Very tidy, very nice people for service and advices. Facilities for kids entertainment also very good.

Staff and cabin was so good as expected.

The advertisement and attractions shown online including things we could hire and use for the kids were all not available. Advertisement was false.

Great camping grounds. Great for families. Would like to go back in summer

On arrival Reception was pleasant. Unit was clean. Heat pump warmed unit. It was roomy for 4 people. The queen bed was comfortable. Camp was tidy and clean. Great location and facilities for families with children.

We paid for the Deluxe unit and had booked for 3 nights so was expecting a certain level of comfort. The unit was old and on closer inspection you could see the attempts that had been made to 'deluxe' it?? However the sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. We ended up taking the mattress off the base and putting it on the floor and one slept on the sofa and one slept on mattress. There wasn't enough cutlery for 4 people. There were only two dining chairs. The sign in room says 'leave the room clean'. In order to do that there must be tools available ie no broom, no brush and pan, no plug for sink, no toilet cleaner. Only one teatowel etc. The water pressure in shower was pitiful. We ended up going across to use the camp showers. Yes we did go to office and they supplied things we needed but it should be already in the 'deluxe' room. So disappointing in a few areas.

incredibly expensive compared with every other place we have stayed in New Zealand. VERY overpriced.
