Our stay at this property was wonderful! It was a quick walk to the beach, the pool was directly in our "backyard" and close to cvs/groceries/gas etc. We would stay here again in a second!

The pool was right behind us. The bedsheets were not fresh on arrival and there were limited extra blankets. They too weren’t clean. We had to wash them. There were not enough towels and washcloths. Lots of closet space. The dresser in the kids room was difficult to open and close and the master bedroom was missing some drawer handles. Unfortunately only one smart TV but there was cable. No instructions for use though. Overall, only an ok experience.

This was the best accommodations of all of them, by a mile. So easy to check in....took probably 30 seconds. Piece of cake. Beautiful unit right beside pool, tennis courts, and beach.

Reviewer Comments: Seashore vacations was easy to work, but We would have liked to been informed that the condo was going to be sprayed for bugs before the man came into the condo and scaring our 73 year old aunt. Also the last day everyone else had left by car but my husband and I were still there in upstairs bedroom since we had flown, the housekeepers opened the door and threw in all the new linens. We went downstairs and he had left the condo open. We locked the door and he tried to come in again a while after. Again left door unlocked so we then we locked the screen door. This was all before the checkout time of 10 am. As far as the condo, we did see many places were wear and tear are showing the age. They had light bulbs out and there is a crack in the ceiling in the master bedroom up top. Could use some updates. Location is a good walk to get to the beach a bit more than just across the street.

Great location and facility well maintained. Only complaint is the mattresses in all bedrooms could use an update. Owner very astute in accommodating renters and very organized unit. Allowed guest use of beach chairs and personal items. Very nice unit with master on third floor which was spacious and away from others.

I will definitely be coming back here very nice unit with everything you would ever need.

I don't think anything has been updated since the condo was built. The location was Amazing. Close to everything, but still very secluded and private. The floors were unlevel, sliding door lock was broken, carpet was matted, mattresses were very uncomfortable, no useful kitchen pots and pans. I have been coming to HHI for over 10 yrs, this is the worst condo I have ever stayed in.

Be prepared for dirty feet or socks and not from the beach. The beds in each bedroom need to be replaced. There was mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom that I cleaned off suggesting a moisture issue. The shower doors need to be cleaned better as there was mold at the bottom. The master suite on 3rd floor has some cracks in the ceiling and dresser handles are broken. The ceiling fan in the master should be over the stairs and a light should be on it. This was a nice end unit and provided lots of privacy for all of us who stayed. There are lots of stairs to go up and down to get into the unit. The property management told us the keypad lock was tricky to get into but failed to tell us the instructions were inside the envelope they gave us. The garbage pick up comes twice a week but failed to pick up the garbage both times from our unit….do not know why this happened. The neighbors were very nice and put some of the prior garbage from our receptacle into their receptacle to keep the animals out. The air ducts and vents drastically need cleaned along with the walls, light switch plates etc. It’s a good thing I brought my Lysol spray and disinfectant wipes. We did put a blanket over the couch because it was so dirty looking and stained. It wouldn’t take much to rent a shampooer and clean some of this up. The beds were pretty comfortable.

Great location! Perfect if you rent bikes. Pool area was great. Many steps in home if you sleep in the master bedroom. Black mold in master bathroom near vent.

Very spacious condo, excellent location and great value. Could be more updated and sofa was well worn but it was a great value for the price.

We stayed here for four nights over Labor Day weekend and it was great to have the pool right in the backyard and a quick walk to the beach. The condo overall has a nice layout and pretty much everything you would need but it is a little dated and there are some things in the house that could be fixed to make it more pleasant.

The property is very nice. Could use a few upgrades but did not affect our stay so have no complaints.

The condo location was fantastic and we LOVED the size and amount of bedrooms/bathrooms. The carpet and furniture were a bit outdated and threadbare. We did feel like it was busier on the island than we have ever seen it. But, overall a great trip!

We love the location of this unit to the beach and Coligny. The back door going out to the patio does not lock. The piece of wood they had in place to stop it from opening had pressed into the door mount and was allowing the door to open. We called the property management and they immediately brought a longer door jam. The couch in the living room is uncomfortable as the cushions are flat and you sit directly on the rolled up bed. 2 of the 3 beds we used were uncomfortable and we had to buy 2 mattress foam pads to put on them. We will stay at Courtside again but not at this unit unless they replace the worn out furniture.

We will be back. Just a great place to stay!
