The view from the condo is really special. It is close to the beach and pickle ball. It is quiet and very special.

This condo was ideal for location, cleanliness, appeal, and amenities. The location is within 1/2 mile of many restaurants and shops. It is only steps away from the beach and is very quiet considering it is next to the park. It was very clean and modern with many features placed around the unit to give it the homey look. The kitchen was stocked with everything that is needed to dine in. There are beach chairs, umbrella, and towels in the unit. All in all, a great place to stay.

All kitchen needs including dishware, cookware, & helpful gadgets were available. Place was decorated nicely with an ocean vibe. Being able to see the ocean from the unit was super relaxing.Our biggest complaint is the ac, both the main unit and one in the bedroom. The main unit was on a 4 hr timer which was extremely annoying having to remember to turn the timer back on again! 4 hrs is ridiculous, despite the need for energy conservation. The upright unit in the bedroom was basically useless, acting liking a gloried fan rather than real a/c. This made sleeping difficult since the bedroom never really cooled down as expected, despite lowering the temp on the unit.

We had a wonderful time in Maui, our first visit! Such a beautiful island and the location was perfect. Stunning views, wonderfully equipped with everything we could need (even a tea pot!) The coin laundry was also a great help! Wonderful, thank you!

Unassuming building complex in the rear of the property. Serene and beautiful beach front condo with easy access to the water. It was clean and welcoming and comfortable. It was our First time in Kihei with easy access and walking distance to shops and food.

We stayed here for 6 nights and had the best time. It’s in a perfect location, right on the beach. We loved waking up and walking on the beach, watching the sunsets on the grass. Plenty of restaurants around and beautiful beaches. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

This was an absolutely PERFECT find for my wife and me on our BabyMoon. The condo is tucked away from the busy street, and our back door opened directly to a stunning view of the beach. One bedroom was just enough for us, the condo was very well stocked with beach chairs, towels, kitchen supplies and books. We watched sunset from the patio or pool in the evenings and had breakfast looking out at the ocean. The beach had some sea turtles right off shore! We can’t wait to come back with the baby- Mahalo for having us!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at room 104! The pictures of the views were accurate. We enjoyed having direct access to the backyard and also to the water from our lanai. The condo was also very nicely equipped, kitchen and everything. We would enjoy staying here again in the future.
