We had two families stay with 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 under 10. Space was great and comfy, well stocked, great location to the bus stop.

Was shocked to actually be greeted by the host Wendy, I can't remember when was the last time I had a proper check-in hotel style process with a rental like this. Not only was she kind and informative but she truly listened and had lots of great advice for us newcomers to Steamboat. Pictures don't do the house justice, it is spectacular and fantastic for multiple families. Easy access to the bus and the heated floors are quite amazing after a long day skiing. Highly recommend this home!

Immaculate house that was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. More than enough room for everyone to spread out. All the rooms are large, heated garage/driveway was really nice and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and shuffleboard! Wendy was a great host….making any requests very easy! The shuttle was fine for the most part…..but was full a couple times so had to wait for another shuttle. Loved the big dining table!!! We’ll definitely book again!

Our host, Wendy, was absolutely fantastic. We had some issues during the week....we texted Wendy and the issues were immediately handled.....communication was fantastic, friendly, and professional. The home is great for a family gathering....plenty of beds and bedrooms...yet a large "great room" for the family to gather, play games, dine, and otherwise have a great time.....and there are three living areas where you can get away from each other if needed. Then there is always the great town of Steamboat Springs and the ski mountain.

It was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 6 children. There was lots of room and good overall accommodation.

A beautiful property that can easily accommodate a large family. Close to bus route to town. The only negative is a small upstairs deck, and the hot tub was on a small back deck. The bottom floor had a nice outdoor area, and as long as your kids are old enough not to run out in the street, it would be great. We had 2 two year olds so it wasn't relaxing to be outside. But, other than that, it was a very spacious and well appointed house.

My husband and I spent a week with our 4 adult children, grandson (6 yr) and our dogs. The location is great! It is right across the street from a bus stop and the ski lockers ( a HUGE plus) at the base make it perfect and easy. The property is well maintained, clean and stocked with so many extras, spices, cleaning supplies and plenty of towels! Wendy, the property manager, is amazing and really went out of her way to make our trip easy and ensured we were well informed. We loved it and will be back! Thanks again Wendy for everything.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this lovely home. The house is roomy, beautifully furnished, and everything is well thought out. There was plenty for the children to do, and they loved the bunk room. For the adults there were lovely bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. We loved this gorgeous home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Kitchen is fully stocked with tons of room for lots of people making sandwiches or breakfasts ;) Beds are very comfortable. Amazing views. Tons of hang out space and options for dining together, enough room for everyone. Wendy was so responsive and helpful. We loved our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is peaceful with a beautiful view overlooking Steamboat. We absolutely enjoyed the hot tub as well as the shuffleboard and ping pong tables while we relaxed. Wendy was extremely helpful though the process.

Family of 7 adults and 2 grandsons loved the house. Beautiful home through out. All rooms are large and roomy. Kitchen well stocked with several extras. Property manager, Wendy, communication was great and very informative on home and town. Great valley view from front deck for morning coffee and evening drinks. Grandsons as well as the “big” kids enjoyed the upstairs game room. We even had a bear visit on garbage day. Will be back!

We had a great stay at this spacious home. Wendy was great to work with. The space was perfect for our family, many of which were working from home. There are several spaces to work, relax and eat. It’s a one minute drive to the gondola area or 100 feet to the bus stop. Our favorite time was sitting on the front porch in the sun after skiing and just relaxing as the sun set over the mountains. We will be back next year!

This is a beautiful home and was just as described. It was a great place to stay for our family ski trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Updated manager that we were adding guests to the list 3 weeks in advance. We never had more than 7 adults and one child, less the maximum capacity. She was so rude and acted like we were trying to pull a fast one. Arrived and only two rooms had air conditioning when it advertised air conditioning throughout and she called as we were walking in to give us a heads up which seemed like she was making up for false advertising. Trash was left in garage from previous guests which made it unbearable to open the garage door. Rugs were filthy, tried to vacuum but the vacuum didn’t work so my guests arrived with dirty floors. Windows were filthy; don’t want to look out dirty windows to view the majestic mountains. Received 3 rude texts in a row that we were blocking the driveway to the rear property and we weren’t so she was having someone spy on us and they weren’t even accurate. Her husband arrived unannounced in a mask opening the garage door which startled my female guest who was there alone. We didn’t know who he was or if he was even authorized to be there. Very uncomfortable. Every note around the house made you feel like you were going to break something or had a tone like you were going to do something wrong. We rent homes all over the country and we have never felt more disrespected before, during and after our stay like we were a bunch of partying teenagers. And not to mention, when you spend this kind of money you expect paper towels and enough garbage bags to last the time stayed along with cleaning supplies to clean along the way during a nine day stay. I don’t want to stock your home with needed supplies to keep it tidy.

An excellent time with 15 family members staying between Christmas and New Years. The place was perfect—-top quality in every way and very comfortable for everyone! Highlights mentioned by others but felt by us as well (1) bus stop very close to the house with buses (free) running every 10 minutes to the slopes was great (2) large dining room table and hot tub and (3) heated garage and heated driveway (needed given all the snow we had) and (4) Wendy was terrific.
