Comfortable from the second you walked in. Easy to access plenty of room for children to play and the activities they had at house are wonderful. Beds were heaven it was just like going home

This is a very nicely located three bedroom house that was a exactly what we needed for family wedding. Outside space for kids to burn off energy. Inside game room for colder or evening time. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well appointed. Just space that no hotel provides.

My husband and I and our 4 adult children enjoyed staying here. Very nice yard and game room. Rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was very roomy. The home had all we needed for a weekend stay in Reno.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The game room was a big hit with the kids! The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely home in tranquil neighborhood. My teenagers enjoyed unplugging for family time in the game room playing ping pong and pinball. Communication with Bessie was excellent. She was available for questions and answered voicemail quickly. Definitely recommend.

This was the perfect property for our stay in Reno. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with lots of backyard space for our kids to run around. We also really enjoyed the game room, with so many fun games and toys for our kids to play with. House was very clean as well. We'd definitely stay here again

The property was very nice and was in a great location no more than 15 minutes from the airport yet very quiet. I would highly recommend this property. It had a ton of amenities with the only drawback being a lack of TV cable and WiFi which I personally was fine with but the others felt they would have enjoyed. The owner was great to work with. My husband and my 3 kids spent 4 days here for a family reunion. My sister lives in town but we decided to get a place where we could all get a good night's sleep. The house was spacious and really clean. It was perfectly set up for kids and while we weren't there a lot, when we were, the kids had a great time playing ping pong and all the games in the rec room. All the amenities were attended to and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. The neighborhood is quiet and you can get a good run in right out the front door. It is also close to any shopping you may need. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were visiting Reno for a family event and traveling with our two children (11 year old boy, 14 year old girl). Rather than get 2 hotel rooms for 2 nights, we decided to book this home for a similar price. It couldn't have worked out better! We arrived Friday afternoon and the home was just as described - dated but very clean. The ping-pong table was fun for our whole family, and our son really enjoyed the pinball machine. There is even an old record player. I did not find any board games for older kids or adults, but there were certainly toys for smaller children. My husband had to get up early the next morning for an early round of golf, and having the home, instead of a hotel room, allowed the rest of us to sleep in while he got ready. We visited in late July and the yard was not green like the photos show. I suspect there are water restrictions so the lawn could not be watered as much as it needed, anyway we did not spend much time in the yard because it was so hot and dry. Doug, the owner, was easy to communicate with by text or phone. I would certainly stay at this home again.

We rented this house (four adults and two kids) to attend a local family wedding. It was perfect. The house was clean and bright and on a single level (very important for my dad who has difficulty with stairs). We were able to relax between the various functions of the weekend with out rushing and without the smoke and noise that usually comes from staying in a casino or hotel. Rooms / beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the game room was a find for the kids. Pinball machine, toys and the ping pong table were a plus. (Kids always find other peoples toys more fun and ours definitely did). The yard is huge and beautiful, but we did not have time or weather to enjoy it. All in all, it gave all three generations, a quiet place to chill.

Had a wondeful stay. Doug and his family were very responsive to needs like plowing the driveway after snow storm. The house is comfortable, clean, quiet and well laid out for quiet sleeping while others are still up. Fantastic place for kids! Toys, games and ping pong. Also horses in back neighbor's lot love being fed carrots! No internet is not a problem if you hace cell phone hot spot. Would stay here again for sure!

We were very comfortable in this spacious home. Very quiet and restful. Huge yard for granddaughter to run around in. Easy access to pretty much everything Reno has to offer being just off McCarren. Owners were extremely easy to work with. Only thing missing was wifi, or I would give this place a 5 star.

This was the perfect house for my whole family! The property was wonderful, the house was spacious and the game room and toys provided hours of fun. We wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else. Totally kid friendly and had everything we needed. Beautiful quiet neighborhood too. So much fun!

Very pleasantly surprised by the house as it was perfect for our stay. The area around the house was also very surprising with a mixture of older homes to newer homes on large lots. Very easy access to all areas of Reno-Sparks from this location. If available in the future I would stay here again.

We rented this home for a long weekend to attend a wedding/reunion being held in the same neighborhood. The furnishings are less modern than other homes we looked at in the same price range, but for us the location was so convenient that we couldn't pass it up. And once we were there, the house was indeed so spacious and tidy that we didn't mind. The huge playroom full of toys was especially great for the 2 young children. The neighborhood is peaceful and we enjoyed the trees, birds and flowers while drinking our morning coffe/tea on the patio. Doug was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. All details and handy local info were clearly communicated and he was always available promptly via email or phone. The only thing we missed, since we're visiting from overseas and didn't have smartphones, was wifi. I overlooked this disclosure when booking, and understand most guests will likely have their smartphones, but just something to be aware of. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would especially recommend this home for families.

Nice home. Well maintained and furnished. Slept seven comfortably. Had a fantastic time playing pinball. Very convenient to Reno, Mt. Rose, airport, etc. Would highly recommend to others.
