Wonderful stay. Condo is lovely and very spacious. Perfect for us (4 adults, 2 kids), but could accomodate 1-2 more easily. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Pool is great and well maintained. Beach is just steps past the pool. We rented a golf cart which made the trek into town easier for the small children. (10-15 minute walk vs 3-4 minutes in a golf cart). Having the garage space made the golf cart super easy. Many nice resturants in town. Great coffee shop with smoothies, baked goods, breakfast items. Absolutely would stay here again.

We went to Punta Mita for a holiday family vacation. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. There is a wonderful deck that looks out to the beach and ocean…beautiful! Do not hesitate to rent this property.

This is a great location with an amazing view over the water! The beachfront location is wonderful and quiet. Its a gentle walk into the warm water which would be great for younger kids as well.

This property is amazing! The view from the enormous balcony was epic. Walking distance to the restaurants was nice but we did rent a golf cart for going into town and that was perfect. Nothing to say bad at all, we loved all the toys the owners provide for the water. It's nice not to have to rent that stuff every day. Carlos was great and very prompt with checkin and responding to questions. Very clean and spacious condo. The beach is clean and felt very safe. All the staff on the property were amazing! Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay at this property. The condo, beach and pool are exactly as pictured. Fun decor, beautiful beach and lovely pool area. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and looking out to the ocean. Condo is very large and we had way more space than we needed. Close enough to town, though we opted for a golf cart since the streets are dark and sometimes muddy so it can be hard to walk at night. Felt very safe and the property has security on site. The only things that would have made the stay better are more comfortable beds (very, very hard mattresses and we all struggled to sleep) and some basic amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. Be sure to bring what you need for toiletries and plan to shop for daily essentials (the kitchen is stocked with appliances but no coffee, drinks, etc). This was our first trip to the area and we preferred condo life to a big resort. Can’t wait to go back.

First time in Punta Mita. Home is beautiful and very relaxing. Comfortable beds, coaches, huge deck and perfect pool and beach location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would come back in a heartbeat!

First visit to Punta Mita and we were not disappointed . Traveled with my family , 3 teen girls ,15-18. Condo was very spacious, comfortable , amazing views , and well stocked. We loved that we were able to walk to town. We didn’t feel the need to rent a golf cart . Took a taxi to Saluyita but really enjoyed the beach and pool daily. Hired the lovely made to cook us dinner . She was expensive so next time I would suggest hiring a cook outside of the “condo” . I heard from other visitors there bigger bang for your buck! . However, it was a great experience and delicious ! Carlos was responsive and very helpful I can’t wait to return with family or friends! Absolutely enjoyed our week!!

Lots of space, great location and the pool was very nice. Well stocked kitchen and amenities. Great for our family of four and could easily have for a few more people.

This was my first time visiting Mexico. Carlos was great communicating with our family and setting up transportation. The Eubanks villa is amazing. Our stay was on the second floor. We had plenty of space for our family of 6. The views were breathtaking. The villa has everything you need. We loved having access to kayaks, paddle boards and boogie board. We had breakfast and dinner on patio to enjoy the ocean views.. We loved how helpful and friendly the staff was especially Francisco and Alfredo. We also had housekeeping come in during our stay. You are steps away from the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. You have to try Mercedes. Best Italian food, steaks, and desserts. We will definitely be back. Until next time.

Things to Know: The pictures are accurate; the kitchen is huge and well stocked; cell phone reception was spotty but there is a Vonage phone to make international calls; the pool is not heated and we were advised by an owner of another unit that the hot tub hasn't worked in years; rent a golf cart for ease of getting around town. We loved this location and would absolutely go back!

Fantastic stay with an amazing caretaker Carlos who helped with all our needs. Plenty of space to spread out and fantastic deck looking straight out into the ocean. Really nice to have all the boards to play in the ocean and a parking garage for our car. Can not wait to return hopefully next year.

