Great location for day trips to Savannah or Beaufort.

We have stayed at this property several times now. It’s amazing. Everything is as described but better. Christie is so kind and easy to work with. We love the master suite on the 3rd floor and the balcony is amazing looking over the lagoon. Is so relaxing and a short walk to our favorite beach. Our grandson enjoyed walks looking at turtles and the pool. We plan many more trips at this property!!

We spent 3 nights here and just loved the condo and amenities. Christie and Mike were attentive hosts and their place is so comfortable and well supplied. Short walk to the beach, Harbor Town and Coligny were close and the Piggly Wiggly is not to be missed. Will definitely stay here again and recommend Island Thyme to all our friends who travel to Hilton Head!

Working with the hosts of this property was such a delight. They were incredibly communicative about the property and any information that we would need during our stay. The configuration of the rooms was perfect for our family, with a "kid-friendly" room on the middle floor and another king size bed in a large bedroom right next door. The top floor was a primary suite with balcony and large bathroom. Our group consisted of one family (with kids) and an additional couple with no kids. So, having two (almost) primary bedrooms was a great set up. The property provides lots of beach necessities, including an easy to carry and set up umbrella that we were glad to have since we did not have our own to bring. Lots of spare spices in the pantry also. The location was not a far walk from the beach, but it also (obviously) was not right out the door. The property was only about a mile from the Coligny area, so was super convenient to everything.

We did not have to communicate with anyone during our stay because we had no issues. The condo was very roomy and clean, we had everything we needed, and we had a great vacation. I would definitely stay here again. Great location.

We had an amazing stay at Christie’s place in the Seascape Villas! Christie communicated so well throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had! The villa is a short 2 minute walk to the pool and a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. The villa was very clean, well-stocked, and nice and cool in the Hilton Head heat! The AC unit in the 3rd floor master was a treat and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up in the morning! We would definitely stay again!

I just can’t say enough good things about our stay! Mike and Christie are the best to work with! They were super communicative, kind and when we had a mishap they were quick to resolve! The Condo was clean, great location and spacious with everything we needed. We enjoyed bikes around the island and great places to eat! I can’t say enough good things! Christie was amazing to work with, and this condo was terrific! It was clean and well-maintained, and provided all the kitchenware you could possibly need in order to prepare meals for the week. The location was also great....right near Coligny Plaza. It was roughly a 5 minute walk, so we enjoyed strolling the kids up for dinner. Also a simple 5 minute walk to the beach (mainly just through the complex and across the street). We also absolutely loved the pool! Would definitely recommend this condo for a family.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head despite the extreme heat. This property was clean and tidy and was just what we needed. The beach stuff like canopy and chairs made our beach experience much more enjoyable. Christie was very friendly and helpful. We would certainly rent from her again.

We had a great stay in Hilton Head. The villa was perfect size for our group (3 adults and 2 kids) We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was a little further than we expected, but it wasn't bad. We loved not having to bring beach chairs and umbrellas, the villa came with everything we needed, including a wagon that made it easy to carry all our stuff. The beach is fantastic, wide flat sandy area, relatively shallow, and great waves to play in. We loved being able to walk or ride bikes to Coligny plaza. The beds were comfortable and the Villa was clean!

We had a wonderful stay and vacation for a week in Hilton Head. This was our second time over the past couple years and we enjoyed even more especially with our accommodations. Check-in was easy and our host Christie was in constant communication. Once entering the villa, all areas were very well maintained and clean. The entry way is a bit tight, but opens up at the 2nd level. As compared to a previous stay, you can see that the owners have appointed very well without going overboard and cluttering the place. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens I've seen, with enough plates, silverware, etc. for an army :) It was very nice to have all the appliances to have breakfast and lunch a few days for our two families of 8 people. The grill off the deck worked well and the deck area had a nice area for us to hang out. The rooms were large and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and having laundry at both levels was great. Was super convenient for us throughout our stay to have clean clothes. In terms of the pool, we went almost every day and it was a short walk off the deck. The beach was a convenient 6 or 7 minute walk across the street and a cabana was available for bathroom use. The property is about 10-15 min walk from the main Coligny plaza area. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would certainly recommend anyone to stay here. We can't wait to return in the future!

Everything was wonderful! Great host! The property had everything we needed for our small family group, was clean and has great outdoor space in the complex to enjoy. The kiddos enjoyed everything especially the amount of animals... small, large, land and ocean that they could see... including a mermaid. Great memories! The unit was a short walk to the beach with a complex cabana bathroom as you exited the beach - that was a big plus. Having all the beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys) available was amazing and saved us so much space in our automobiles by not having to bring our own. Loved the bike and walking path at the entrance of the property and it's easy access to nature, shopping and dining. Only had time to touch on the amount of things to see and do. Great trip and would love to stay at this property again if we are in the area. Thanks again - Misty C.

This was a great place to stay. First of all, the host was very friendly. We talked about thirty minutes the week before we arrived and she gave us lots of great places to go. You are located about two minutes away from the breach if you bike ride. Also, you can bike ride about ten minutes and you have access to a great park for the kids and tons of shops and restaurants. The house itself was very clean and the host thought of everything. We are very pleased with our vacation.

