LOVE the 1 story and large outdoor area and privacy!

Beautiful, comfortable home that lacks absolutely nothing. Truly the perfect home. Very convenient to the beach. Very nice pool. House was immaculate. Hope to be back to this one soon

Everything was as advertised except the couches weren't the same as the pictures. Fabric instead of leather. Jacuzzi wouldn't hold water. However, the host was very accommodating and the house was clean with a great layout. The front Spanish style courtyard and Casita was well thought out.

The location of the house is close enough to the beach where you can ride a cart. The swimming pool is a plus. Grandkids enjoyed the pool after a day on the beach.

Boardwalk to the beach is a workout! None of us are out of shape, but we all preferred to drive. The tile floor are beautiful, dried quickly and not slippery, but killed my feet and legs...just had to wear tennis shoes. Back yard and pool area were wonderful! The grill was not the best, but handy to have. Outdoor shower was great! The Queen bed is the bedroom that's outside of the house, but it's entry is inside the courtyard and felt secure. VERY relaxing comfortable place to stay. The beds were great (with the exception of one side of the King)! We ordered our supplies at Walmart in Aransas Pass for pick up, grabbed them, rode the ferry and were stocked! Kitchen IS fully stocked for cooking utensils and oven worked well. Bar stools inside would not be suitable for small children as they wobble, but chairs are good at table. Outdoor furniture is different than pictured but much better with the exception of lounge chairs to tan in. No chiminea is present. If it were cheaper, we'd stay again next time! Everything was in great shape and well taken care of.

The only negative, was backyard had lots of dog poo, but that is fault of the previous renter w/pet. If you are renting with pet, please clean after them as common courtesy. Rental came w/large pooper scooper to assist! The back yard was huge & sticker/grass burr free. Plenty of space for your fur baby to run & play. Each room was extra large & gorgeous...exactly as pictured. Had a small issue w/the smoke alarms, & they came out w/in the hour @ 11pm. Customer Service was excellent! The kitchen was FULLY stocked, you think you forgot something you may need? They have it! Washer worked great, dryer took some extra cycles to dry. Boardwalk to the beach was at the end of the street, but I don't recommend using it if there are elderly or toddlers....many, many steps & some are unlevel & weak. There is a golf cart rental around the corner, less than a block, & the street a block over, leads to the beach. The pool was clean and fun when you don't feel like swimming at the beach. The outdoor shower worked great too. It could use some lights for some night swimming. Definitely bring some bug spray, as the mosquitos are ravenous around dusk & dawn. There are 2 large stores a block 1/2 away, that will have anything you need to travel to Walmart or HEB. Plenty of parking space. We had a Tahoe, a mid size SUV, a Yukon w/large boat & a golf cart. This place is perfectly located, & gorgeous! I have rented quite a few houses in the area, & this was the best one yet. I would list more great things, but am running out of space. I can't wait to come back & am looking forward to renting this place again!

The room separate from the house was perfect for a mid day nap away from the action in the house and by the pool. The kitchen has everything we needed to have a wonderful family meal at the large dinning table. The internet worked wonderful even on the days we had storms roll through. The pool was a perfect six for our family of 6, plenty of room for people and their pool floats. Wish the hot tub has worked but it did not effect our time outside. We had a wonderful family vacation we were even able to bring out dogs one of which is a Service dog. We plan on coming back to this house for many more family vacations.

Cupboards has all the supplies you need and more! Plenty of bedding and comfy bed too. Only Wish they had provided us with a schedule for the yard and pool company as they came multiple times during our stay. Not a fan of having people enter a property while we are there and not known they are showing up, we had our dogs and young grandchild with us. FYI: Boardwalk is long with lots of stairs uphill and downhill over the dunes. Would be good info if they mentioned this in the description. In case people have issues with stairs. Home was short on the number of towels initially provided by management company but, we called, and they promptly brought more. Will definitely come back and rent next year!

Very excellent. House is amazingly beautiful, didn't want to leave. A must stay home.

It is a one story home so it was easy for my older parents and no going up and down stairs to load/unload. Property had a fenced in backyard for the dogs. The private pool was super nice and very enjoyable. This house was one of the cleanest ones we have rented. We were a little thrown off because one room does not have a door to the main house so it is like a private room. It is just a short walk to the main house through the connecting courtyard. We will definitely rent this property again.

Great place. Only two things. The dryer takes 2-3 cycles to dry towels and would like to be able to open/use the gate entrance by pool. Having access to the pool via that gate would eliminate bringing sand into the house.

You have to access the third bedroom by going outside - which we weren’t crazy about just because we felt very separated from the others and having to unlock doors. The kitchen worked fine for us but would be tight for any group planning to cook at home. We had to pick up the keys (not until 4pm) and by the time we got to the house and unloaded, the property management company was closed when we called regarding a few issues - it was 10-15 mins before 5pm. The flat screen in the living room was broke. The next day, another smaller tv was brought over for a temporary fix. Accessing any channels on any of the TVs was a challenge!!! We weren’t ever able to watch tv in the living room, even with several tech savvy people in our group. Even cable in the bedrooms was hit or miss. The house definitely needs to be sprayed for bugs. Not sure who is responsible for that - but it’s an issue.

Loved staying here! Selected this property because it’s a one story and perfect for old people with bad knees. Property was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated smart TVs in all bedrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Nice comfy beds with plenty of pillows. AC stayed nice & cool. I did not realize that the third bedroom is a completely separate suite with an entrance off the courtyard. I personally loved that but may not be ideal for everyone. Property manager was always prompt & polite when we had questions. Only a few things I thought could use improvement : Keyless entry & remote check in and out would be great! Keeping track of two keys when we’re going separate ways, back and forth to the beach, dinner, napping, etc was a little tough.
