The location of this property is great! It is very close to campus which made it convenient for CSU homecoming weekend. A group of 4 couples stayed here and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. There is a busy street on one side so the noise was a little loud from one of the bedrooms, but we were so tired from the activities that it didn't affect us too much. We would definitely stay here again with a large group.

This was a large house in a very convenient location to downtown and the university. Other recent reviews are accurate regarding the need for some maintenance / TLC inside and out. Kitchen is pretty well stocked (we were cooking for a large family). A couple extra towels and additional TP, kleenex, etc. would be nice. Beds were comfortable. Large outdoor space with a couple tables was great for us. Overall it had what we needed and was a good stay, just seems like it's a little neglected. Patrick was reasonably responsive, sometimes right away, sometimes almost a day later. Flexible check-in, check-out was helpful.

This was a very nice place to stay while a group of us were visiting family in Ft Collins. A couple of things could use a little attention, especially outside: screens are falling off the back porch, tree limbs are on the roof, plants are growing in the rain gutters. Inside was roomy, clean, and had a fairly well-stocked kitchen. Kitchen trash bags should be the right size for the trash receptacle (they kept falling in). Lid to coffee maker is not the right one and falls off when pouring which could be a hazard. Aside from these things, we had a good stay at this home.

The property is great, the beds were nice, and is very close to CSU. The proximity to CSU is less than 5 minutes. It is in a fairly busy intersection, but it never seemed too loud. We did have a small problem with vandalism to two of our cars (twisted windshield wipers) on the last night. Parking in the driveway and carport is difficult since the streets are busy. Overall the house is great and the AC was much appreciated for the 90+ temps while we were there. The owner was easy to work with too.

Great location close to CSU and downtown.

This property was perfect for our visiting family. The layout was especially accommodating and neighborhood comfortable and quiet. It is also within walking distance of park trails and some shopping which was convenient. We would highly recommend the rental to others and thank the owners for our stay!

This property was not in good shape. The photos on Vrbo must have been taken quite some time ago. There were broken dishes, broken lamps, different colored paint on the walls, the outdoor covered patio space was unusable, as was the outdoor table, broken screens, a hole in the floor by the laundry room...This property needs some much needed TLC and the access to the parking area is right off of a very busy road. We were grateful that it allowed pets and it is close to Canvas stadium, but we were a bit disappointed.

We enjoyed an amazing Spring Break in this Fort Collins home. It is in a great location and has a ton of space for a large family of 6. We look forward to staying here again when we are in Northern Colorado.

The rental is located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Fort Collins downtown and old town. The beds are comfortable; all appliances worked well; spacious fenced backyard; off street parking for up to two cars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The manager responded quickly to messages. This would be a great place for a family reunion with up to 15 people.

Patrick was extremely communicative and responsive both before and after our stay. We ran into a small snag and he was extremely prompt in remedying it right away--going above and beyond our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to stay with him again!

Good as far as the location and neighborhood. We all got sinus problems in the house but went away when we left. Owners need to find the mold and remove it.

This house, overall, worked great for our stay. Great location, great size of house, and outdoor space was wonderful to have. However, upon arrival the bathrooms were NOT clean. The cleanliness of the rest of the house was okay. Also, the stove had a problem with baking food. Hopefully these two issues will be resolved for next guests!

We loved our stay. Very cozy and clean. Loved all the little extra available items we had there from the baby items to the extra pillows lines to the kitchen accessories! All stores are nearby. Had a hassle free stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay here for the week of our sons wedding. Plenty of room for family get togethers during the week. . Beautiful backyard for our pets to enjoy and we even held the after wedding brunch there. Family and friends were very complimentary on the spaciousness of the house and backyard. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware etc needed for cooking. We were very happy with that. Patrick was very helpful and accommodating . Thank you Patrick!! Couldn’t have asked for a better choice of locations for our family celebration!!

We stayed here for 9 nights and used the home like you would use your own home. It was very nice, but was missing a few amenities a normal home would have. The home would be fine for short stays, but there will be challenges for longer stays. Here are some pros and cons: Pros - Great floor plan and very spacious, good location with access to Old Town and CSU, some nice modern amenities Cons - Not super clean, one of the rooms didn't even have a mattress it just had a mattress foam topper and was not comfortable at all, the water heater went out on us for 1.5 days, we had to go out and buy a few things we thought the home would have, didn't have many extra amenities and had to go out and buy replacements when we ran out Overall, the home was fine and did the job. It was good, not great. Has the potential to be really nice though.

The house is just what we needed for a week in Ft Collins. Good kitchen with open space for dinners/visiting. The only thing that held it back from getting 5 stars was that some of the beds were not very comfortable. If the beds/mattresses get upgraded, we will definitely be back!
