Very spacious home that was clean and had many items that were quite handy when cooking away from home. Some minor repairs are needed, but it certainly did not take away from our visit. Would definitely stay at this property again.

This was a great stay that comfortably accommodated a large group of traveling friends. No one central area to all relax in for a large group was the only deterrent. You can see the whole mountain and runs from the jacuzzi and the home is centrally located. It would accommodate multiple families more accordingly. Loved Steamboat! Best!

The main reason we decided on the Dallas Chalet was due to the amount of bedrooms/beds/bathrooms. But, OMG! The house is beautiful, in a great location, minutes from everything! There are views of the ski runs without being in the middle of all the traffic/people at the ski area. One review I read stated that the house was too cluttered with furniture. This home is able to accommodate many people, there are plenty of places guests can sit and hang out, whether you want some solitude or you want to be with the group. Having the second kitchen was great! The adults were able to hang out there while the kids played games in the main living area. Upstairs bathrooms have heated floors...wonderful for wintertime! There are 2 ovens in the main kitchen which was a blessing as we were there over Thanksgiving week. There was an electric skillet, rice pot, crock pot, 3 big stock pots, plenty of pots and pans, regular and Keurig coffee pots, cooking utensils and silverware, and cups/glasses. The refrigerator is huge, we had plenty of room to store our Thanksgiving leftovers! (2nd fridge in 2nd kitchen) The only recommendation I would make is to provide more food storage/serving containers. We had to purchase several. This is a great property for a big group or family gathering. I am already planning our next stay!

This property was exactly what we were looking for! With such a large group of friends wanting to make the trip out to Steamboat, we knew the pickings would be slim to find a place where we could all stay together. But stumbling on this house was such a blessing. Not only was it spacious enough for our whole group to enjoy spending time together, everyone had room to sleep on a comfortable bed. The house truly had everything we needed and more!

The house was wonderful and super clean. Plenty of space and great decorations. The kitchen could use a few more utensils and the garage door was a little out of whack and kept going up and down so we had to unplug it and plug it in for use. Overall great property.

This home is as advertised. Spacious, great kitchen, nice deck with hot tub and wonderful views. Plenty of parking out front. Seven full bedrooms and adequate bathrooms. The only downside is there is too much furniture and too many decorations inside. It feels cluttered and a bit claustrophobic. Otherwise, a great space.

Overall, this was a good house but had way too much furniture most of which was way too bulky. Strangely the master had no drawers to organize. The artwork and stuff on the tables was in the way and had to be shielded from the young children in the group. There wasn’t enough silverware considering how many people can sleep there. The garage was full of stuff and a car so our cars could not be parked inside.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our multiple family gathering. Any issues we had were managed very quickly and the communication with the property managemtn group was great. The house does get a bit warm and the layout is a bit strange. We thought that there was a bit too much furniture for the space and too many decorative pillows. But these are very minor aestetic things. We loved the house, the two kitchens were great and would stay again.

We stayed with a multigenerational group of 14. We had plenty of space & so much fun! The home is lovely and well-appointed, comfy beds & seating and lots of room. We enjoyed having the ping pong table & hot tub as well! The large deck was super for relaxing after a day of activities. The location of the home is perfect to enjoy all the area has to offer~within 10 minutes we were at the Gondola, rodeo, alpine slide, restaurants & shopping. Great home!!!

This house is beautiful both inside and out. It faces the valley so the morning sunrise is spectacular. The floor plan gives everyone a lot of privacy, especially in the area with the den and second kitchen. Great place for a large group.

My group had a wonderful stay in this home. We were in town for my wedding, and I invited my wedding party to share a house instead of spending more $$ on separate hotel rooms. This home stood out because it was one of the only larger homes in steamboat with at least 1 queen sized bed in every room(since the whole of the group consisted of adult couples). Retreatia, the management company, was great to work with, they allowed me to check in early, and were johnny-on-the-spot when we needed something. The home was very clean upon our arrival. The home is appointed exceptionally well, with price tags on many pieces of furniture and decoration(some pieces in excess of $5000)--This helped drive home the idea of respecting the space with my fellow guests. The views were spectacular; sitting on the deck in the brisk morning air and watching the sun come up over the Yampa valley was a truly refreshing way to start the day! The double kitchen was nice for cooking large group meals, as we could split up tasks easier.

This was the perfect place for 16 girls to get together and have a bachelorette party. The house was over the top with the beautiful art pieces and decor. Every girl had a bed to sleep in and had no problem pitching in to help pay for the overall cost. The location was perfect for us because we did Fish Creek Falls Hike which is right up the road. We also enjoyed Strawberry Field Hot Springs and downtown Steamboat. A highlight was being able to relax on the deck in the hot tub and enjoy just hanging out at the house. We did have to call the help line to figure the back fire pit, and they were very helpful. The only thing that was a drawback is that you can only have 4 vehicles in the driveway, even though the driveway is big enough for probably 6. They called us and we had to move two vehicles, but it was in the contract and we understood their concern. Highly recommended for a big group!

Absolutely loved staying at this house! We have been there twice in the summers with multiple families and it was perfect! Every room in the house is absolutely gorgeous. It is large enough to comfortably have multiple families stay. The porch has a beautiful view of the mountains and is the perfect place to hang out to start your morning. It is close to all the activities that Steamboat has to offer. Our trips to Steamboat and staying in this house are some of the best memories my kids have from traveling! Highly recommended!

It has an entertaining flow with the upstairs having an outside deck covering the length of the house that flows into a huge family space for dining, family cooking and sharing moments together! The home décor is a luxury hotel stay but in comfort of being in a home. Truly enjoyed it!

Love, love, love this beautiful home! I have been here on several occasions, and it gets better everytime. The owners put in a hot tub on the deck and fire pit in the backyard since our last stay - they even added a ping pong table and dart board in the heated garage. They have 2 kitchens and TVs in multiple rooms. Our kids absolutely love it. We have been here with 7 people up to 20! It's a great place for families or just a fun girls trip. It is gorgeous!

We had 12 adults and a toddler staying at the house and everyone had plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. Everything about the home is 5 star from the super comfy beds to the oversized hot tub. The large deck was perfect for hanging out and looking down out at the mountains and down on the valley. The location of the home is perfect for getting to ski, to town , to golf, etc but it is recommended to have a vehicle. We loved the house and know you will too!
