Our group loved this house! It was laid out well, very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay awesome. It has plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to make your beach trips enjoyable. We would definitely book here again.

Matt and team were very responsive and easy to work with. The house is gorgeous with very high end finishes and touches throughout. The short walk to the beach was especially convenient. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a beautiful space for a family vacation.

We had more than ample room for 8 adults to sleep, eat and enjoy the property. There was plenty of room for cooking in the kitchen and also grilling. All eight adults could easily eat at the table, gather around the kitchen island, enjoy coffee in the living room or out on the lanai. The house is conveniently located a short 10 minute walk from Charley Young Beach. We utilized the beach gear that was provided and the wagon really came in handy to transport it. I would highly recommend staying, as house was well equipped, clean and spacious. Mahalo

This property was even better in person than it looks in the pictures. We had everything we needed in the location was excellent. I can't say enough positive things about this place and the host who was very easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again.

If you’re planning a trip to kihei, look no further & stay here! My wife & I were visiting for a friends wedding & stayed at the house with two other couples. The house was perfect for the 6 of us with room to spare! It was immaculately clean & beautifully renovated with a nice open floor plan. Each bathroom had so many towels to get you through your stay (house also had a washer & dryer if needed) they also put little hotel soap, shampoo & conditioner which gave you a hotel feel! Great location, about a 7 minute walk down to the town where it’s filled with shopping, restaurants, bars & the beach! Ubers were always 1 minute away whenever we needed one. Hot tub was a big hit! Would absolutely stay here again!

The house itself is great! It’s a nice open space and the backyard is great for families with kids. (The yard is full of little lizards my boys loved trying to catch!) The garage has boogie boards and sand toys as well as snorkel gear and beach chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials. We did encounter ants and cockroaches as others have mentioned but we took care of them as we saw them and weren’t too bothered by it. The backyard has a few cameras which felt strange - sort of a big brother is watching feel. Nobody wants to be filmed sunbathing or hot tubbing. That was probably the biggest dislike for us. Also worth noting, half our group was highly allergic to the Tide Fabreeze Sport laundry detergent and we had hives from it for over half our trip. I’ll be recommending to the management that they change to something more friendly - I’ve learned that a lot of people are allergic to it. If you haven’t been exposed to it, don’t test it out in Hawaii! It was a huge damper on our trip. But the house itself was great, and I’d recommend it.

The kitchen supplies of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, plentiful, nothing extra needed, also the inclusion of coffee, coffee filters,sugar,spices all adding to our comfortable stay. Easy walking distance to beaches, great beach supplies(chairs, boogie boards,umbrellas, beach towels) beautifully well maintained backyard and the outdoor shower was a hit!! The quick response to any concerns we had, it was reassuring that our stay did mattered. I would recommend this location & your company to anyone I knew that was visiting Maui

the house was in a great spot close to the kihei bars and restaurants. we were able to cook every night and the setup for family movies was great!

Our extended family decided to spend Thanksgiving in Maui, and this property made the perfect home base. The location in Kihei made it very easy to explore all around the island – it was a short drive to Wailea, and also an easy drive to Lahaina, Paia and the Kahului Airport. The house is about half a mile from a beach, a park, several restaurants, and a food truck park, so it was easy to either walk or take a very short drive into town, depending on our plans for the day. It was immaculately clean and included plenty of laundry and dish detergent, dishes, cookware, spices etc. so we pretty much only had to buy food for meals at the house. We appreciated the garage full of beach gear including towels, snorkels, boogie boards, and coolers that made trips to the beach very easy. Having two bedrooms on the main floor also made it easier for grandparents to access the house without going up and down stairs. The kids especially enjoyed being able to shower in a very private outdoor shower. We had a great trip, and this home helped make all three families feel at home in Hawaii!

I'm hesitant to write this, as the property itself was wonderfully remodeled. This experience though with the neighborhood will drive me off the platform. Twice now I've stayed in wonderfully remodeled homes in "crappy" neighborhoods. I tried to give VRBO a chance, but I will not be using this service again. It's back to hotels for me and my family.

There are two separate suites of 2 bedrooms/ 1 bathrooms, at opposite ends of the house. We had a fabulous time using this house for our vacation. We are a couple with a toddler, and our friends are a couple with a toddler. Having the big fenced in backyards for the kids to safely play in, chase lizards, and run around was perfect. The garage had lots of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards, and even snorkeling equipment to use. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, so great for a family looking for a quiet spot to relax after running around to beaches all day. The kitchen and backyard grill were all set up for us to easily make meals and enjoy. And there are great restaurants and pizzerias a short drive or walk away. That being said, we never walked to the beach just bc we had so much kiddo stuff to carry, but if the kids were older and could help, it would've been a quick walk.

We absolutely loved the house. We had 8 women....aunts, nieces and cousins. 4 stayed upstairs across the house and 4 stayed downstairs. The outdoor shower was a blessing with so many women it was great to have a third shower option. We found the location to be perfect to walking to shopping and restaurants. Additionally it was not far from the airport so after traveling for plenty of hours it was great to be right to our location. All the beaches on the island were close as well as the dock for our Whale Watching excursion. We will definitely book this house again! The management was so gracious and answered my many questions. They also responded quickly to my text messages when we were there. Thank you so much!
