The condo was very clean, well stocked, with easy access to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. My family really enjoyed the week and would highly recommend it.

Phyllis (unit manager) was an excellent host and the place was clean, in a great location, and had the amenities we needed. We had a great time staying there, and the ocean views were gorgeous.

This is the ideal unit if you are bringing your family to Hilton Head. Phyllis, the owner, will communicate with you to ensure a successful stay. Ocean-front location with a pool is terrific and only a 3 minute walk to Coligny Plaza (great if you are bringing teenagers). Unit is in great condition and having a bathroom in each bedroom is very nice. Pool was clean and it was no problem getting chairs anytime of day. If you're looking for convenience this is the ideal unit for your stay in HHI.

Spacious clean condo with everything in the kitchen you need (we ate all meals in condo). Prime location, right on the beach and close enough to Coligny Plaza to enjoy(shops, restaurants, grocery store), but a little bit off so beach wasn’t so crowded. We only used the car on the way in and they way out. We rented bicycles for the rest. Beds were very comfortable and great to have 3 bathrooms and a full size washer and dryer. Would definitely come back!

This condo was perfect! It was beautiful and very clean, the location was amazing (right on the beach and just a block away from Cologny Plaza), and the owner was very nice and responsive. The condo had everything we needed, including towels, linens, and beach items. And the way the rooms and bathrooms were set up was perfect for our family! Phyl (the owner) was also very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She also gave us great recommendations of places to eat and things to do! We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to others!

Great property & location to beach! Only downside is it is very close to a public beach access, so the beach gets very crowded in front of Ocean One.

We had a great time at Hilton Head. Our condo was very nice and very clean. The condo was stocked with everything anybody could need. And Phyllis was very helpful during our stay. She made things so easy to follow and took the worry of getting settled away so we could start enjoying ourselves immediately upon arrival. Simply put, we loved it! Will definitely be back to stay here!! This is a "can't go wrong" choice for a beautiful place to stay for your vacation.

Our family stayed a week and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Our room was very beautiful, spacious, and clean. We stayed in the master room and used the room down the hall for our children's room. Our son was very excited to have his own bathroom. The balcony gave a perfect view of the pool area as well as the beach. We slept with the patio door open most nights and fell asleep to the sounds of waves crashing. It was truly incredible. The pool area was an excellent spot for lunch and lounging. And the beach was just a short stroll past the pool and down the boardwalk. Both the pool and beach were very well kept. There are so many good dining spots within a 5-10 minute drive and some within a 5-10 minute walk. Coligny Plaza was also just around the corner (great spot for shopping, ice cream (Frozen Moo!), lunch, and drinks at the Frosty Frog.) Skull Creek Dockside was absolutely incredible ( we recommend making reservations around sunset) and One Hot Mama's was the best BBQ we've ever had. Both are very close. We cannot recommend this vacation spot highly enough. We all had the time of our lives.

Phyllis was an absolute pleasure to work with, she had all the bases covered and the condo was in perfect order. Everything was as expected and she went out of her way to make sure we had all we needed, being this was a business and a bit of R and R, she allowed me to accomplish all I needed to without any worries of accommodation. Over the years we have stayed at many different condos in Ocean One. We love the resort overall and the location is perfect for us. This condo was our favorite so far! It is clean and spacious and very, very well stocked. We were at the resort with another group and meals "in" were always at in our condo because it has all the "stuff." Plenty of cups, place settings, cookware, etc. They have thought of everything. It also appears that they may have knocked a wall down that is in other units and it makes the kitchen feel like twice the size. it's so nice! it's very evident that they take a lot of pride in their rental unit and want their renters to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. They also have plenty of beach chairs and toys on hand so you don't need to worry about lugging then with you. Phyllis is GREAT! She was very easy to contact and always got back to me with the answers I needed. When we arrived, there was a small plumbing issue with the building structure that resulted in a bit of water in the back bedroom. I called Phyllis about it and they were on it! There were people there to fix the problem in no time at all. You don't want to run into these types of things when you go on vacation, but if you do, may everyone have an owner like Phyllis to fix the problem. She was amazing. Needless to say, I hope to rent this condo again in the future. I could not recommend it more!

Condo was very clean and updated including large, easy to use flat screen tvs. Check-in was easy and the grounds were well maintained. My teenage kids enjoyed the quick access to Coligny, and the adults loved having the beach bar next door. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed over the 4th July weekend and had a great time. It was our first visit to Hilton Head and couldn't have asked for a better property. Plenty of room for the kids (4) and adults (4). We had the option of being poolside or venturing onto the beach for swimming and relaxing at the beach. The condo had all of the amenities needed including a storage area with beach chairs and other toys for the kids. The grounds were great, but we would recommend applying a coarser paint around the pool. When wet, the painted area around the pool is extremely slippery. The overall location was great as we were in close proximity to grocery stores, shops and, Coligny Square. Even during a very busy 4th of July week, we were able to enjoy evenings on the beach, dinner at the condo, and an overall relaxing experience.

The condo is very spacious, clean and up to date. Your ocean front view can be seen from the kitchen, dinning room, living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans in good shape, plates, bowls, cups and mugs. We enjoyed cooking a few meals on the outside grills too. The spring flowers and bushes were just in bloom and beautiful. I would recommend this unit and area for your vacation stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Beach Lovers Canton, Ohio

My husband and I totally enjoy our time spent at Ocean One. The unit is spacious, clean and has everything you will need to spend a week or two ... The property is beautiful as you sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view of the pool & the ocean.. It is close to Coligny Circle with restaurants and ice cream... It's also close to the swings to enjoy anytime of the day. You can rent bikes or walk. It's just a wonderful place to be. The owners cannot do enough for you and want you to be very happy while you are there... It's a wonderful place to call 'Home Away from Home'. We are so glad to be a part of this great place to stay !!!

This beachfront condo is perfect. My family and I have stayed here on multiple occasions. Walking distance to coligny shopping center and many restraunts. Love the full kitchen and washer and dryer that is in the condo. We are already planning our next trip for the fall.

We returned for another stay at Unit 221at Ocean One after an excellent first visit. When you find a perfect place there's no reason to go anywhere else! Since it was our second visit it gave us the opportunity to notice more details. The unit is thoughtfully and thoroughly appointed. The kitchen has every item you will need for cooking and preparing and serving food--nice quality as well. Lots of space in the unit so you don't feel you are on top of each other. Ocean One is very well maintained. The pool, landscaping and common areas look great and are cared for well. And, you cannot beat this location. It is a close walk or bike ride to pretty much everything we want to do. So happy to say that we enjoyed this visit as much as the last. The owners are top notch and do things right!

The condo was perfect!! Nice and spacious (We had 8 guests and a baby) The owners were amazing. Asking us what extras we would need to make sure it was available when we arrived. Very easy to access to the ocean and the pool. Great views !! Very close to shopping,golf and restaurants. Will definitely go back soon!
