Loved the location - short walk/bike ride to the beach and Cologne Plaza. Place was clean and comfortable. You do need to climb stairs to the second level. No problem for us but need to look for a different unit if stairs are an issue. The unit could use some updating especially the kitchen and bathrooms. But everything there was functional. Taking everything into consideration we would stay there again.

My review is not on this property, rather it is on the property to where we were relocated, Shorewood 202. I can say, based in our past experience at Surf Court 15, the unit is very tastefully decorated, well maintained, and well equipped. Fortunately, Seashore Vacation management was able to relocate us to another property in the ocean. The folks at Seashore Vacations are a wonderful group of people. They are very responsive to your needs! I will always recommend them to our family and friends.

Reviewer Comments: With the exception of the last phone call on the last day to the management team, it was some of the worst customer service that I've ever experienced...They were argumentative, dismissive, and unprofessional. We were at HHI for serious medical treatments for my disabled daughter, and it was one thing after began with issues about her MEDICALLY NECESSARY CERTIFIED/TRAINED health service dog (BTW ~ which are illegal to deny), to the inefficient A/C unit (freezing downstairs & hot as Hades upstairs}, which we tried to resolve ourselves (closing vents, opening vents), all to no avail, to the unannounced extensive tree trimming right on top of the bedroom where my daughter needed her sleep and rest. For almost 4 hours there were VERY loud chainsaws & woodchippers, and yelling back & forth by the workers. Our stay was an absolute nightmare. I pray that we never have to rent from this management company ever again.

Easy walk to beach from condo. Also enjoyed the courtyard and pool. Overall the condo was clean. Items like ceiling fans and baseboards could use some extra attention to remove dust build up. Condo space worked well for family of 5.

We really enjoyed our stay at Surf Court 15. It's well decorated, clean and very conveniently located. I gave it a 4 star rating because the unit is older (lower ceilings, narrow steps outside and in, etc), but they have nicely updated many things in the unit. The word "stunning" on the website description is a bit strong, but overall it's a nice comfortable unit and we would recommend it.

The condo was nicer than I expected. It is tastefully decorated and there is plenty of space. We only cooked in 1 night but the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. An easy walk to the beach, stores and restaurants and an easy drive to golf. We would stay again.

There is a wash off station after you get off the sand so you can avoid tracking too much sand back to the condo. The condo is nicely refurbished - the ground floor is all tile that looks like wood, so it is easy to clean. The dishwasher was broken, but they replaced it on Friday with a brand new one that works great. The stove is a glass top, the oven works well, the microwave is great, granite countertop in the kitchen looks high end. The carpeting on the stairs is a little worn, and the bathtubs were a little stained, but overall it was nice and clean. The stairs up to the unit are pretty steep, but other than that, we would definitely recommend this unit and stay there again. We arrived after closing on Saturday, but they stayed open longer for late arrivals like us which made us feel very welcome. The door locks were key codes, so no need to worry about losing keys on the beach. Parking for our minivan was right in front of the condo in a reserved space. The pool is clean and convenient. They recommended a bike rental company for us, so we rented 4 bikes and they were locked up for us right in front of the condo when we arrived. We were able to bike along the bike paths to Coligny Plaza, mini golf, and many restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head at this South Forest Beach residence. The location was very convenient to shops, restaurants, and most importantly the beach! It was immaculate, comfortable, and supplied all we needed for cooking meals. One of the best beach vacations we've had!

Great condo! Very clean! Loved the stay!

The condo we rented was nicely decorated and had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The check in process was easy and there were no issues. The only thing that I would have to comment on is that the condo was clean; however I don’t know if it was “corona virus clean”. When we arrived we wiped down hand rails, tv remotes, door knobs, and essentially any surface that one might come into contact with during a stay at the condo. The towels we used ended up looking grey and some of them being black. That is not to say that the overall cleanliness was not immaculate, it’s just I feel some surfaces could have been wiped down more thoroughly. Overall would rate the condo a 10/10 and I would love to return to it again. Also super close to the beach and shopping centers. Just awesome location.

This was a very nice condo. We enjoyed a complete Thanksgiving dinner. And the rest of the weekend would walk to different bars and restaurants. The condo kitchen and bathrooms could of been a bit cleaner but nothing crazy just some surface area needed a hard clean and not just a wipe

This place is a great location to shopping and restaurants! Super easy walk to the beach! The path is right across from the condo! Easy to rent and great 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath! We will definitely stay here again!
