Daphne - you were awesome. This place gas amazing views of the Gulf right from the dock out the back door. If you want a quiet place with the best view, this is it. i can't wait to come back!!!!

The condo was so cute and the property manager was wonderful! The little neighborhood it is in is so cute as well! Great location on the water and it was nice to have a boat stall included.

We had a great stay. Unit was very comfortable and convenient with the boat dock right out our back door. There is a bulk ice machine that was a nice perk. Great location, nice views, gas bbq grill, coin op laundry. We will definitely be back!

Love conch key villas. Pete provides great support and it’s a lovely property. The boating amenities are very nice with slips, water, power, fish cleaning and easy access

The property is kept beautifully. The unit was clean and in a great location. The bed was super comfy, thank goodness, and the manager Pete was always available and very helpful.

We have been visiting the Keys for 15 years and this is by far the best experience. Pete, the property manager, gave us a bottle of champagne when we arrived for our anniversary! What a nice welcome. Having our boat out back was perfect. The suite is beautifully renovated with high-end appliances, comfortable furniture and all the supplies we wanted. Fabulous sunsets, manatee, bird and tarpon watching from the balcony. Pete helped accommodate our F350 and boat trailer. Great laidback neighborhood - everyone is friendly and Pete is over-the-top wonderful.

Pete the manager makes you feel welcome before you even get there. He is so helpful and truly makes your stay so pleasant. Newly renovated to look like a perfect vacation retreat. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Bed is very comfortable. Linens and towels are great quality. Boat slips, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, etc.. Ice machine for your cooler each day. Tropical plants, herbs, mint and more for you to use. Plenty of lounging areas outside to enjoy the waterfront breeze. We watched a manatee swim under the boat slips while waiting for the sunset. We highly recommend Conch Key Villas and look forward to coming back!

Our apartment, #4 is on the top floor of several units, very private and right on the water with boat docks and a sunset that is to die for. The unit was recently remodeled and had all new appliance and a great rain shower in the new bathroom! The King Size bed was very comfortable! There are places outside to sit and have a drink and converse with other guests. We used 2 of many Kayaks to paddle around in the water. Fished off the dock and and was visited by manatee! Used the gas grill to cook Fresh Lobster and Crab Claws we bought from Kelly right off her boat just a couple blocks from the Villas. Pete the property manager met us upon arrival. Pete is a great guy and got us or told us we’re to go to get what we needed. The owner Daphnie was very responsive and helpful. If your going to the Keys and want a laid back and affordable place to stay, this is it.

Our first visit to the Keys was made even better by Conch Key Villas. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and helpful. The villas have been remodeled and are nicely furnished. The water is just steps away from the door, and the community outdoor spaces are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It was awesome! So serene and peaceful. The property is gorgeous and the rooms are so clean with adorable beach vibes. The staff is beyond amazing! One of the best family trips to the keys, we will definitely be back to this hidden gem!

The condo was cozy and comfortable. The balcony had a wonderful view of the gulf. We used the kayaks during our stay and paddled all the way around a small Key in the distance. There were bikes, outdoor games, and a lounge area. The garden/landscape was beautiful and tropical. The kitchen was stocked and well maintened. The temperature inside the room was easy to control. The bed was a comfortable king. The tv included apps you could log into. We stayed several days and traveled to Key West one day and Key Largo on another. Stewart was very friendly and hospitable. We will definitely be back.

Had a great time

Had a great time revisiting the Keys. The studio apartment was perfect for my stay. All the amenities needed with some few extras. Beach chairs and coolers. On site ice maker if needed, laundry room and plenty of lounging space. The balcony was great for sunsets and stargazing. Definitely a piece of paradise.

If you want to chill and relax & still be close to Islamorada and Marathon this is your place! Very quiet and relaxing, not a Key West. We loved it.

Boat docks!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. We wanted a relaxing place by the water. Bonus find was being able to kayak, fish from the dock, and play games outside. Very convenient location with easy drive to local restaurants/stores. We have already reserved our stay for next year.

Stewart was a great host and very accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and adequately stocked. The sunsets were stunning. I would happily stay again!

We were greeted by the owners and given a tour of the place. Within the first hour of being there we say a manatee at the dock. The water is within feet. The sunsets and sunrises from the deck were stunning. Wonderful location! We had a great stay!

Great Villa. Location was amazing, and central for exploring from Key Largo to Key West. Owners were great. Water is 3 steps outside your door. We will stay again if in the Keys. Thank you.

Nice location with great views

We had a wonderful time at the Conch Key Villas. The view was amazing. The fishing and manatees by the dock was most enjoyable. We would highly recommend this location. It’s a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle.

Stewart and Kate are amazing hosts, and they treat you like you are part of the family.The property is impeccably maintained. And they made it very clear that if there was anything that we needed they would provide it.We will definitely be going back!And recommend them for a wonderful stay on quaint Conch Key.

This place is a gem! Clean, bright, right on the gulf with spectacular sunsets, and just a short walk from the Atlantic Ocean. If you are looking for a quiet get away, this is the perfect rental. Gorgeous landscaping, newly built deck with lounging area, a bar area with a fridge, corn hole boards, dart board, hook & ring (don't gamble with Stuart!) kayaks, bikes, and docks for your boat. The owners, Katie & Stuart are just wonderful! They truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. They gave us great restaurant tips, best beaches and parks, places to shop, fishing, and boat rentals. The studio we rented was perfect, balcony overlooking the gulf, a great place for morning coffee, fully stocked kitchen, fridge microwave, toaster, coffee pot, cooking utensils. The bed was comfortable, very clean, there is an area to watch TV but we spent most of our time outside soaking up Key life. Conch Key is very small, with only a party store, but a very short drive to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and parks. It is a very quiet fishing community with fisherman hauling in fresh fish and lobster daily. We saw lots of fish right off the dock. We had such a great time, we can't wait to book again!

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Conch Key Villas! The room was very comfortable for my husband, teenage son and I. It was nice to to have our boat docked right at the back door. The villa’s location in the keys is great, short drive to multiple state parks and an hour drive to Key West. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Their COVID-19 cleaning practices are very good. We would definitely stay here again!
