Fun times in Hilton Head and the beach. Our property was just right for our needs and had a very relaxing stay. Thanks Kendall!

Sea Side 154 was the perfect place for our family this trip, which included my husband and I and our 16 year old daughter. She had her own little wing with this condo being a two bedroom unit. The attention to detail far surpassed every other property we have stayed in on the island. Things that made our trip easy and comfortable were… the beds, the bedding, the water and ice dispenser on the fridge, the lack of clutter, the bathroom organization, the amount of storage/closet space, and the number of hooks, oh and the instructions for TVs/remotes/bikes/check out. The condo was clean and well stocked with every utensil, pot and pan we needed. We really couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thanks so much for having us.

Booked condo less than 24 hrs in advance…Kendall was wonderful to work with.. responded quickly to any questions I had..bikes and beach chairs a nice added bonus.. hope to be back soon!

This was a short weekend and the location was great. PROS: Kendall is very responsive. The condo is a stones throw from the beach and close to nearby shops and restaurants. Size-wise it was perfect for us and our two kids. Appliances were all new and kitchen was clean and newer looking, bed linens were clean and beds were comfortable. CONS: The living room furniture was a little worn (cushions sunk, some stains), one of the toilets ran every couple of minutes, could use some paint touch ups, and the walls are very thin so you hear everything upstairs and next door. We had an issue with the hot water when taking showers. We all took cold showers the first morning and only one of us got a hot shower the second morning. It seemed the hot water heater didn't allow for more than a few gallons at a time which wasn't enough for the size of the condo. We did contact Kendall and she immediately responded and offered for her husband to come look at it. Overall, while we enjoyed our stay, we don't feel the value for what we paid was there.

We really enjoyed our stay. A very nice place with everything we needed (even cookies)! Easy access to beach. Great parking. Owner was quick to respond to all our questions. Sadly, we chose to cut our trip short because of a threatening hurricane.

Definitely recommend Kendall’s place , we stayed there comfortably with 4 adults and 1 child. Place was very clean, and Kendall was super responsive. Everything you need for beach + biking is at the condo. Location couldn’t be better.

Included everything we needed such as new beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cart and even beach toys for the kids. Hilton Head is also full of great restaurants. Host was easy to deal with and responsive to questions.

The location is perfect: very short walks to either the beach and the S Forest Beach bike path. A well-thought out layout for a family with kids, and was more than large enough for me and my wife. Impressive water pressure! Finally, the host was so sweet and thoughtful in leaving us a delicious treat for my wife's birthday. This was our first HHI visit, and it was definitely memorable.

The Only problem was our arrival at night after an 11 hour drive, having to find the "Lock Box"' then finding another tenant had taken our information packet. That said, everything after that was very enjoyable, including the weather. I'd do it again. Wally and Vicki

We just love staying here. Second time renting this unit and it’s great having the extra space.

One down side was being called a 'dumba$$" by the person who came and fixed a TV issue. He texted me, thinking it was to someone else. Notified owner and she did apologize.

Overall pleased but disappointed the bunks didn’t have guard rails for the children to sleep in. The place just needs some updating and a good cleaning. It was a nice surprise to have beach equipment and toys.

Check in was flawless, and right on the beach as advertised. Room was more than expected for the price, and will definitely be using this location again for future vacations. Complementary cookies upon arrival is a very nice touch! 5 stars all around!

Second bedroom, very small, no access to night stand (lamp), no closet. Curtains at sliding door dirty, also could not lock sliding door. Did not enjoy sitting on patio when air conditioner unit is running, emits warm air and is noisy. Rusty knives in kitchen drawer.

Would love better instructions for tv/dvd use. Bikes need some maintenance. Other than that perfect unit and complex. Loved it!!!!!

Liked the close distance to the beach.

Great location, and exceeded our expectation for quality. Bedrooms were a little tight, but an overall very efficient design. Great for 2 people. Well appointed and clean. Would stay there again, for sure.
