This condo is in a perfect location. It is clean open and very welcoming. The beds were comfy. We very much enjoyed celebrating my granddaughter‘s 13th birthday.

This apartment is quiet, comfortable, clean and has great amenities, such as pool, laundry and reliable Wi-Fi. The owner is easily accessible and quick to respond to any issue. I highly recommend!

Nice neighborhood and overall nice place I guess. Our biggest issues were a few bugs and dishes left in the sink. The owner seemed very nice; however, I was surprised that she did not offer any reimbursement back when we left a night early (my sister in law really doesn’t do bugs). She offered $100 back on our next visit which was not a good offer considering. I was also somewhat shocked that we were charged extra to have more than two people…it’s a 2 bedroom condo so one would think it would include up to four people. The shower in the master bedroom is ultra tiny. My husband was in it when a toilet was flushed, and the water went scalding hot…it is so small there is nowhere to move if that happens. So…some things to be fixed but ok overall I guess…it just would have been nice to have some refund of money given the bugs and dishes.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Mary was kind to check on us to insure we had what we needed. It was quiet and spacious providing a great relief from attending a convention for the weekend. Would recommend the property if staying in Greenville for any event!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Entry was easy once I reread the directions! The location is very good and the surrounding areas were quiet. This is a conveniently located Condo in Greenville. Close to ECU. All the necessities for our weekend stay.

The recommendation I would make is to purchase a TV and place it in the Master bedroom. Our stay was pleasant and amazing!

Good location could use updating on bathroom tubes & shower & toilet. Owner is great.

The property was clean and easy to access. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for my family. My wife felt safe in this neighborhood and it was convenient for multiple trips to ECU and shopping.
