On arrival right off we reported several broken appliances and furniture. Pictures and description of condo deceiving. No pool and hot available during our 2 week stay. Damage done to our car by construction workers. Cockroaches in our condo . Construction from5:30am until 6 pm every day except Sundays . Repairman at condo 3 days to fix broken dryer. Was promised compensation by condo manager and HOA, received none and neither office

We loved it, Great view of the ocean.

The day before our arrival I was told that there was only parking available for one car. A second parking pass was available for $63 for 4 nights. My son with an infant, who arrived last, was in a third car. They had to park their car 2 miles away. I spoke to property managers and requested another parking pass, for pay, of course. It was denied. Every night we walked around the parking area and there were several parking spots unused. I spoke to the manager again to ask if a special consideration would be allowed since there were spots available and was again denied. Had I known when I reserved the condo, that only one parking spot came with the 4 bedroom condo, I would NOT have rented it. I have never had this problem before for the last 20 years of visiting Gulf Shores. A very frustrating experience!

We loved the windows! The balcony was wonderful! it was the perfect condo for our family trip! Ages 17 to 89 all had a wonderful time. Close to the water, and not far from the state park pier for fishing. Beds were all comfortable. We look forward to staying again.

The views were amazing. The condo was very clean and spacious. I would suggest a rocking chair to help those with babies. My 3 month old loves rocking to sleep so without a rocking chair, it was a little more difficult but we managed. The code to the door was turned off the day we checked out BEFORE our check out time. Thankfully, someone was in the condo to let my dad in after he packed the vehicle. King bed in back bedroom was squeaky. Construction going on next door could be heard throughout the day but wasn’t too disturbing.

Came down with 18 adults and stayed in 3 different units and our by far was the nicest and cleanest unit.

There were 8 women and we all had everything we needed. The Condo was beautiful and the beach fun was endless.

Description was spot on! Very clean, very quiet, plenty of room. We had 10 ladies. Beds were so comfortable. Had everything we needed. The dryer took a very long time to dry clothes. I did make a phone call but was told it was a new dryer. Yes it was, and it did heat, but the clothes took all day to dry. The view was outstanding. We will return.

Pros: As a family vacation we ALL had a great time being together and the location was great. The listing was accurate and better than we expected. There was a problem with the AC keeping it cool enough. After a phone call to Alabama Getaway and an AC serviceman that knew what to check, it was taken care of quickly by changing out the outside unit. Cons: After reading through the rental agreement a couple of times it reads as follows: Alabama Getaway will charge you for one parking pass with your reservation unless more parking passes are requested by you (GUEST). Each development has a restriction on the number of parking passes allowed during different seasons. Please contact Alabama Getaway if you need more than 2 parking passes as alternative parking arrangements may be necessary during busy seasons. I really don't like to complain but want to state this as a learning experience to keep someone else from having to go through what I did. I stated when I made my reservation there would be a need for 3 parking passes. I realize the issue if 6 or 7 vehicles show up for one condo (I really do). I received at least one email and 3 text asking the repetitive question about how many passes I needed 3 days before arrival. As other beach areas I have visited through the years, I assumed this would be similar. Provided parking across the street or shuttles to and from the parking lot location. However, I was informed that I would have to make/find my own. The closest one I could find was 8 miles away for $175.00 for 7 days and not secured and no transportation provided for return. I may have been able to find something closer if I had known sooner. I just feel that Alabama Getaway should make it clear that more than 2 vehicles during peak seasons is the guest responsibility. I would also like to give a BIG shout out to Angie, the security person. She is awesome and was very, very helpful and friendly with a great sense of humor. We were always greeted with a big smile and a friendly wave. She knows the area very well and answered any question we had about the area.

Very clean, floor plan is great for separating bedrooms. Comfortable furniture, beautiful views! Property security friendly and so helpful. The only things I would suggest: Keurig coffeemaker and instructions of how to use t.v.’s. One on a bedroom would not connect with dish signal, finally decided it was because the DVD player had been connected so we disconnected that and got it to work., I had texted to vrbo /Alabama getaway (number given us for problems) and received prompt response. There are conflicting listings, though. One shows 4 bedrooms w/ 4 baths, another had 3 baths. Also conflicting info on # people it sleeps. It has 4 & 4 and will sleep 11- one says 13.

Property was beautiful! Spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed our family time.

This condo was so clean and its views were spectacular. Communicating with the host was easy, especially when checking in and out. I would rent from them again when we return to Gulf Shores.

Beautiful location, very clean, great communication with management. We reported the WiFi wasn’t working and someone came the same day to fix it.

Awesome corner unit with view; spacious; well appointed; kitchen has all you need!

Did not know property was in a high rise. Pictures of property posted on VRBO website misleading.

This is an absolute wonderful place to rent. The condo is a beautiful, spacious unit located right on the beach with breathtaking views of the ocean. It was very clean and accommodated our large family perfectly. We were disappointed that we were not able to use the hot tub located by the pool as it was not heating and the elevator was out of order one day.

We had wonderful time, lots room for everyone. We hope we can rent it again next year.

Our condo exceeded our expectations. Everything worked perfectly. Had a marvelous family experience.

Easy process

Although our stay was wonderful there are a few items that need to be addressed. In the bunk room, the top rails at the back are loose. And also, the pillows in that room had an odor. Pillows in the back room need to be replaced. There is a piece of baseboard in the master bath that is missing. One elevator was down our entire stay and waiting 20+ minutes to get the elevator was not fun.

We had the best time at this condo. So spacious and nice! Room for everyone and bathrooms for everyone! Very clean and modern. Beach access and pool couldn’t have been better! Only negative was one elevator was out so check out took a while getting everything downstairs. Start early! Overall, we really enjoyed it! Hope we can stay here again in the future!

The booking agency was wonderful to work with and was attentive to our every need.

We loved this property: location to everything was perfect, the parking lot was not crowded (maybe time of the year), the condo was amazing. I always check out the balcony furniture before I book because that's one of my favorite places to be and it definetly stood up to it's description. Don't be discouraged by the bunk beds comfort, my grown children said the matresses were more comfortable than their beds (and my son in law has back trouble). The refrigerator had a lil malfunction with the door closing, we figured that out and reported it to the PM. We got ran off by Hurricane Sally early so we did not get to stay our entire time. We would definitely stay there again. Beautiful place well furnished and homey!

Stayed in the same unit two years now. Six adults and two grandkids. Both years, in regards to our condo, our expectations were exceeded. Spotless condo with much appreciated amenities. Never had a long wait for an elevator or a shock when I jump in the pool. Very nice temp and the hot tub is a bonus. Great corner views and front porch also. Love this area too!
