Stayed in the lovely Ashtree Cottage for 2 nights for our niece's wedding in Skegness. Booking was so simple, Helen kept in close contact with us prior to arrival & met us at the cottage to show us around. The pool was just amazing and the cottage grounds were beautiful and so peaceful. Feels like you're really away from everything but in fact, only a couple of miles from restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. We used a local taxi firm (Coastline Cabs) who were great, reliable & reasonably priced. Only regret for us was that we couldn't stay longer! Looking forward to returning, thanks for a lovely stay!

Lovely cottage, set within very well kept gardens with a large trampoline. Dogs really are welcome. Our hosts, Helen & Chris, were very welcoming throughout our stay. Lovely cottage in a good location with great facilities.

We had a lovely holiday, the cottage was very clean and homely. Very spacious. The owners were really friendly and happy to help with any questions. The grounds had an area to play football as well as a small meadow to walk the dog early in the morning. A short drive to a dog friendly beach and skegness, lots to do for the week.

We had a great time. Having a pool was good. We used it after our days out. Shops were just a short drive away as was the town and lovely sandy beach. Helen (the owner) was warm and friendly. Found us straight away to show us around the property. We took our dog with is too.

Brilliant accommodation, 5 grandchildren with age range of nearly 3 to 13 throughout the week we stayed. All had a great time and particularly enjoyed the pool and grounds. Cottage was clean and Helens meet and greet got us off to a very relaxed start. With Beach, fair, amusements, Butlins Splash all within a very easy 10 min drive this is the perfect location. To return from a busy day at the attractions to the peace and tranquility of the countryside was exactly what we needed. Helen and Chris were always available but never looking over you, very rare to find such great service these days and we highly recommend a stay at one of their unique cottages. All the grandkids made the same comment when they left "I want to live here forever"
