Amazing place to stay! So clean and wonderfully decorated. We loved the rooftop deck with hot tub! My kids loved sitting in it at night. Also so many places to sit and stare at the beautiful Hawaiian shoreline. It is in walking distance to the beach and many food options. We hope to revisit again someday. Highly recommend!

I have traveled and stay at beautifully locations all over the world. Do not miss out on the opportunity to stay at this location. The communications prior to booking was excellent. You can not get a better view and the location was perfect. I often read prior reviews and everyone that you read is accurate and then some. Looking to book again.

We have stayed at the penthouse before when it was owned by someone else and loved it then, we are so pleased with the new renovations and service by the new owner Deanne, she not only supplied the beautiful penthouse but treated us like family. she was always very courteous and informative when periodical maintenance was needed or if someone needed to access the condo. Deanne also has a rock star for a cleaning company who also over see's general needs that you may encounter. Multiple times over the month I had questions or needs like propane or laundry detergent for our stay and Deanne's crew were on it immediately, if I ever buy a place in Maui, it would be Deanne's crew I called. If you are looking for a vacation condo with spectacular views, spacious areas and an all-round perfect location in Maui, this is it. or host other family members close by in the same complex that includes many other condos for rent. Deanne is a landlord who cares about her tenants and delivers what she promises. I would recommend the penthouse to anyone and we plan on staying there again, we love it so much we actually extended our stay and was there from April 18th to March 11th for a total of 24 days! it was GREAT! This is probably the most spectacular property we have ever stayed at. Perfect location to all amenities, great host, attention to detail was unsurpassed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Omg, this condo was amazing! Beautifully decorated, amazing views, wonderful outdoor patio and there was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beach is less than a block away. It was perfect; I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

We've stayed at multiple VRBO homes, and this is the best one so far. Amazing location right across from the beach made daily swimming trips with the kids a delight. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen and beach items for use, which made life simple. The condo is beautifully decorated, with a great balance of island and modern touches, that felt like relaxed luxury. The lanai is stunning, simply stunning. Enjoy your sunrise coffee with the birds, and your evening glass of wine with the tabletop gas fireplace. With the lights turned off, you are able to see part of the Milky Way Galaxy at night. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to try to return soon. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described-clean, updated, well stocked and comfortable. They left clear instructions to make check in, check out and everything in between so simple. We really enjoyed having a private deck with access to our own jucuzzi and bbq. The welcome gift was such a nice way to start our vacation. Veronika was available for any questions that we had. Overall a wonderful experience and we hope to stay at this beautiful condo again.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Maui, stop looking and book this condo. The condo is beautiful and clean on the inside with plenty of space. The lanai is amazing! Whenever we were at the condo, we were on the lanai. The views and the sunsets are amazing. We loved spending our evenings relaxing outside. The condo is in a great location. The beach was a 2 minute walk to get to and we enjoyed spending our time there. There are plenty of restaurants to enjoy within walking distance. We also traveled around the island to do a variety of excursions. The location of the condo made it very easy to get to all that we wanted to do on Maui.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. Deanne was great to work with and very responsive to my questions (even the dumb ones lol). It was spotless upon our arrival and immediately welcomed us with a stunning view of the ocean. The huge lanai was wonderful for watching the sunrise with our morning coffee, having dinner while enjoying the beautiful sun sets, and relaxing in the jacuzzi after a day of fun. If the big lanai got hot, we also had the shaded lanai along the entire width of the condo so there was always a way to comfortably be outside. The Sonos speaker system was great for playing music while we relaxed with a drink and gazed at the stars. I mentioned dumb question...There is an Ipad there for controlling the music or looking up any info you need on the condo. I couldn't find it and asked Deanne about it. Just as she was responding, my daughter-in-law spotted it right where it was supposed to be. It was propped on a stand and had a cover on it that simply says "Aloha" I thought it was just a little decorative plaque lol. So when you're looking for the Ipad, just find the Aloha sign. The laundry room is equipped with full size Samsung washer and dryer and the little shed has beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, snorkel gear and beach toys. You're all set for fun. We were a little concerned about road noise from Kehei Rd as we had experienced a few years ago from another condo, but for somehow, the noise was minimal and was for the most part, masked by the sound of the waves. We had a wonderful stay here and hope to return. I highly recommend this condo.

WOW! This property is absolutely amazing. Honestly, the photos do not do it justice since there are several upgrades and the plants on the deck are very bigger and more beautiful. We had everything we needed for a lovely week in Kihei. The bedding and furniture was all very comfortable. They have great beach chairs, noodles and snorkels. LOVED the laundry room. We were close to easy snorkeling to see the turtles everyday! Close to restaurants and shopping. Deanne was incredible responsive and helpful with ideas etc. We loved it here and I would definitely stay here again! It was amazing! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

The condo is beautiful and the deck is incredible. Location was perfect for our family and we could easily walk to food, shops and the beach. Easy to reach property manager for minor issues/questions. Would definitely stay here again!

You are in a great location. The grocery store is only a mile walk away. The beach is a short walk. You have full view of the ocean nothing blocking it. Amazing!

This condo is absolutely amazing! We stayed here two years ago and it’s still as perfect as last time. The owner is super responsive if you have any issues and the place is super clean. They have everything you would need for a week long vacation, but if not there is an ABC store next door. Thanks again Deanne!

The outdoor patio and lanai of this penthouse condo are what makes this property. The views are amazing and the outdoor grill area and hot tub are top notch. The interior is very nicely decorated and very well appointed for just about anything you need. The check-in process however was bit challenging. The property manager did not meet us so we had difficulties with the front door keypad lock. It ended up needing new batteries - and even then it was a bit difficult. Fortunately there was a key to the side gate of the roof top patio which is what we used to get in and out - much easier. The TV in the living area and the Sonos sound system didn't work. The property manager came to fix the TV while we were out, and it worked for a while, and then didn't. Our last day I found a new set of batteries for the remote - and that did the trick. The property manager clearly didn't do a thorough check of what was causing the problem. The Sonos system never worked and the property manager was unable to assist. Lastly, the elevator was being replaced. The property owner was upfront about this prior to our booking - and provided a bit of a discount as a result, but after going up and down 184 stairs (92 up, 92 down) at a minimum of 4 x/day with things in tow (luggage, groceries, chairs, umbrellas etc. etc. etc.) - if you are not in good physical health (which we are ) I would not recommend you stay here until the elevator is fully functional.

Our favorite Vrbo rental ever! Everything you need is supplied and it’s in a perfect location! Places to eat and shop within walking distance and views and sunsets to die for! I wish it was as easy to get to as FL, but we definitely hope to return!

The condo is beautifully appointed and updated and very well stocked both for meal prep and beach outings. The beds are very comfortable, with ample bath linens provided. It was a great spot for our family of four and we would love to return someday!

My wife and 4 kids had an unbelievable stay. Having a larger family, we frequently use VRBO for our vacations. This was by far the most clean, well appointed place we have rented. The views are amazing, the hot tub was a hit, and the beach was beautiful. We would return in a heartbeat. An all out terrific time.

This place is really clean and nice. All of the decor were beautiful. The AC was wonderful and worked great! The patio is fantastic! We loved our stay here!