We had such a good time here. The rooms are clean and big and it was fairly close to everything. We walked to the beach with our 2 kids (2 and under) with no problems. The bathrooms next to the beach made things a lot easier as well. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great family vacation at the beach. Conveniently located to beach and playground. Condo was very well stocked and clean couldn’t ask for anything more. Great communication with owner. Definitely will stay again.

As a family of 2 adults and 4 kids, this was our second family trip to Hilton Head Island and our stay was outstanding! Christie and Mike were excellent property owners to work with! From the moment we booked our stay until the end of our stay, the communication was fast and helpful. The property was clean and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. There was not one time during our stay that my wife and I said I wish we had this or that. Every detail was taken care of from beach equipment to kitchen appliances, if you needed it, it was there. The location was a five minute walk to the beach (the private access bathroom at the beach was a huge plus), a ten minute walk or short bike ride into Coligny made the location perfect. Our stay ended with many wonderful memories being made and we can’t want to return again and stay at the wonderful property Christie and Mike have created!

Convenient to everything! The villa was perfect for us. It is a great location for walking to Coligny Square for coffee in the morning or groceries or even bicycles which we rented. The beach was a short walk across the street from the property. Our property host was absolutely AMAZING! She supplied us with lots of information about the area, restaurants, activities, places to visit, where to rent bicycles, etc. She also answered our questions and ensured we had everything we needed upon our arrival. This is our second stay at this property. Christie is a great host! She provided all the check-in information and even included videos to help in getting us set up in the unit. We love the layout with the open kitchen/living room/dining room. Our Master bedroom on the top floor was outstanding! A garden tub along with a shower was perfect. The other 2 bedrooms are on the middle level and are big and spacious. It's a short walk to the beach. Seascape has private bathroom facilities for it's guests so you do not have to go all the way back to the unit for those emergencies! My wife and I love this unit and could see ourselves living in it as our forever home! A great unit in a great location. Thanks, Christie!

Everything we needed was already at the house - plenty of towels, cleaning products, kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies.

This condo was great! It had everything you could possibly need and more. We usually bring some items from home like extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags but didn’t have to use any of them because they provided more than the normal amount of all of those things. There were lots of towels in both bathrooms and in the kitchen, so we didn’t have to spend part of our vacation doing laundry. The master bed was super comfy and the private balcony was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. It’s an easy/quick walk to the beach, and we loved having the garden hose right by the door so we could spray things off before bringing them inside. The open floor plan for the kitchen/den/eating area was nice and big, so our party of 6 never felt cramped. We would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The deck has been updated since the pictures and offers plenty of room to grill and eat outside. We picked this place since they had a lot of baby friendly items which helped tremendously. Even with the stairs it was still a baby friendly place. The public beach access is no more than a 5 minute walk down the road. Even though the place next to us was having their deck worked on it was quiet enough for my 1 year to still take his naps.

The owner was very good with communicating and had a nicely laid out packet. The packet included all of the info needed for the condo and the regulations that the locality had. The condo was clean and well equipped. While we were not effected, the condo is not very accessible for someone with ambulatory issues. It is not the fault of the owner, but more so the design of all of the units. The location was a block away from the beach, easy walking distance, and there is a private path for guests of the complex. You will have to cross a 4 lane street, but the condo was well away from the bustle of a lot of traffic. One could walk to the shopping area, we did not, that includes a grocery store and some eating establishments. Most activities are driving distance from the condo, but we had little issue navigating to them. Our stay was just after peak season, so I cannot truly evaluate how busy some activities can get. I would rate our experience as exceptional. I am so happy that the owner gave us an opportunity to spend time in Hilton Head.

We have stayed in Seascape Villas before, but wow!!!! What a beautiful condo… awesome location and you cannot beat the communication with Christie! She sent videos on different things before we arrived (from navigating the front door lock to the washer and dryer and other little items) and she is so easy to work with! It was soooo clean too!!! You will not be disappointed!

The property was very nice. We had a party of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone. It is a 3 story condo and the stair railing is not safe for a toddler but the owner supplied a baby gate so it worked out. The beach is a 5-6 minute walk and a beach wagon was supplied which was very much needed. All the beach items we needed was available at the condo so it was great not having to pack those items. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our family had a great time staying at this property. Communication from Christie was very smooth, and the location near Cologne park was just perfect!

We stayed at Christie’s for 10 spectacular days as we prepared and attended our son’s wedding in Bluffton. Preparing for a destination wedding and hosting guests was anxiety provoking. To arrive at South Forest Beach and finally rest our heads on a comfortable bed and wake up to sunshine was the perfect remedy for our anxiety. The kitchen was stocked as if you were at home. Sit out on the shaded patio and enjoy your morning coffee. Great location with easy access to the beach. 2 pools that are well maintained. Great for kids who want to play in a pool as a change from the beach. Christie can connect you with the neighbor next door to rent a 2 bedroom if you have a larger group. This worked for our family. Christie is so kind and forthcoming with ideas for dining, activities etc. We all look forward to returning to South Forest Beach and Christie’s comfortable and homey condo.
