Back bedroom was super hot no air just a fan But place was very nice an homey

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having access to beach supplies. The beach is a short 2 min walk . Everything was nice and in good repair. We were able to park right outside the condo door.

We absolutely loved staying here. The home was clean and offered a good amount of amenities. It was equipped with things that you would need for a week-long stay and stuff you didnt know you'd need! The bed was comfortable as well. After a day of driving the road to Hana and back, this bed was a welcoming relief. I think the best thing was the proximity to the beach. It is literally steps away. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our only issue was that some things in the kitchen (eg. dish rack and detergent) appear to be dirty, that is there were small clumps of brown stuff that looks like gravy / grease stuck to them. The floor was dirty and would blacken our feet despite the rules saying that guest should take off shoes on entry. It was a minor inconvenience to have to wash and clean them up. Either the cleaning service didn’t clean up well enough or the previous guest left some messes. Anyway, once we cleaned that up, the stay was great. The location was very convenient and not far from all the places we frequent in Kihei.

George and Ute’s place was in a perfect location that we used as a starting point to explore all parts of Maui. It was stocked with beach supplies and otherwise had everything we needed.

We had a magical Christmas week in Ute and George's flat. The communication with the landlords was excellent. Access to the flat was very easy and well described. The complex is a dream, very well maintained and you always feel like you are in the Garden of Eden. The beach is only 2 minutes away and we had many beautiful sunsets there. There are plenty of parking spaces on the complex. There is a large supermarket (Times) and a shopping mall with various restaurants nearby (2 minutes walk). The pool looked like a lot of fun - but we didn't use it. The flat is very comfortable and spacious. The WiFi worked great. The kitchen is very well equipped. Sufficient sockets (also near the bed) available. Beach equipment such as sun loungers, parasol, snorkelling equipment and towels were available. If you are sensitive to noise, you should prepare yourself accordingly. From the bedroom you can hear the adjacent laundry room and the bedroom is adjacent to the car park and does not have light-proof curtains. Essential furnishings are clean, large and higher areas could do with better cleaning. Overall, a great place to relax and feel at home.
