The condo was exactly as represented, and what I expected. I found the stairs to be a bit difficult to navigate, just their age and mine!!

We loved this condo! So close to the beech and everything you need in Port A. Parking is right next to the condo. They have an awesome pool that was perfect for the kids. The condo is clean and well laid out. It has a nice washer/dryer. The beds and pillows were super comfy and my teen loved the pullout couch! You can see the ocean from the back porch. We hope to stay here again w! Thank uou. ☀️🌊👙🏖️🩱🩳❤️

The place was clean and neat and close to the beach. We've stayed at this complex and unit before so we can cook our own meals and avoid the hassle of parking on the beach or driving through town.

My best friend has never been to the beach anywhere so I found us a little condo for a weekend trip and we had a blast!! William was great to work with, communication was incredible and the condo was perfect for a girls weekend for just the two of us. Highly recommended and will be using for future trips!

We had a great time! The property was clean and beautiful, all the basic amenities and then some! Host was very personable and helpful, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Communication an A++, we will be back! Thank you!!

I have stayed there many times. This time the grounds were in bad shape and looked overgrown with weeds and stickers. Pool was just fair. Inside cleaning was not very good so we had to clean it ourselves. Nice view of the water from the balcony. Great AC. Stairs were newly done and sturdy. Walk to the beach was great. Price is good and location close to everything. Owner is very easy to communicate with. All in all, a positive choice.

This location is central to everything Port A has to offer. The apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures. Plenty of room. Beds are comfortable. Quick responses from the manager. We'd stay here again.

Tropical storm rolled in so spent more time in condo than outdoors, but we made the best of it. Had internet issues off and on so streaming was spotty. To no fault of owner. We still managed to decompress and relax which is just what we wanted, quiet; no kids, or barking dogs.

We were traveling with 2 small children and this location was perfect for what we needed. It’s literally 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and only a few blocks from shopping, restaurants, and nightlife! To anyone traveling with littles, let me say…the washer/dryer inside the condo was a true blessing! William was AWESOME!! He provided us with lots of local info and responded immediately to any questions. If you need an indoor activity, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fire It ceramics. It was a blast for the kids and adults. And you get a souvenir that is way better than most found in the gift shops.

Everything was very clean and I loved the kitchen set up. There was plenty of room and we spent time at the beach which was a very short walk away. The bedroom is located immediately as you walk into the apartment. It is a bit dark so we spent all our time in the living room area and balcony. The apartment was well located to lots of dining options also. The communication with the host was easy and prompt. I would recommend this apartment.

My wife and I stayed here for a midweek beach getaway and this fit the bill perfectly. Clean quiet condo right by the boardwalk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more.

Great condo just a few minutes' easy walk to the beach. Parking was easy. Amenities were updated and met our needs well, including the full kitchen (with a toaster!). Would stay again. Only minor issue was that water pressure was pretty low but not a showstopper.

We stayed here for my cousin’s wedding that took place on the beach in front of the Banyan Beach houses. The condo was well kept and the perfect location for our visit. I would warn you that the listing says that there is a shower/tub combo but there is only a shower so, if this is important for your stay (as it was for us with 2 small kids who don’t take showers yet), just be aware that this condo does not have a tub. Otherwise, the place is great!

This is one of the best condos we've stayed at in Port A. Things were clean and well maintained, well lit, and the location on the southern outskirts of the city was perfect.
William stayed in touch to make sure the whole stay was smooth and convenient.
I the balcony is excellent in the evening, but could use some shade in the morning. The only other issue was that the wifi was slow, but that's really not what we're there for.

The property was clean and well kept and the room was nice and clean when we arrived. I did not notice on the add for the property that the beds are both doubles. For guests who may be used to a little room when they sleep I would go with a larger bed. Beds were comfortable and we made due. overall it was a great experience. Location is great. Beach is close as is restaurants and stores in Port A. Would recommend to family and friends

This condo is only a block from the walkway to Banyan beach in a lovely neighborhood of newer condos. It’s only five minutes from shopping and restaurants. The condo is rather old and not luxurious, but it was clean, well furnished, and the beds were comfortable. No complaints except maybe that this one was upstairs, and it was difficult for us to get up and down with luggage. Overall, it was a great place to stay and very affordable.

This was a good location. Rooms needed better lighting and cleaning of vents. Needed some painting I think that would have helped alot.

This condo had everything we needed for our short stay. It's within walking distance to the beach just a 5 minute walk so that was great! The shower is very nice and our family enjoyed playing the Aransas Opoly game at night! I couldn't get the bedroom TV to work but that wasn't a big deal to us.. we didn't receive champagne but again not a big deal at all. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and I would definitely book with William in the future! He communicated very well and gave us some great spots to try out! We will definitely be back!
