The property is as advertised only better when you check in. Plenty of room for 10 adults sharing rooms plus additional space in the mother-in-law. Well stocked kitchen - all the dishes and pans you will need if you choose to eat in. The house is located in the back of the community close to the Wilderness walking trail and 25-minute walk to the pool and fitness center. The common areas are well appointed, and the deck and pool area will make you skip your afternoon and evening events. We will stay there again for other family events.

Our children all moved south and for the second year we went down for an early Christmas with them. The layout,size and location make this the perfect house for a family gathering.

Very nice place for our family get together and family vacation

The house was right on the golf course with a wonderful view of the 10th hole at Moss Creek North. We enjoyed the back patio, and didn't utilize the splash pool as the weather was cooler. The upstairs rooms are rather quarkey, but for 5 guys, suites our needs. Only real complain was that the grill was a mess. Hadn't been cleaned in forever, and the oven was in the same condition. Smoked the neighborhood out by turning on the grill, and smoked the house out by turning on the oven. I understand that the cleaning service will not clean the grill, but the oven should have been cleaned. Overall we enjoyed the house and the community.

The house was so much more comfortable for our family of 8 then staying in 4 separate hotel rooms. We were all able to be together and enjoy our vacation. Very comfortable.

Every thing in the house was good and made our stay very enjoyable.The pool water was cold(a solar cover would be nice to warm the water,just a suggestion)

Excellent everything, excellent host, the owner was very accommodating as well. Very clean. Super comfortable and a very quiet neighborhood. Really feels like home. We had to force ourselves to leave. We did not get to check out the beach. But if you are in SC to visit a marine like we did. The base is about 40 minutes away but it really feel like 30 minutes. This place was so spacious I could have brought more in laws. I was very lucky to find this place.

Roomy and clean home! Well equipped with all you need. Small pool was a nice addition, to relax after a hot day!We would definitely rent again if in this area vacationing.

We loved everything about this property. Since we are all adults, we often have trouble finding thd bed setup we desire. Some of us are larger so the king beds are much appreciated! It was large enough for all 12 of us to spread out and not be on top of each other, while having enough group space that we could all eat dinner together or play games. The plunge pool waa larger than i expected and was where i spent most of my time. The property and surrounding area was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again :)

Family members from Ohio and Arizona convened at Moss Creek for vacation and was greeted by a very spacious, well appointed VRBO. The five bedroom, five bathroom home suited our family perfectly. Also greatly appreciated the amenities at Moss Creek as the property is beautiful. We utilized the fitness center, pickleball, golf, and swimming pools, all were great!!! The only small drawback was a little mustiness in the house and garage. Overall, a great, great experience!!

Great house for a family reunion/vacation

For our family, this was an excellent choice. While the property could use some TLC, size and location were perfect. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The grandchildren loved the plunge pool. Proximity to the beach was also a plus (~20 minutes). The community was quiet, felt safe, and had all the amenities which were available to us.

The house was great! Plenty of towels and kitchen fully stocked. Bright and beautiful! Our only suggestion is If you have small children that need to nap take room darkening curtains with you! The pool was very inviting!

Really enjoyed, zero complaints

This was our first girls trip for our group who have known each other since elementary school. Some of us had only seen each other once in 40 years. The home was perfect for intimate conversations and shared memories. We were central to most excursions and enjoyed Savannah and the local area dining. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and two up. I recommend you plan for stairs. The kitchen is very well equipped, the outdoor area is lovely with many options for enjoying the outdoors in privacy. We would definitely stay again.

The last of my children moved out of the state this year to SC and we wanted to have a celebration with the whole family. We came from NY and FL and met in the middle. The house was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and VERY spacious. The gated community was very quiet and offered many things to do. A great amount of stores and restaurants near by. Not sure what else you could ask for.

Beautiful property that was well stocked. Each couple had spacious private space while the space for us to gather as a group was perfect.

From beginning to end was easy to communicate with owner/ property manager. No problems.

The house was huge, immaculate, well furnished and had every supply we needed. Bikes, ping pong table and a little swimming pool were great for the children. The setting is beautiful and the neighbors were very friendly. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone!!

The home had all the amenities and than some. The only issue was the WiFi kept crashing every 4 to 5 minutes for the entire 5 days! It would come back after 1 to 2 minutes.

If you are looking for a big home in a very quiet and secluded residential community, this home is for you. Plenty of space and the community is fantastic for bike riding, golfing and hanging out at the community pools! Owners are fantastic to work with!

We so enjoyed our stay. A great location and the property provided everything we needed. It could use some upgrades in the kitchen. Several cabinets need some attention. We were looking forward to bike riding but really only one bike was in good condition. and another okay. A quote from a make over show is "be your guest". You might see more of what needs attention. The communication was excellent with the owner. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time in the amazing Moss Creek home that we rented, with lots of space and great amenities. We loved the area around the home, enjoyed the pool and bikes ( though some need fixing) and we had plenty of space in the home for everyone. It was an easy drive to the beach, though took us about 20 minutes to get there. Close to the Tanger outlets made shopping fun and easy. All in all, a great time! Thanks!

Only problem a few of us had, was tripping off the front steps! We didn't get hurt.

We were five retired couples who rented this Moss Creek Property for a golf getaway. The sixth couple who joined us already lives in Moss Creek, which made our meals together very easy. The house was pretty much as advertised, although we did have one issue. There were a lot of steps...more than expected. However, the issue was not that you had to climb multiple flights of steps, but the fact that you were always watching out for a few steps up or down from one area to another. The deck/platform area from the driveway to the front entrance has five steps. The decking in the back by the pool has a step up to the pergola area and two steps down to the grill. The two bedrooms and den upstairs must have been added to the original house at some point., because it was a bit of a quirky layout. The carpeted stairs on one side of the main floor family room, take you directly to one of the bedrooms, but the stairs seem steep and there is no handrail. To get to the other upstairs bedroom, you either take the carpeted steps and then have to walk through the other couple's bedroom, or you take the spiral staircase on the opposite side of the main floor to get to your bedroom. Spiral staircases are tricky for us seniors!! Once upstairs, there are steps up to the den and then back down to the bedrooms. Especially for the different levels in the front and rear of the house, we had an instance where one of the people in our group took a tumble. When walking on the decking, the levels are somewhat camouflaged, and if you don't expect a step or two down, you keep walking and then oops! The front decking has black mats at each level in the center, but when we arrrived and 10 people are bringing in their goods from the cars, some were returning to their cars for the next load and walked off to the side (rather than where the mats were)...not noticing one of the down steps. My suggestion for the owner is just to make mention of the stairs that are needed to access the house and the upstairs, so that if you have an older group, they know ahead of time what to expect. Everything else was wonderful. The owner has the house stocked with anything you would need. TONS of plates, mugs, silverware, cooking materials, spices oils, platters - you name it, it was there!! The plunge pool was refreshing and the pergola was used every evening for cocktails and appetizers. Thank you Mike and Carmen who resolved some minor issues quickly.

Property and location were excellent. Our family of twelve enjoyed every minute. Thank you
