolutely loved staying with Phyllis, she made our stay incredible. Everything that is described in the description of her condo is on point. The view is amazing. Phyllis responded immediately with any questions I had. From the view to the roomy condo everything was perfect, calm, and relaxing. My husband isn’t very easy to please when it comes to staying at the beach. Let’s just say he stated we’ve found our forever vacation spot with Phyllis. She’s absolutely amazing. You want find a better vacation spot. Thanks Phyllis for being so amazing!

First time to Myrtle Beach. The condo was just like the pictures I seen online. Beautiful view from the balcony and short walk to the beach - literally. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The balcony was our favorite spot! From coffee and watching the sunrise to dinner and just enjoying the sound of the ocean, the balcony was the spot to be. Communication with the host was awesome. Always quick to respond and wanting to make sure that everything was fine. We would consider staying at this property again.

What a great place. The view was just as described. The unit was very clean. The beach is just across the street and was not difficult to cross, traffic is pretty limited. Enjoyed visiting with some of the owners of different units. Because we were there during the week the beach was not crowded. Would stay here again. The parking garage is very tight when turning to go up to park or to exit, so don't rent a huge car but if you do you can contact management and they will give you an oversize permit for the lot next door..

Great place to stay clean comfortable great location

Condo was in need of repair.it was furnished with cheap furniture.Fold out sofa was a joke.Mattress was used and abused.Had friends stop in overnight.Was embarrassed by the condition of sofa bed.PATHETIC!!!! The whole condo needed fresh paint.Owner should spend one night sleeping on sofa bed.They would not last the night!And have I mentioned the parking garage.I consider myself a good driver, but getting in and out was quite a challenge. On the bright side,the views and location were great.Rated as premier host ??? Will need to re-.evaluate who we rent from in the future

Great experience and stay. The only caution I have would be the very tight garage parking.
