Conveniently located off the highway, this townhome was an ideal location for a family to stay at. Restaurants were within walking distance and the surrounding views were incredible. The host was most gracious in providing local sites to visit in addition to providing access to trails with their parking pass. Would highly recommend for families to stay at including those wanting a quick getaway if they live in the valley. Would definitely stay at again!

This is a beautiful property -well maintained, well stocked, in a nice location just south of Sedona.

The property was great, had everything you could ever need. The only issue was the internet was sporadic and kept dropping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe's property. The home was very clean and in a fantastic location. We were at the rental over Easter weekend and were thankful that we were staying in the Village of Oak Creek and not have to deal with the traffic jams in Sedona. This home is also very close to two of the most popular hiking areas in Sedona. When we are back in Sedona, we would love the opportunity to stay here again!

They thought of everything! We never felt like we had to make do - the kitchen even had chip clips! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The tips on hikes and restaurants were very much appreciated and we really liked the book on the hikes. We liked the location of Village of Oak Creek and would stay here again.

We have stayed in VRBOs all over the country and this was by far the cleanest, most organized (labels on the kitchen cabinets - awesome!), best supplied unit we have ever stayed in. We often cook full meals at our rental locations and the unit came with all the spices, pots and pans we needed. A washer and dryer are always a requirement for us and that too was supplied with laundry detergent. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that each room had a full bathroom, all supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body gel. Each room also had a dresser and large closets so we could fully unpack and really feel at home. TVs in the main front room and in each room were also provided along with password secured internet. Joe was quick to respond to all of my questions and was great at giving us local advise on places to visit and eat. The unit had plenty of resources for local places to visit, and trails to hike. It was nice being slightly out of the craziness of Sedona proper but we were only 15 minutes away. Because of Spring Break Sedona can be quite busy with heavy traffic midday. Oak Creek Village is beautiful, and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay here.

We just left a 9 day stay and cannot say enough good stuff. From the moment we walked in, the space felt like home. He truly thought of everything ! A true host of consideration. The feeling, decor and overall cleanliness was 10/10. The weather patterns were extreme which caused us to eat in pretty frequently - the kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The location also was perfect. It felt safe, tucked away but close enough to stores and trails/mountains. We believe all hosts should model after Joe. His attention to detail, his communication- all just superb. LOVED staying at this place. The huge kitchen was practically like cooking at home: spices, condiments, oil, baggies, every possible kitchen gadget, including an electric teapot. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and this place had everything to make our stay homey and convenient. For example, we forgot our sunblock and there was some provided - also the parking pass for hiking saved us time and money!

Good location and easy to find it out. Spacious rooms with everything we need, even coffee and a grinder. Good consideration for living in.

This owner did a superb job of giving us all the info we needed with his property by labeling everything, giving us an instruction manual after we reserved. Very responsive when we had one small issue and his maintenance man was prompt and fixed it. Location is perfect away from the crazy busy Sedona but close enough to everything. The property was close to the sites that we wanted to see on Red Rock Parkway, as well as restaurants and other amenities.

We had an excellent experience at this condo. The setup with 2 master bedrooms was ideal for us because we had friends staying and it allowed all of us to have our own private bathroom. The 2 bedroom/bathroom upstairs along with the huge kitchen and 1/2 bathroom is an ideal setup for sharing the space with our out of town friends. The cost of the unit was very reasonable compared to staying at a nearby hotel. The condo felt like being at home while still being away on on vacation.

Loved the location, so much less traffic but close to everything we wanted to do and see. Very spacious and nice townhouse. Wonderful communication, too!

Very convenient location, within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The living area was spacious and well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay. Townhome was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Joe was extremely easy to communicate with. The stairs to the bedrooms are very steep - if you have older family with you. The views from the balconies were okay this time of year - not spectacular. A very nice stay and yes we would stay again.

The property was lovely and very well stocked. Also convenient to walking to local businesses. We are all seniors and have no problem with stairs, but others may.

This property was well-appointed and spacious. We appreciated that it is somewhat outside of Sedona, away from some of the intense traffic. It was nice to be able to walk to the grocery store and coffee shop.

This was my friend's visit experience in not only Sedona, but staying in a VRBO. This property exceeded both of our expectations. Very clean, very well organized with everything one would need, walking distance to the Bell Rock trail head (plus the Red Rock Pass), and exceptional communication with Joe, the owner.

Aside from a couple of things this is a well maintained property. It is clean and has great views from both bedrooms. We were impressed and the location is great. Short drive to hiking or walking to PJ's for a great food and drinks. We be keeping this on our short list of places to stay. 5 Star!!!

Having 2 master suites made for a very enjoyable stay. Location located near main highway and is an end unit. Kitchen well stocked with spices to prepare anything one desired. Excellent host communication.

After an initial glitch upon arrival, the owner went above & beyond to rectify the situation. The townhouse was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could imagine and each cabinet & drawer was clearly labeled so that you didn't have to open everything to find, for example, where the plates were kept. We have been to Sedona many times and will not hesitate to book this property on future visits.
