Wonderful stay. Good location. Property owner very accommodating.

The toilet was leaking, the condo was not super clean and there was no coffee.

This condo is nice but I think the owner needs to maybe hire a new cleaning service along with updating kitchen items. I’ve rented from Vrbo many times and I’ve never seen such bare minimum of stuff in the cabinets.

The unit was worn and dated compared to the online listing. There were areas of the condo that were not as clean as we would expect for the money we paid. The lock to the front door was not functional for the first day and night we were there and our possessions were left unprotected. The hot water would not work for the first couple days unless we let it heat up for at least 10 minutes. I did not recieve a parking pass and had to park in the lot across the street due to the size of our van. The security at the resort left notices on my van everyday threatening to have it towed. I had a verbal confrontation with the security team and the resort management as a result. We left a half day early. The door to the condo opened up into the parking garage which was not shown in the pictures.

The condo was nice. Great location. The attached parking garage was a plus. The only issues were, there was a semi clog in the drain of one of the tubs. Also the hot water wasn’t turned on until 8-830 in the morning.

Poorly prepared/cleaned - found coffee maker in a cabinet with a wet coffee filter with coffee grounds and no carafe, frying pan in dishwasher with burned food on it and a dish in the cabinet with caked on food and some plastic utensils that were melted. Contacted owner, his response was that the cleaning crew has limited time to do everything, but we paid for cleaning. He did arrange to replace frying pan and coffee maker the next day. Then found clothes dryer dirty and lint trap full, several lights out and one bathtub that did not drain and garbage disposal tripped out with oyster shells in it. Some dishes and glasses were missing so no complete sets, like 2 wine glasses for a condo that can handle 8 guests (there was no inventory list to check.) The owner's maintenance man did respond promptly to fix bathtub and garbage disposal. TV remotes did not all work and no instructions on available stations and operation. To top it off, the advertised ability to use the parking garage and park on the condo level was prohibited due to pressure washing and painting the week we were there. There was no prior notice from the owner of this. Very disappointing! We did not complain to the owner on all the items, but left a list for the cleaning crew for those items like some of the lights and missing glasses.

We stayed a month, but I had to buy cleaning supplies including a mop and pan to clean the floors and our first day I spent cleaning or I couldn't have stayed. I'm not a clean freak,but it was dirty. Even the walls needed washed. We enjoyed the ocean front views from the living area, kitchen, and bedroom. We left it a whole lot cleaner than we found it. There were still things that needed cleaned, but I felt it beyond what I should have to do!

Host communication was excellent - property was exactly as described. Very easy check-in, etc. Beautiful view of the ocean from master and from living room/balcony. Great stay!

Nice clean, well appointed condo with comfy beds and a great view. Owner was fantastic to communicate with, and check in was easy. Love that parking is on-site.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was in order.

Place is quiet except for the sounds from parking garage. Big plus is the parking garage is on the property and not across street like most. Beach access is easy just steps away. Pools are okay not great inside are heated. Overall it is a nice place to stay as you can cook your own meals if you choose or eat out. Would need a car as we did to get around if you want to see more then ocean.

I wish the beds were a little bit more comfortable the dishes really weren’t washed in the dishwasher I had to rewash them

Location was great, convenience of parking and closeness of unit was great. Condo was in need of paint, updates, and a good cleaning. Master bed is in desperate need of a new mattress and pillows. It appeared that sheets on master bed had not been washed!!!

The condo was just as we hoped it would be. Comfortable, accommodating & the check in- check out was a breeze. Our host provided us with all the pertinent information we needed in a timely fashion.

Condo as nice and clean, accommodations was exactly what we needed. Loved sitting in the balcony watching the sunset and sunrise. Wish the tiki bar was open later , and the Dunkin’ Donuts was there as stated on the amenities. That would be the only con I would say. We were looking forward to DD coffee in the morning. Although LuLu was right across the street and had excellent breakfast and bloody Mary’s. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

This condo was absolutely perfect. It was clean upon arrival. The check-in process was the easiest I’ve ever had. No front desk nonsense. No waiting in line with everyone else checking in at the same time. The location was excellent. Plenty of things to do just a short walk/drive away. The owner answered my one question immediately. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very clean rental and property. Nice size rooms. Plenty of items to cook with. Great view. Would not hesitate to rent again.

The location was great! Room was nice but needs to be updated. The master bedroom bed needs a new mattress desperately. You can feel the springs pop you in the back when laying down. The washer and dryer area needs to be cleaned. Was very dusty and dirty. The walls needs to be repaired and repainted. You can tell there were things on the wall. Other than that the room was nice!

Super easy check in process. Nice room and nice area. Super friendly staff as well!

Great time and great location

The hot water takes a little to heat up to besides that it worked perfectly for our family vacation. Owner is super responsive.

I would go back

Everything was great! Oceanfront view and everything we needed was at our fingertips. I wasn't aware of the checkin process but when I called the owner he was very nice. The staff at the resort not so much but thankfully I didn't need to interact with them often. Either case if I had one complaint it would be for new beds! The beds were so hard, not firm but hard. So please get a pillow top to go on top of the mattresses :-)

It was a great experience, Scott was very responsive and really helped us out. Definitely plan on going back for another vacation. Very nice area, renting a golf cart for the week is the way to go.

Owner offered to send cleaning crew, but we felt that this should have been done prior to our visit and didn’t want to be inconvenienced (again by workers)! The owner had scheduled AC service during our stay, told them we didn’t want anyone in there during our stay but we didn’t have a choice so we had to wait in condo until Service was done. It took 30 minutes each morning to get hot water.We loved being on the beach which was the highlight of the trip. The pools were fun for the kids.

We had such a great week! The condo is nice. Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. The kurig wasn't working and Scott had one delivered same day! Clean place. My kids loved having the inside heated pool, hot tub and lazy river and being so close to the beach! The bar at the resort was open on the weekend and the bartender was the nicest guy!