This condo is gorgeous. The decor is tasteful and traditional and comfortable. The amazing deck over looks the expanse of private feeling beach. Lots of rocks but we were told that is seasonal? The pool is also gorgeous but chilly. Given the lousy weather we encountered the pool was unaccessible to me. Without sun on it ....it became frigid. The communication with the manager Carlos was so over the top well executed. He was always available by phone and took care of our every need. Don't open the windows in the TV room! We did just that only to invite in a swarm of wasps including their nest! It was terrifying. And a nuisance but Carlos did have someone come help immediately. It was our first stay in Punta Mita. We usually stay in Sayulita. PM is small, and the true focus is on the big fancy hotels. However we did find that all the restaurants in this little area were really too notch. Better that any we tried in Sayulita over the years The condo is perfect for two couples so we recommend it for a group. We had a totally private experience and had it been nicer weather, would have had fonder memories to bring home. FYI...rent a car. Taxis charge alot. And Ubers are practically non-existent. We recommend checking out Litibu Grill. It's a good reason to to have a car.

The owners (Bob and Wendy) house manager (Carlos) and housekeeper/cook (Margarita) were excellent. The facility is perfect!!

Extremely well laid out condo with fantastic local staff on the best beach in Punta Mita. Could not ask for better accommodations in this slice of heaven.

We returned to this condo for our second visit. It is a beautiful property and the only complaint is having to leave. Working with Bob and his on site manger Carlos is easy and they are very prompt with response. The condo is so large and beautiful. It has everything you need. This time we had 2 grandchildren with us both under two. Carlos had the pak n play all set up. We really like the media room. It was a great place for afternoon naps. Not just the kids. Punta de Mita is a wonderful town full of excellent restaurants. Bob also offers lots of water toys which we used. The staff at the condo were extremely nice and helpful. We used the BBQ on the property one night and it was very clean and fun to eat in. The outside patio is so big and wonderful to sit on and listen to the ocean or watch some summer rain storms. We would love to return and HIGHLY recommend this beautiful property and the owners and management.

We spent a week enjoining the beautiful, spacious accommodations, surfing La Lancha, kayaking, paddle boarding, and most of all swimming in the enormous pool. We had Margarita cook us some absolutely delicious Mexican food and ate at some of the local restaurants in Punta de Mita. The owners and condo manager respond immediately with any questions. We will definitely be back again! For a 3rd time!

We had a great stay- loved every minute. Quiet and pretty- loved the colorful artwork throughout the unit. We will be back!

This condo is gorgeous, super comfortable and perfectly located. The pool and beach are both easily accessed allowing for a spontaneous dip without having to organize a bunch of stuff. Incredible sunrises and sunsets (sunrise way better) from the balcony or pool/beach. Easy walk to all the markets and restaurants. Highly recommend the burritas from the little house right across the street and smoothies from Amor Mio cafe a block away. We almost went to Sayulita for this week but changed to Punta de Mita at the last minute and couldn’t be happier. Sorry to be leaving this morning!

We so enjoyed our stay in this unit. Well appointed and roomy with a spectacular view. The building had excellent security and the concierge Carlos was very attentive.

What a great place! We were two families looking for a relaxing time, and this place was perfect for that. There was plenty of room in the unit to accommodate the group. We really enjoyed having the water toys (surf boards, boogie boards, kayaks) with the unit and not have to rent items. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home!

The condo is even more beautiful than the photos on the website! It was a perfect place for grandparents, parents, and two children ages 7 and 9. Paddleboards, boogie boards and kayaks were included for water sports. The pool and beach were ideal for the kids as well as the adults. Carlos, the building manager, was extremely helpful making arrangements for transportation and introducing us to the features of the condo and the town. He even found a wonderful cook to make dinner for us at the condo and we ate on the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. A short walk along the beach leads to the harbor of Punta de Mita with shops and restaurants featuring fresh local seafood and Mexican specialties. Our family, especially the children, loved seeing the presentation of the “catch of the day” carried by two waiters at Si Señor Restaurant. Everyone is asking to return next year!

Really nice bedrooms, kitchen, and outdoor patio. The views can't be beat. Super relaxing overall.
