The property was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need. We especially enjoyed the local rooster that would come by regularly throughout the day. He was beautiful and very friendly. We named him Rudy.

Wow!! This condo, our experiences, this island. We fell in love with this island and I feel we will leave a small piece of our hearts here. The condo is set in a great location just across the street from the ocean and a wonderful clean beach. The condo is conveniently located next to the pool and easy to get to after 1 set of stairs. The lanai is private and overlooks Hawaiian vegetation. CLEAN, the condo was very clean, tidy and organized. UP TO DATE, the condo has all modern amenities, we especially appreciated the in-suite laundry, dishwasher and AC unit. Although if you open doors you get an amazing light breeze through the condo while relaxing. SLEEP, while it was difficult to adjust to our time change the bed in the master bedroom was phenomenal. It was very comfortable offering a good mix between softness and firm. BEACH GEAR, this amenity is what we used the most. We loved the beach chairs, we used them everyday from sunrises to lazy beach days to sunsets these chairs are comfy. Brad was very easy to work with on scheduling and was easily available for any questions or concerns. WE 1000% RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!! Until next time, Mahalo! The Geibs 2023

Right across the street from the Kam 1 beach which is the best beach in south Maui. Great location close to stores and dinning spots. The unit is well stocked and very nice. Lanai locker has beach gear and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything a cook might need. Highly recommended.

It had all the extra's a person would need for a stay. The storage cabinet was well stocked with beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella's, sand toys, snorkle equip & boogie boards. The air conditioner had to work hard to cool down the room, unfortunately it is right by the TV so the added noise didn't help. Lots of fans & ceiling fans to move the air. Parking: We parked in the lower lot & got a notice on our car that we would be towed since we were parked in "owners" parking even though we had the registration slip in the window. Had to park at the top of the hill in "Guest" parking so that walk to get the car was tough in the heat & humidity.

Excellent location right next to a wonderful beach. Some lovely shops nearby and a great place for the evening with live music. The property had great toys for the beach and ice packs which were very handy.

The property was beautiful, near the beach and in walking distance of many nice restaurants. The condo was very clean and easy to get into. The pull out bed isn't the most comfortable if you will be using it for a long time, but the main bed in the master was comfortable. Check-in was easy and the owners gave us very detailed instructions before hand on how to get to the property and get into the condo. It did take us 2 days to get the parking permit, however that was primarily due to some staffing changes at the condo and nothing to do with the owner. Coming from a colder climate, I would have liked an A/C unit we could run to cool the place better at night, it stays very warm in the bedroom.

This is a great place to stay and so close to the beach. Brad was so communicative and it was and easy transaction.

The location was perfect! Central area of Maui and able to access all other parts of the island a short drive away, or just a short walk to the nearby beaches and restaurants. We didn't use any of the beach amenities provided, but we're glad that the option was available! If we had more time, we definitely would have. The apartment was clean, and it felt very personal like it was our own home. It was also located right beside the complex's pool, so we went for a quick dip before bed almost every night! Great, easy communication with the owner and a pleasure to stay at. The guest book was a nice touch!

The location of this condo was perfect. So close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The property is really nice and having easy parking and laundry was amazing. Brad was great with communication leading up to the trip. I recommend this VRBO. They only thing for us was the carpets felt a little dirty and the knifes and pots and pans could be upgraded. Excellent value.

This is a great property in Kihei. The location is perfect. A quick stroll to the beach, restaurants and stores. The check in process is well laid out and very easy. The lanai is beautiful! We had a minor problem on checkin but it was rectified quickly. I appreciated the quick response. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for the beach! We tried out the Pickleball court, pool, hot tub and BBQ’s. Everything was fantastic. I would stay here again. Thanks

Brad’s condo was in a superb location. Walking to so many restaurants and a great beach. The parking is not an easy walk for anyone with mobility issues, however it was great for us. Many stairs if you have elderly guests, and the main parking is a steep uphill walk. Note that loading/unloading luggage will be down steep stairs, so pack accordingly. Very clean condo. Definitely older decor, but well kept up and has everything you need and a lot of space. It’s in the shade so stays cooler, but we did get a little warm at night in the bedroom, as the AC is on a one hour timer. It would likely be perfect if not in the summer months. Great amenities like boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels. Beautiful, well stocked kitchen and ice maker! The lanai was awesome for dinner and we loved the drying rack outside to let our swimsuits dry each day. The condo grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool had shade in the morning. The bedroom is right under the pool, so know you may hear noise until 9 PM if you go to bed early, especially if you leave the window open for breeze. We would definitely come back as we loved the location and Brad was great to communicate with. Great condo and hope to return!

The apartment is in a good location, check in was easy. The property was clean, with good structure (internet, washer, dryer, fridge, stove and beach accessories). I definitely recommend.

PERFECT location with a very short walk to the beach, so nice to have snorkel gear, beach chairs, and cooler available for use. Well-stocked kitchen, the condo stayed pleasantly cool even without using the A/C (which worked great), and so nice to have laundry in the unit! We stayed so busy we never took a dip in the lovely pool. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

My bf and I enjoyed our stay at Brad's place. It is very spacious, clean, and well stocked. There are also beach chairs, boogie boards for use which was great. It is walking distance to the beach, and close to nearby shops/restaurants. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely book it again next time we visit Maui. Thank you Brad!

Lovely property with unit very close to street & pool. Just a short walk to Kam I or Kam II beaches where swimmers & snorkelers will be well served. Most amenities in condo were provided with lots of great info about the area well organized in binders. Our only issues was that it appears the condo association allows consumption of alcohol in the pool area as we were unable to enjoy the hot tub during our entire stay due to high discomfort of dealing with young couples drinking in hot tub after sunset. Other issue was that wifi was really weak in unit but I believe this could be rectified by using a better modem & router. Even with the wifi booster we always bring on our travels, there were several apps on our Fire Stick that couldn't run due to extremely weak wifi signal & I was unable to connect via video conference with my office as I had planned on doing while we were enjoying Maui. Still, loved the condo (bed was a bit too soft for us), loved how near it was to things & places we enjoy, working with property owners was wonderful!! We've already recommended this unit to several of our friends & family who are traveling to Hawaii in the next 1 months & completely plan to make this our "Maui home away from home" on our annual return trips!
