Great place to stay while skiing! Free city bus stop just across the parking lot to take you to the gondola or town. Hot tub super close. Very clean. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Great price! Highly recommend!

Our family had a great stay at Mark’s condo. It was comfortable for our family of 5 and we had everything we needed. Free bus stop right around the corner to get to the ski slopes & easy drive to downtown. Highly recommend staying here!

The property is exactly as described and much closer to the ski lifts than we thought. Its less than a 3 minute drive to the drop off area or to the parking garage at the mountain.
The home was just perfect for 2 adults and 1 child (10 years old) and was super clean. It's on the 3rd floor with no elevator if that might pose an issue to someone with having to lug the bags up the stairs. The hot tub was just out the front door which was nice to relax in after a day on the slopes.
No issues with the stay other than the master bed being a bit uncomforable, might need a new one.

My husband, my friend, and I stayed here. They had everything we needed and it was comfortable for 3 of us. The Shadow Run bas stop was right there but we didn't use it. Instead we drove to the Meadows free parking lot. The shuttle bus system was really good, so it was very easy to get to the base of the Steamboat ski mountains. Thank you for letting us staying!

Very clean, kitchen had all we needed to make meals. Close to the bus and or walkable to the slopes. Owners were easy to get a hold of. Would stay here again. Loved the fire place, very cozy. Sheets were soft and comfortable.

100% Would stay here again! Perfect place to stay for a ski trip. Great location to get to the ski mountain due to the shuttle station right outside the complex.

The condo was nice and easy access to the bus. The kitchen had nice conveniences like a dishwasher and cooking utensils. The gas fireplace was nice. We had everything we needed and felt safe. We didn't need the dryer much but, we did try and wash one load and the dryer had a very loud squeak. I am sure this can be fixed or replaced. Overall, we had a nice stay. Thank you

Nice property, nothing fancy, but homey and comfy. Right on the free bus stop and 5-10 min walk to the base. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and clean, 2 bed, 2 bath. Easy access to the free bus that drops you off at the mountain. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is fully stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, towels, sheets, and fans for those warm summer days! We were able to get a last minute late check out which was also much appreciated- the owner communicated with us efficiently and timely. The pool is a little disappointing but would stay again!

Love this place (and the host was helpful/communicative)! Super comfy king bed with wonderful sheets & pillows in the master bedroom (we ended up only using the one room this time) and super well equipped kitchen, great internet, quiet spot that's super convenient to slopes, buses, etc. and a covered outdoor community hot tub that was great for our one day of rain (love springtime in the Rockies!) We recommend this place.

Loved everything about this property. Great location, the free ski bus picks up right in front of the building. Property is exactly as described. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need to home cook meals. Check in couldn’t be easier. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay. If you don't have a vehicle and plan on taking the free bus, it doesn't come until after the lift opens so plan on 15 minute walk up hill if you want to go early.

We enjoyed our stay this past week in the condo. It was clean, which is important to me, and a cozy spot for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Plenty of room for myself and two teenagers. Would definitely stay again on our next ski trip to Steamboat. Thanks

This place was literally around the corner from steamboat like 2 min drive to the parking lot and shuttle, overall this place was solid we had 4 adults and gear there was enough space without feeling crowded Short walk to hot tub. The tv worked and host answered my question in a reasonable time. Would highly recommend if you looking for location on a budget. Only really downside is the stairs after a hard day on the slopes but really not bad.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very warm, comfy and right in the bus line so that is great for skiers. Well stocked minus a few essentials in the kitchen such as a cookie sheet and measuring cup. The kitchen is small so plan to enjoy the many great restaurants in town. The property is well taken care of in terms of snow removal and such. Being I. The third floor is never a plus when carrying extra ski luggage but if you are in good shape it won’t be a big deal. We’d definitely stay again.

This condo was about a 5 minute drive to the free parking lot. We didn’t take the bus although it stops right at the condo. The hot tub was nice after a day of skiing.

This was a very nice little condo for 4 of us to stay for our motorcycle trip to Steamboat. If we could make one suggestion it would be to include a fan in both bedrooms and maybe provide more wash cloths in the bathrooms but other then that it’s a super place to stay. We enjoyed the rodeo while in Steamboat and ate at some really good restaurants, fun trip.

Air conditioning listed as amenity. didnt find a portable unit until third day of stay stashed in the spare bedroom closet. no instructions on use. No communication from owner regarding access to pool or hot tub or where to catch free shuttle to town. t.v. in bedroom didnt work. Again no instructions provided. Very loud. dogs barking, neighbors yelling filthy words at dogs barking etc,

If it wasn't for one major and several minor annoyances I would have given this a solid 4. The location is very good and the furniture and bedding were comfortable. Cable TV didn't work for my 3 day stay and it's not like I didn't know how to work it since it was the same Xfinity system I have at home. The actual TV remotes in both the living room and bedroom came with dead batteries so I had to go out and buy my own. There was also a flashlight with no batteries and both lamps in one of the bedrooms were left unplugged. Attention to details obviously not a strong point..

Over all it is what I expected but!!!!
Tv did not work at all the coffee pot leaked half the water was on the counter and no response from the property manager on the TV no one likes to stay at a beautiful place after a long day outdoors and have no TV to watch to unwind
