This is our 6th stay at The Lyons. We have enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere, close proximity to the beach, and how well the property is maintained. We stayed at the Lyons #3 this time. The property owners were phenomenal to work with, the house was gorgeous, and we're planning to stay there next year.

The property was perfect for our families, which consisted of my Bride and I, our two adult daughters, their husbands and our five grandchildren.

I can't speak more highly of this place. It was perfect for our group. Very clean, modern, spacious and great beach access. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything a family needs. We only ended up eating out once. Nancy was a great host. Very communicative and gave detailed instructions for everything we needed to know. We definitely plan on returning. Thanks, Nancy!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week. Loved the spacious home with bathrooms for each bedroom & close to the beach, overlooking the pool. Convenient mid-island location to shopping & restaurants.

WOW. I knew when reserving Lyons 3 that this was going to be a good property, with ample space for our family and close proximity to the beach, but upon arrival and all throughout the week we were blown away by all of the little extras and thoughtful touches that the property and home had. Some of our favorite features were covered parking and deck for the rainy days, an extra fridge for beverages, plenty of living room seating, clean pool, dining table with an extra leaf, and beach and bike path access just steps away. We would absolutely stay again if we can get a reservation in time, no wonder this place books up fast! The only thing to note is that google maps doesn't route you to the exact house location, and it took us a few extra minutes to navigate the neighborhood. Otherwise, we wouldn't change a thing. First vacation to Hilton Head, and we felt we hit the jackpot with this property! Traveled with a total of 4 adults and 2 children and the space in the condo was great to spread out with our own bedrooms/bathrooms. Everything was beautifully updated and clean, and the location was perfect. The walk to the beach was even easier than anticipated (easy walk for our small children!). The beach access at Islander’s Beach Park was so convenient and we were pleasantly surprised to find there was a huge bin of sand toys by the bathrooms/showers there that can be borrowed to take down to the beach every day. I’m so glad we chose this property for our first visit to Hilton Head and we would love to come back. Thanks Nancy!

Beautiful place! Very clean! Stocked with everything you would need! Short walk to the beach. Great location to many of the things to do in HH! Would highly recommend staying here and we’ll be staying here again!

The property location is excellent. A very simple and quick walk that allows you to head to the beach for a morning walk or a day of sun. If you want to take a break from the sun its a short walk to the air conditioning. Nancy was an excellent communicator both in the information preparing you before arrival and during the stay (if needed). Everyone had enough room to spread out or spend time together depending on their preference.

We absolutely loved staying here during our vacation at Hilton Head. The house has plenty of room- bathrooms in every room- beautiful inside- has everything you need- and so close to the beach!!

My husband, adult children, grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. We only texted Nancy once and she responded within 2 minutes. She provided excellent information prior to our arrival and everything was as expected. The location was perfect for our group and the home/surrounding grounds are very well maintained. We used the outdoor grill which was in good working order. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was a favorite for the grandchildren (ages 3 -7). We had plenty of space and the kitchen is well stocked with nearly every utensil and cooking item one could need. We brought our bikes and loved biking on the many miles of trails on HH. Definitely recommend bringing a wagon to carry items over to the beach if you have a large group with little ones!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for years, and stayed in many different places. This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed at. Well taken care of, fully stocked with anything you might need, close to the beach, enjoyable 5-10 min walk with kids, pool in the courtyard, great communication with the owner.

Well kept property,, ideal location for beach,, groceries,pool,sight seeing. Kept in touch with property owner about minor questions.

Condo was a great fit for our group of 7 golfers; close pool and hot tub access was a nice bonus; condo layout provided privacy for all

This property was a great location to the beach. The pool was steps away, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, which we did every night! The beds were comfortable and we were not disappointed at all- we would definately stay here again on our next trip to HHI. Also, the owerns were great at communicating, especially regarding Covid-19 concerns.

Our family of 7 had plenty of space for privacy with a bathroom for each bedroom is very accommodating.

We loved everything about Lyons 3! The beds were super comfortable, & the layout was great for our family. Everything we needed to cook with was there. The pool and hot tub were nice. The walk to the beach was short and pleasant. We loved having the laundry room. I really enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch. We used the grill several times to fix dinner. We definitely recommend Nancy’s home.

Owner was so responsive and home was perfect for our family. It was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need, even electric skillet. Actually made me want to cook! LOL

This property is lovely. We enjoyed our stay. The only problems were a broken ice maker. Even though they left us with multiple ice trays, it was a hassle to have to empty and fill them. Also the upstairs king bathrooms shower door was off its groove that it slides on. A few things to fix for the future, but very nice otherwise.

We rented this place for a family vacation. The location is perfect, a close walk to the beach. The home is updated in every room. The LVP floors are nice. It was very clean, especially considering we were there at the end of the summer. The only reason I only gave 4 starts on cleanliness is because there was hair on the shower wall and floor when we got there. However, this would be on the cleaning crew, not the owner. We will go back next year to this home. It was perfect for us.

We had the opportunity to vacation with our very close friends for the first time. We chose this property based upon price and size, and we were 110% satisfied with the value that we got at the price point. Very clean nicely updated great location overall fantastic stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Lyons 3! The property was exquisitely clean and well-stocked with all essentials. This particular unit has the most perfect location to the pool. Beach access was literally right behind the unit. It was probably about 5 mins of an easy walk. The beach is handicapped accessible, so the boardwalk had ramps and there were runners on the sand which made pulling wagons full of essentials for kids super easy! My family would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week staying at this property. Nancy has done an amazing job making sure the home meets every need. Everything was clean/up to date, the kitchen was well stocked with everything that we could possibly need to cook, and the decor was tasteful. Rooms and closets were super spacious. We traveled with 6 adults and 2 children and had ample amount of space. This is by far the best vacation house we have rented. Thanks again for a wonderful trip!

This property was actually a little better than advertised. It is 200 feet to beach entrance, fantastic pool hot tub bbq area. The outdoor deck was where we spent our evenings. Every bedroom is en-suite. If we ever get a group of 6 or more together again, in our list to return to this very unit.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, the pool is right outside your front door, there is a great little playground on site, and you are a 5 minute walk from the beach. The owner was super responsive and very nice. Definitely keeping this address for the next time we come to visit.

Accommodations were great. Very clean. Pool was great.
